China's Best

This is a great buffet meal. For a senior on a budget-- meal soup dessert drinks all included in one price. The staff is great and food is awesome. I try to visit weekly.The place as you go in pay and go get your meal. It is very hot. The majority of the food is chicken. The staff keeps your tables clean of your dirty dishes. You may go back many times. I do wish they would keep empty serving tray filled with hot food. I ask one time about a empty dish and later waitress brought out a serving to me.

China Best? No, China WORST.My husband and I had questions about the buffet as this was our first and now, only visit ,The young male at the cash register was very rude and abrupt. He and the girls who clean tables could not seem to stay off their cell phones. Several entrees I tried were cold, the crab ragoons bland, the hot sour soup simply vinegary and not one bit of heat even after adding a full packet of hot sauce. My husband chose an entree that was cold as well. I waited for the sizzling chicken and it was only fair. Many of the buffet pans were empty and the restaurant was not that busy. I saw the young Male from the counter simply dump new food on top of the old cold food instead of replacing the entire pan. We LOVE Chinese food, but this was simply horrible. I recommended NOT wasting one's hard earned money here and perhaps making the trip to Evansville for real Chinese food.

This is my favorite Chinese place around town, as well as just one of my favorite places to eat in general. They have a good variation of food to choose from on their buffet. Nearly ever time I go, they have hot fresh food waiting. The prices are very reasonable, making it an easy pick any day of the week. Unlike other buffets I've been to, they do not try restricting how many times you get another plate or drink. They accept cash or credit, which is awesome seeing as how many people don't carry cash much anymore. The staff is friendly and they are quick to keep up on cleanliness of your table and area. I always leave with a full belly and happy to have visited.

We are in town for a family event and decided to try China's Best. I would have to say it is just ok. The food was bland but plentiful. The building needs some TLC. You pay and directly proceed to the buffet. You have to get everything from utensils to drinks on your own. The price was reasonable. For 7 people at lunch on a Saturday the total was $53.00.

We tried it for lunch today the food had good flavor but my only complaint was that it was not very hot as if they need to turn up all the warmers for the food.

Have eaten here for years. The food is ok. The buffet is always kept full and mostly hot. Friendly staff. Clean.

One of the worst Chinese restaurants I've ever eaten at. The food is bland and the crab Rangoon has no flavor except the taste of old grease. I almost threw up when I saw that the bacon wrapped shrimp still had the poop vein in it. So nasty!Came here with 2 grandkids and my husband and it cost me almost $50. The online menu says adult buffet is $9 kids are $7. Couldn't believe it when she asked for almost $50. It is dark in here and I have to wonder if there's something they don't want us to see. Perhaps they are short handed on waitresses, but our plates got pretty piled up before they removed them. The waitress was nice though. I hope my family never tortures me by making me eat here again.

Most disgusting place we have ever tried to eat. We've left without eating more than three bites. It was so old and so crazy that there was an inch of grease and the work spring rolls. We are calling the health department and the manager to get a full refund because there's no reason for food to be served that god-awful.

I ordered the chicken chow mein,look at pic completely dry almost and no flavor,the egg roll is the smallest i ever seen 3 bites all done also no flavor, i tastes the curry chicken and that was worth it at lease...i switch back and forth between this place and the one nx to walmart across the street...now i am beginning to understand why thay up there are always full this place only had 4 tables when i arrived and thats at630pm

For how cheap the price is including drinks, food is surprisingly tasty. Sure you may find fancier places, but flavor and freshness of their food is unmatched and for how cheap it is.
