Clifton Donut Shop

These donuts are so delicious! I stopped in before work to geta. Dozen and they were such a crowd pleaser. My personal favorite is the maple cake doughnut. The staff is super nice and helfpul and it's a cute little shop. Make sure to get there early if you want to see their full selection!

I am SO glad I stopped here last Saturday! I was craving a donut after my long run and after first stopping at another bakery that was out of yeast donuts, I decided to try Clifton Donuts for the first time. The service was PHENOMENAL; when I ordered a coffee, the server brewed a fresh pot for me and when I asked if there were any filled long johns left, she told me there weren't but that she would happily fill it for me with whichever filling I wanted. And the donuts themselves were really soft, rich and flaky. This was my first time visiting, but definitely won't be my last.

Best doughnuts in the city of Louisville, hands down!!!!!!This is a must eat situation. I can't roll by Clifton and not stop. They have it all, from sandwiches to fresh handmade doughnuts, fresh daily at 5:30am. Yum!!!!!!!

The best donuts I've ever eaten! And I've eaten a lot of donuts in a lot of places.WOW. How do they get the texture and sweetness so PERFECT?! I am a big fan and I will be back!

Donuts here are fresh and delicious. It's a no frills spot that's all about the food. Lines early in the morning but they get you in and out quickly - the only thing that might slow you down is having to make a choice from all the amazing options. Their croissant sandos are also solid if you crave something savory.

I ordered the blueberry cake donut which was so delicious and the strawberry glazed. Both were classic donuts and just what I needed to kick off the weekend! Will be coming back!

This is my 2nd day in Louisville and it's donuts from a 2nd donut shop. I've had donuts from the Clifton Donut Shop during previous visits to Louisville, especially when my kids lived closer to this shop than they do now."Old Fashioned" (a type of donut as opposed to a style of donut)) from Clifton are exceptional, as as most of their other donuts.Worth a little extra drive.

Maybe the best donuts I ever tasted Light and fluffy. Ordered the confetti donuts in all 3 flavors. Everyone liked them but our favorite was strawberry. Local business

Service was fast, they were very nice! Cronut was awesome, brought them in for our co workers last day and everyone enjoyed them!
