The staff took great care of us for our New Year's after party! They really know the meaning of hospitality. We were so happy we stayed here.

Had booked over a month ago. Husband & I arrived for a peaceful evening to celebrate our 20 year anniversary. Checked in & went to room & it was the wrong room. Went back to desk & girl w/the nose ring wanted to argue how I couldn't have booked a whirlpool room online & they don't have any available. I showed her my confirmation & where I had booked it over a month ago. She calls her manager. In the meantime they charge my husbands card not once, but twice in these few minutes. My husband gets on the phone with the manager who is also completely rude and doesn't even apologize. Absolutely horrible service from the girl at the desk & the manager. Thank you to the Ramada Inn in Sellersburg who had a whirlpool room available. We are local people & husband works in Sellersburg with lots of customers & we have told lots of people the horrible experience. He warned the manager one the phone word of mouth is the worst. Ruin part of my anniversary without even an apology. It's a small hotel with ~50 rooms, and they clearly know that they are small and don't expect much occupancy. The lobby is also the restaurant, bar, lounge, and coffee station - and that's okay. The employees wear many hats. The evening I was there, the lady behind the counter was also the bartender and was super friendly. Our kids enjoyed the pool, we enjoyed a few drinks, nothing to complain about. The rooms are standard and reasonably priced. The breakfast in the morning was nothing special, but it was good enough, especially given the price. $100 for a room for 4 people, swimming, plus breakfast the next morning and coffee? Can't beat that. My only complaint would be the showerhead which didn't have a good spray pattern and needed to be descaled. A minor complain overall.

BITTEN BY BED BUGS DO NOT STAY HERE! 2/8/25A Nightmare Stay at Cobblestone Hotel and Suites - Bed Bug Infestation in Room 118** Approximately 100 bites to my legs, arms, neck, forehead and ear. Went to local ER for treatment of the bites. My recent stay at Cobblestone Hotel and Suites was nothing short of a nightmare. I initially chose this hotel for its convenient location and seemingly good reviews, but my experience was far from satisfactory. I stayed in Room 118, and it didn't take long for me to realize something was terribly wrong.Since I work nights, I typically sleep during the day. One evening, I woke up and began noticing small bites on my arms, legs, and even my forehead. At first, I dismissed them as an allergic reaction or something minor, but the problem escalated rapidly. The bites became more frequent and severe, causing significant discomfort. By the time I decided to complain to the management, I woke up another evening covered in an excessive number of fresh bites. It was then that I decided to inspect the bed thoroughly. To my horror, I discovered bed bugs crawling inside the mattress and sheets. I managed to capture one of the larger bed bugs, placing it in a hotel cup as evidence. I immediately went to the front desk to report the issue to the management, specifically speaking with Mark Redding. To my disbelief, he downplayed the situation, acting as though it was "no big deal." He even went so far as to say, *"It's no big deal; hotels have bed bugs all over the country. It happens all the time."* This dismissive and unprofessional response was shocking and completely unacceptable.I provided undeniable proof of the infestation, including photos of the bed bugs, blood stains on the sheets, and the live bed bug I had captured. Despite this, the management failed to take immediate and appropriate action. Frustrated and concerned for my health and safety, I contacted the police to file a report. The officers arrived, documented the incident, and I left the hotel immediately. This experience has left me physically and emotionally distressed. The lack of urgency and accountability from the hotel management, particularly Mark Redding's dismissive attitude, is appalling. I plan to pursue legal action if Cobblestone Inn and Suites does not provide substantial compensation for the harm caused. I strongly advise anyone considering staying at this hotel to think twice, as this level of negligence is unacceptable for any establishment.**Rating: 1/10***Do not recommend. Proceed with caution.*

My husband and I got a reservation 7/31-8/1/20. We have been on the road since 4 am. We arrived at 6 pm ish with our dog 15 y/o border collie mix and my ESA PIG. We checked in and was told that I needed to email Pickles's (pig) ESA paperwork to the GM. Ok no problem I have done that a several times before. I even have a letter from my doctor stating that I have him for medical/therapy needs and I sent this in also. We got some beer from their bar and headed to our room. Their house keeper was sent to our room 2 hours later and said we had to leave. Since my ESA is a pig, granted he is leash trained, potty trained and crate trained, they cannot accept him in their hotel. They are a pet friendly facility and even would not allow me to pay a pet deposit. This poor housekeeper had to deliver this news even though the GM Jill Miller's daughter was working the front desk. I was given the GM's phone number to call her. I did and she said that she was going to give my phone number to her boss along with Pickles's paperwork. J.P Woolridge (Regional director of operations) stated that we needed to leave his hotel they do not accept ESA's (even though pet friendly). He said I needed a service animal not ESA. I informed him that service animals are very expensive and I need that money for my treatments. I am 100% disabled because of 34 years of migraines that nothing helps treat them. I have had 6 blood clots because of treatment and my last one almost killed me. Pickles has been a blessing for me because he keeps me calm and relaxed to improve my migraines plus he detects my blood clots so I can get faster treatment for them. I cannot even take blood thinners long term. My biggest problem was that they allowed us to stay 2 hours and served us alcohol then made us leave. Plus they made the housekeeper tell us. They didn't even have the courtesy to have the front desk/ GM's daughter tell us. They even sent us out of their facility under the influence of alcohol from them. If they would have told us in the beginning and not 2 hours later I would understand. I would never recommend this company to anyone. We thankfully found another hotel 18 minutes away that was wonderful. The Comfort Inn in Jeffersonville were more then happy to allow us to stay there and loved having my ESA Pig there. We were back on the road at 6 am this morning.

I love the comfortable atmosphere that this hotel provides! It always is decorated with taste! Camry, the front desk employee is absolutely knowledgeable and has always treated us like family! I'm so glad this place is here and when we are in town, I won't stay anywhere else! I love how Jill goes out of her way to accommodate our needs!

Nice facility. Friendly staff. Was traveling north and needed a quick place to lay our heads. Although a few miles off the highway it was well worth the extra drive. I would recommend, and stay again if needed.
