Stopped in for a brunchy treat with my sister and niece. We ordered the maple pecan French toast $5, an apple pastry $4 and a rosemary biscuit $2.25. While I thought the price was a little much, the food was delicious. I will definitely be back

Stopped in for a coffee & baked treat while doing a walking-tour of the town. Cookies, chocolate dipped pretzels, bars and other treats filled the bakery case -- we split a berry bar, which was delicious. Sandwiches & other "full meal" options available if you're interested! Staff was friendly, indoor seating is was closed off, staff were behind a partition/ masked & hand sanitizer was provided.

We stopped into this cute bakery just on the fluke. However, we will most definitely be back again! We tried her lemon bar (delicious, crust was buttery and the perfect lemon flavor), pumpkin cake (wow just wow, didn't want to stop eating it), blueberry scone (perfect amount of blueberry, crumbly without being the wrong texture or being dry), German chocolate brownie (rich and delightful, truly need to share this or have a very strong sweet tooth). Last but not least her honey, rosemary biscuit.. she makes 9 a day and they run out within less than an hour (we order one, went back maybe 15 min later to get another and they were sold out) if you want one get there early or call the day before and order a pan for yourself... trust me it's well we'll we'll worth it!

Cute Bakery. They have a captivating selection of baked goods (bread puddings, French toast casserole, cookies, scones, and more). I only had the s'mores bread pudding (it was delicious, especially when warmed up). I saw a couple get a few wraps and they looked very happy with their choices. The staff was very friendly, service was quick, and it had a wonderful ambiance. I wouldn't come here with large groups, but if you needed to meet someone for breakfast, this place would be perfect. I hope to come back soon to try one of their breakfast sandwiches.

Food is amazing. Cleo and the crew go above and beyond for their customers. Miss them having the dining area open but carry out is just as good.

Their location is perfect to stop in if your on a walk by the river. The desserts are fine and the sandwiches I have tried are so so...BUT their egg and cheeses biscuits are out of this world!! I get one probably once a week. They are so large you are definitely getting your money's worth. The owner is so kind and they will take it out to your car for your convenience. It's a MUST try!

Maybe I went on an off day but I was not impressed with my sandwich and coffee. Felt basic and that maybe with the help of a sauce it would have been tastier and less dry. Will go back to try the pastries and deserts because they looked phenomenal.

A Newburgh staple!Cleos is by far the best bakery in the area. The coconut cake alone is worth five stars in my book. If your not into coconut, there are plenty of other treats (cookies, rotating bread pudding flavors, Mississippi mud brownies, homemade rosemary/honey biscuits, seasonal persimmon pudding, etc.). Not only is this a top-notch bakery, they make wonderfully delicious sandwiches and homemade soups made fresh daily. Cleos is a one-stop shop for breakfast, lunch, and dessert. The service and owner are always friendly. Support local!

Overview: cute little hole in the wall place. The price is not terrible but not great either, food is good, not a lot of optionsIf you're looking for a ton of options and variety this is not the place for you. They have a small select menu of breakfast options, desert options, and lunch sandwiches. We walked out paying 30 bucks total for 2 breakfast sandwiches, and breakfast burrito, and 3 cokes. The food itself was a great portion size. I got a egg, ham and cheese biscuit. The ratio was a little off with a massive amount of egg. The ham, egg and cheese was delicious. The honey rosemary biscuits was fluffy and moist. The honey was not to sweet, which I appreciate, but made the biscuit sticky and very messy to eat. I thought the rosemary was overpowering and wished there wasn't as much. I will definitely have to come back and try their lunch sandwiches and deserts another day.

What a great little breakfast spot next to the Ohio River. We stopped one morning while touring the area for a refresher of coffee; and a taste of Zucchini squares; Awesome !We followed up the next day with a breakfast sandwich, quiche of the day, and baked French toast (I know, quite indulgent!) but it was worth the experience! The next time we are in town, Cleo's will be part of our itinerary!
