Chilitos Mexican Grill

This place is counter service like chipotle & you can build your own burrito or bowl. They have quesadillas, tacos, nachos.. You just choose your protein & build from there. They have a few difference sauces to choose from. I just asked for a few of them on the side to try a couple different ones. I got the chipotle chicken bowl & it had good flavor, I feel like I should have asked for extra chicken & other added ingredients. It was on the smaller side of a bowl than I'm used to but it was still pretty filling, Their queso was a thin white cheese & i added jalapeño for a nice spicy touch. Overall it was good & service was friendly. The bathroom just needs a little spring cleaning.

This was pretty authentic and very original! The food is simple but delicious. Great flavors and combination options. The guacamole is stellar and so fresh. The service was great and the staff was super kind. It's a fast service and the food is cooked to order so it's piping hot fresh. We're traveling through so I wish I could come back, but highly recommend!

Our favorite weekend lunch spot! I have liked everything I've gotten from here, but my favorite are the chipotle chicken nachos! The workers are great and very friendly.

I decided to try this place today while I was in the area. I have been wanting to come here for awhile so I rolled on it. It was not busy I looked at the menu and decided on the steak quesadilla. It was $7.99 and came with chips hot sauce and sour cream for no additional cost. The tell guys they made the food we're awesome very friendly and polite. The steak quesadilla was very tasty and flavorful as well. The hot sauce was hot and spicy too! Excellent overall experience. Definitely go give them a shot

Chilitos Mexican Grill is one of the best places to get Mexican food in Louisville. The food is fresh and full of flavor. The staff is friendly, and the prices are reasonable.I first tried Chilitos Mexican Grill while working down on Dixie Hwy. I was not familiar with the area, and I was looking for a place to eat lunch. I saw the sign for Chilitos Mexican Grill, and I decided to give it a try. I am so glad that I did!The food at Chilitos Mexican Grill is fantastic. I had the chicken nachos, and they were some of the best nachos I have ever had. The chicken was cooked perfectly, and the flavors were incredible. I also had the opportunity to try the queso, which was delicious.As soon as you walk in, you're greeted with a smile by the friendly staff. The decor is colorful and vibrant. It's the perfect place to come for a night out with friends or family.But what makes Chilitos so unique is the people. Everyone who works there is so passionate about the food and the culture. If you're ever in Louisville, make sure to swing by Chilitos Mexican Grill. You won't be disappointed!

If you want to stay away from chain restaurants and eat at mom and pops places, this is right up your alley. It is an assembly line like Chipotle, but cheaper. And so much better! The adobe chicken had great flavor, the tacos were loaded with meat, and you could add whatever you wanted without extra cost. The flour tortillas were thrown on the grill to give them the perfect crispness. The place isn't flashy but it's clean. This will be my new go to when I want fast Chipotle type food. Oh they give chips and salsa without an additional charge.

Fresh food. Some of the best on the highway. Always good. Service is great. More people need to figure this one out.

Delicious food and friendly staff. I was happy to see that they offer both Coke and Pepsi products. I love Diet Coke so that was a plus.

I love this place. I like being able to build all the flavors. And if you like it HOT, they have 2 hot sauces. The green jalapeno sauce (warm) and a reddish orange sauce (hot). You can get that on the side to control the volume. My son got both, but he likes really spicey.

If You Are Looking For REAL AUTHENTIC MEXICAN FOOD, This is the Spot You been looking for, im Mexican, and i can honestly Recommend anything from their menu, from tacos,tortas,burritos and now they have expanded their Menu, to Panbazos,Tostadas,Gorditas ,Birria Tacos,And other Exceptional items you cant miss on and to my BEST FAVORITE..their NACHOS!!! I been Coming to Chilitos for At least 2 years since they opened almost, i drive from Middletown to Dixie and its Always An Adventure, Thank you Don Jose and Team For your Great Service and Food, Anybody that ask me for Good Mexican Food tHis is always my first Recommendation,GREAT food,Awesome Service, And Their Pricing is Super Fair!
