It's been awhile since I've returned to Charlotte's Web, which is tucked back onto Lyndon Lane. Masks are required and they've designated the entrance and exit with more signage and ropes. I also appreciate their famous bears by the doors being masked as well.The store had plenty of small decor and furniture to browse, including an entire area of love seats. Pictures are displayed around the full store. They have a small clearance area of things that are 70-90% off. The tags offer 3 prices and are based on the date. The longer the item sits, the cheaper it gets. I spotted a few interesting items but the price didn't match up with the condition of the item, and things that I did believe were more reasonable I didn't have a need for. My mind kept thinking that I'd prefer to buy new for slightly more, to not worry about the imperfections. (But I love yardsales!) I think I'm unable to appreciate the type of items at Charlotte's Web that others would have, especially when it comes to the small items.If you appreciate consignment shops and haven't been by, definitely make the trip to learn of it's holding an item on your wish list.

I always enjoy looking at the items they have for sale, but rarely end up buying anything. I think most items just don't fit my style. It's always worth taking a peak thought, since their inventory is always changing. The employees here seem nice. I would recommend stopping in on a rainy day to take a look at things - you never know if you might find something.

I love Charlotte's Web for cute furniture and home accessories. They have an excellent selection of high quality, durable furniture that matches (whole bedroom suits, for instance) and will look perfect in my home! It's just a pity that this place is so close to where I live, I spend too much time finding ways to spend money here. You could outfit an entire house tastefully, several times over, with the selection at Charlotte's Web. Every time I stop in, there is something that catches my eye and tugs at my purse-strings. Whether it's a small end table, a decorative serving dish, or a framed picture for the wall, I am always inspired by a visit here. The prices seem reasonable to me given the quality of the furniture that the store stocks. I hope you'll visit and find that Charlotte's web draws you in like it has done to me!

Not the best selection at times. Can be overpriced as well. Does have good outdoor furniture selection during spring and summer

I can't explain how disappointed I am with this store. They have a reputation of being this upscale consignment shop in St. Matthews. Let me just say, they aren't. They are completely unprofessional and rude. They make 50% of what your items sell for. But the moment something doesn't sell, they call you up and demand you remove your items from their floor immediately. What was upsetting to me, is all my items sold except one table. I contacted them while the table was out on the floor and said I don't think it's going to sell because they had it tucked away in the back of the store in a corner. I barely even found it when I went to look for it. So I don't know how a customer would see it either. So, no surprise, it didn't sell. They immediately started calling demanding the table be removed in less than a week. Well I don't have a truck and I work through the week so needed to make arrangements to pick up the table. They called again demanding it be picked up. I said I made arrangements and asked if someone from the store could help load the table to the truck. The lady on the phone said someone could help but only until 3:30. I told her I wouldn't be there until 4. She then stated they are closing at 4 that day. (which is not their normal closing hours). I asked why? She literally under her breath said "none of your business!"I mean I swear I feel like customer service has gone down the drain. They take their money and the moment you are hindering them from making more money they treat you so unprofessionally. If you are considering consignment, strongly consider going somewhere else. I promise you will end up feeling ripped off and very disappointed.

Whoa! Lots of great finds here!At Charlotte's Web, you'll find all kinds of goodies. From couches, to mirrors, to chairs, to dinette sets, to decor, to candle holders, to lawn decorations, to cabinets, to coffee tables, and much much more. There is so much to see here. You could walk around for a while and still keep discovering new items. There is even a clearance section worth checking out- you might find a steal!The prices vary a lot. During my last visit, I was looking for a couch. I discovered that the couch prices ranged from $150-$1900. You'll have a lot of options to choose from!I recommend taking a full loop around before making your selection. You never know what might be tucked away somewhere among other items. Highly recommend.

I hate to give this review because I know more people will come to this great little secret place. Ever time I tell someone about them no one has heard of it. It's a true Jewel quality used furniture and a staff of help that makes shopping a pleasure. So I know this 5 star review means more shoppers and less choices left for me but how could I say anything but I will be back after buying a bedroom suite, recliner and large mirror today. lf you need furniture and have patience ever 30 days the prices go down until they are 90 % off it's unbelievable what you can get for just a few dollars.

My mother introduced me to Charlotte's Web when they first opened. She was knowledgeable about antiques, farm lifestyle, and living through the Great Depression. I took her to shop about once a month. It is like going to a museum with Mama. I learned so much from shopping there. Prices are fair. I am 69, Mama passed away at 89 last September. Looking forward to bringing all my questions to you all now!
