China Village

What a hidden gem! Traveling to Owensboro from Nebraska and I was craving, of all things, CHINESE! This place did not disappoint! The buffet was fabulous (trust me: Get the potatoes!!!)The General's chicken was light and crispy with just the right amount of spice! The hot and sour soup was delightful. The crab ran good was crispy and filled with yumminess! What a great pit stop!! We took leftovers to our daughter's house!!

Great food selection and very friendly owner. Great for group dinner with a few larger tables. Love their wings, sweet with a little kick. Excellent location right next to Schnucks with plenty of parking.

China Village is an average midwest Chinese restaurant. They do not have many vegetarian items on their buffet. I like the Garlic Broccoli.

Love this place! We live near by and normally order items from the menu instead of doing the buffet, so what we get is always fresh and tasty! Some of the favorites are: vegetable lo mein, Kung Pao Shrimp and Hunan Shrimp. Service is friendly and prompt. Great local option for quick Chinese food.

I've only ever ordered take out from here, but they are always so delicious. Their fried rice is amazing and you get a lot for the price you pay for stuff.

I ordered chicken fried rice no vegetables extra onion and the "chicken" didn't taste right maybe because I got it right when they were closing but I have done this with the main place I go to and the chicken always tastes juicy but let's just say I won't be going back for "chicken" fried rice

Great buffet love the crab Rangoon & staff is friendly as well. Have liked everything I've had there. Great for lunch & dinner

This is and always has been my favorite place to get my Chinese buffet on in Newburgh. The service has always been great. I never had to ask for a refill. Although the food isn't the best I've had, it still is very tasty and gets the job done. If the buffet is not for you then they do have a full menu. I think the only competition for them in Newburgh is Triple Dragon, which has great variety but the food doesn't match up with China Village. There was another place that was just "okay" that opened up where that Little Caesars used to be by the cinemas but it closed a few weeks after it opened. (I think that lot is destined for failure).

I like to get Chinese food once every few weeks, Usually take out. I'm sorry, but China Village has become way too expensive $16 for a takeout box. Like everything recently, quality has gone down, prices have gone up. No other Chinese place in the Evansville area is close to this cost. Unfortunately, they have lost my business.

The food here is amazing! They have a buffet with tasty options.
