Good food and good times. Friendly staff and live music on weekends. Great place to hang out! The Beer Cheese platter was excellent as we the pizza. The Macho Nachos was one of the biggest Nachos I had seen. However the wings were disappointing/ The wonderful staff more than made up for it.

I am ashamed to say that I have never been to Champions. We decided to try it this evening. I had every intention to order one of their pizzas (which have been highly recommended), but when I saw they had chili dogs, I just couldn't pass up the craving. Perfectly grilled 1/4lb. all beef hotdogs topped with chili and cheese and a side of tater tots. My wife decided on the BBQ bacon cheeseburger and fries. Both were excellent and we will definitely be back! Not sure what I will order next time, but it will definitely include a basket of delicious onion rings! Wide range of selections on the menu for everyone. I can't wait to go back and try something else on the menu!A true hidden gem in Richmond!

Pleasant servers with your typical bar food. It was fairly crowded and a live band was setting up when we left. Good place to hang out with friends, watch the game and listen to live music.

I guess if you fuck your sister or cousin it's the spot to be..... I tried to get on the single pool table and immediately got shut down by 5 people who got there butts hurt I even suggested I was up.. I was told win or lose because they had quarters lined up "6 games+" they were still in.. Me being the smart ass and genius I am I put $10+4 quarters up and said okay, I got 11 games after the 6th..... They immediately didnt like that and started there periods bleeding all over the floor nearly starting a fight, where I was willing to knock the few teeth they had left out of there head as the so called "bouncer" could care less... Fuck your pussy ass regular's who think they own the bar.... How about you take control of your bar and learn some pool edicts... I won't be back unless I feel like knockin some straggle toothed sister fuckin pussys out honestly...Wow!! Best review yet on any place!! Manage your shit properly! FFS

Since moving to Richmond June 1st of 2018, I have frequented Champions many times. POSITIVES: Great staff that wants to help you. Bartender Jeff is awesome. Remembered my name only after 2 trips in. Food is great. I have had, Cheeseburgers, Nachos, Wings, Wings and did I say Wings. Best buffalo wings I have found in Richmond. Karaoke 2 nights mid-week, live bands on the weekends starting at 9. I have heard about 5, 3 were pretty good. You can play Buzztime Trivia at the bar. KY Lottery Keno and watch sports on the Bar Big Screen TV. Comfortable atmosphere, COLD DRAFT Beer, Friendly staff.Negatives: People from bowling alley pushing against you, when you are seated at the bar, trying to get a drink. Making a designated area (with rails) for walk up ordering would correct this issue. Being a Karaoke Fan, would love to see Early Karaoke any night or on Friday or Saturday Night from 6 until the bands start. 9 pm Karaoke start on weeknights is too late for most working people. The restroom is part of the bowling alley so lots of traffic. The door to the stall in the mens room was either ripped off or taken off so no privacy there.The most comfortable bar I have found in Richmond, KY thus far. I will be back. Would have put 5 stars except for the crowding at the bar issue.

This is a place I can no longer go. The service on Friday nights has gotten so bad. Was there for August and Anger and the bartenders were hateful and pretty lit. What establishment allows the bartenders to drink while on the job. Unfortunately I will not be back!

They poured amazing drinks consistently so that was a big plus. The food is typical bar food and done to an "okay" level. Wings were over sauced and not crispy. The hamburger I had was cooked and hung over the bun which was nice but I had ask for mid rare and they killed it.

its been a while since I have been there. The pool table was in the bar at that time now its in a area that all even children can scream by. The service was good and caring, the pitcher of beer was cold as well as the glasses, The fries good but burger crispy and dryyyyy, should i say over cooked. What is it with cooks now a days pressing all the flavor out of the meat and over cooking the food?. o well the tomatoes was ripe and not green and the lettuce was crisp and not welting. over all the deep fried food good, the burger bad, the service and beer great, the price good overall.

Wife and I found this place a couple of months ago and I'm so glad we did! The food was surprisingly good, beer cold and the service is the best part. The pizza is some of the best in town. Club sandwich is amazing, the onion rings are the absolute best in town. Can't wait to go back and try something new.
