Chill is by far the best local gay bar in town! Always great service and great drinks and lots of laughs and good times! Happy hour is an older crowd but still lots of fun!! There is usually a daily event starting around 8pm. Everything from trivia to live music to karaoke and strippers! The front patio is a joy in the fall and spring!

Well, it can be upbeat or chill on occasion. Amazing staff and drinks! Disco and music nights packs the house.

Chill continues to be a favorite spot for cocktails and conversation for my friends and I. The remodeled space since they removed the tree out front is amazing. Modernized yet fun and plenty of seating. It's awesome to sit outside to enjoy the weather and people watching. The back patio offers a bit less traffic but ample seating too and music is pumped overhead. Inside offers a small dancing area, bar seating and another bar. The staff was great the night we visited. They scan your card, hand it back and will close it out with a 20% tip (if you forget to close it). This is perfect so that you don't have to grab your card before leaving. Late hours. Periodic trivia. Fair prices for drinks. Sometimes karaoke. Parking can be touch because it's in the Highlands and only street parking is available.

What a cool spot, indoors and out. We went to see the band, Most Wanted play on the outdoor patio. We found on street parking with not much trouble for a week night at 7 pm. We as well as everyone else were carded upon entry. The outdoor space is just lovely, not a big space but table and chair seating in the front, side and in the back of the bar. The inside was also very cool. This is a gay bar but there were plenty of non gay patrons. We did not feel out of place at all, totally accepting crowd. Drinks were $5 for top shelf liquors. Loved the vibe and the band was awesome. Fun to sit on Bardstown Road and listen to live music, watch people on the street and have a drink. Highly recommend.

Chill bar is definitely very chill. Ha! Pun intended.We came on a rainy evening so it wasn't extremely busy. They were doing trivia for Golden Girls though, which seemed to attract a bit of a crowd.We were sitting indoors but them moved outside since we weren't doing trivia.The bartender was nice! Did a great job handling the drinks. The drinks were a bit watered down though... Prices were reasonable which was definitely a plus.Couldn't exactly tell who was the staff here as many people greeted and talked to us. Very friendly here!Loved the outdoor portion though. There's a bar out there too and a good amount of seating.It's very much just middle-aged, white males. I'm wondering where my fellow millennials are at these days?

Popped into this establishment on a whim. Heard a song I liked and seemed like great ambiance. It was a rainy midweek evening and ended up staying many hours. The bartender Michael made excellent Old Fashioned. We enjoyed it so much and told they were having an event on Friday and invited us to come back. So we did. Now on a Friday it was far more lively even though it was another rainy night, and the great cocktails continued. They had a really great selection of bourbons as well which was a nice surprise. They also have a patio bar in the front of the building and had one last drink while waiting for our Uber.

Amazing staff and diverse loving crowd. All the bartenders bring their amazing talents and personalities! We love Michael, Gerard, Rowdy, David, Roger, Julia, Jeremy, Bingo, Richard, James!!!

Wonderful team and awesome uplifting atmosphere. Drinks and shots were excellent. Enjoyed the night out on outdoor patio. Highly recommended.

My partner and I made an impromptu stop here during Bardstown Rd Aglow just before Christmas. We were drawn in by the amazing light displays and the sound of Christmas carols being rehearsed just outside the bars doors. We had spent a nice evening shopping and eating our way down Bardstown Rd and were in desperate need of a holiday drink. Chill Bar did not disappoint. I had a lovely Tipsy Apple Martini garnished with an old fashioned caramel cream and my partner had a tasty alcohol infused slushy. The bar was tastefully decorated for the holidays and the atmosphere was inviting, festive, and friendly. We especially enjoyed the inclusive vibe. We will return next time we're in the area and in need of a place to "chill"
