I highly recommend Century Entertainment & Furnishings. I was shopping for a sofa and found one I liked at Furniture Fair; however, I found my sales person lacking in providing me information I needed in regards to the warranty. I researched reviews of various manufacturers online and there were some companies that would not stand behind their product when there was a problem. I wanted to be proactive in that regard. I was just about to seal the deal with Furniture Fair, but walked out because the sales person was not helpful in that regard. I had never shopped at Century, but I had all the info about the product that i wanted to buy and thought perhaps they could help. I could not believe it. Kiersten Trover, salesperson at Century was AWESOME. She pulled up the sofa I wanted, beat the price of the sofa at Furniture Fair, and pulled up THE ENTIRE WARRANTY, printed it, explained it, and gave it to me. There are some specific things people should know about their warranty. And, Kiersten educated me. I cannot express how grateful i am to her. She is one of the most helpful, conscientious and extremely nice persons, i have ever dealt with.

Earlier this week, Century installed our cabinets that we picked out some time ago.Karen didn't stop working with us once she had the sale and has been a great point of contact with Century. Any questions I've had leading up to the installation in the past few months, large or small, has always been responded to quickly, thoroughly and accurately.The delivery men were accommodating, friendly and on time - I appreciated their attention and attentiveness to our needs and consideration. Unfortunately, I didn't catch their names.The installation/delivery manager was in regular and consistent contact prior to the installation and worked with me when the flooring contractors were delayed and our timeline shifted. He said what he was going to do and made sure it happened without a hitch. Much appreciated.Ron, Heather and John were the epitome of professional, courteous and very capable contractors - something I'm sure you know that not all contractors are or care to be. With the stress of a major & expensive remodel, tensions are often high and fuses run short, but this crew's competency allowed me to focus on managing the rest of the contractors and hit my own milestones to keep this remodel on schedule. I want to thank your employees for their hard work, and acknowledge and commend Century's culture of professionalism; it hasn't gone unnoticed.I hope this praise finds its way to everyone involved and their superiors - they are great ambassadors for your company. Hands down worst service I've ever experienced - first time I've walked out of a store where I liked the product. We walked into the store at 3:30, and were quickly told they close at 4:00. They didn't seem excited that someone was shopping during their last 30 minutes of being open. I then saw a chair I liked up front - looked at the tag, but there was no indication about who manufactured the chair. When I asked the girl up front how I could tell who made the furniture, she said it just depended since they didn't mark in the individual furniture. She said multiple times they had 40 different brands of furniture. So I asked who made the chair I liked, and she shrugged and said, "I mean, does it matter?" Um, yes. It's furniture. Quality MATTERS! How are you in the furniture business?!?I then asked about a large sofa sectional they had on the floor and whether it had options for different feet/fabric/etc. The salesgirl then said, "we'll, it's Bernhardt, so yes. But we can't help you design since we close in 15 minutes." I then packed up my family, went down the street to Ethan Allen, where I was given fantastic service. And have a stack of design documents and quotes from them. I'll give them my money instead. Super disappointing.

Wow talk about a great experience in buying furniture. I never know there was so much info to be had. These guys really know what there doing here. I was ready to buy a living room outfit and my salesman showed me a different one and pointed out the hidden features of it and wow. I'm impressed. I bought it and I have never been so happy in my life. Thanks guys for directing me into what I really needed. 5 stars only because I couldn't do 10 stars

When my husband and I set out to design and purchase a new kitchen for a home we're remodeling we didn't know the first place to start. We tried getting quotes from a number of places in Louisville and even considered the online cabinet store, clique studios. We're so glad that on a recommendation of a friend we gave Century a try. The kitchen was designed with a lot of back and forth (if you're not ready for a lengthy relationship, don't redo your kitchen:) and expertly crafted by a team of Amish builders; the workmanship is outstanding and the overall look is much better than anything we'd seen elsewhere and for a very competitive price. The final reason I decided to write a review is that when our install was delayed slightly, the owner of the company, John, went above and beyond to make it right, communicating the details and timeline impeccably and turned a situation that could have soured our impression into a situation that made us loyal customers for life! I recommend the company based entirely on his professionalism and sincere approach to anyone looking to purchase home cabinetry.

We had an internet outage at 10 pm on a weeknight. My wife and I both work from home, so this was a pretty big deal. I messaged James at Century and he was at our house at 9:30 the next morning and had us back up and running by 10:30. Century Entertainment is outstanding with customer service and helpfulness in every way. We have used them for several years for rewiring, updating the setting for the audio system in our house and just recently for information on changing from cable to streaming. I cannot say enough good things about the information that Steve provided me, the alternatives and just helping me to make a decision both now and for future uses. Once again reminded why I don't go here when looking for furniture. Salespeople always seem so disinterested in helping and answering questions, act like your a bother. Other than the appliance department, not very helpful. 2 stars for nice selection.
