In the market for a new furry friend or just in need of some feline therapy? This is your spot. For a few bucks you can spend an hour snuggling and playing with a group of kitties in need of loving homes. Lots of personalities and adorable faces. The drink bar has an excellent mix of beverages - typical coffee and tea options as well as some wine and beer. Take it in to the per play area with you or enjoy it in the separate cafe area. A small but adorable selection of gift items - perfect for Friends fans, cat lovers, or both. Wonderful idea for a dare night, a kid adventure, or some cheap therapy. Absolutely worth the drive out to Georgetown!

Nice to finally have a cat cafe for those of us who cannot have cats in our own homes. It is a nice way to unwind from stress by coming to love on kitty cats. They also offer treats (away from the cat encounter room of course) and drinks which is a perfect combination to me. If you want to adopt a cat while there, they also handle the adoptions as well. This is a great way for the shelter cats to find homes. The cats come several shelters around the area. The staff are very friendly and you can tell that they enjoy caring for the cats. Please visit this place, love on some cats, get ya a drink and then leave feeling less stressed. Recommend this place!

Last October, after 6 months of mourning Guy the Cat, I visited here and met Fila. Now named Frida, she's my joy! Thanks, Central Purrk!

If you love animals, especially cats, this is a must. We got to play with local shelter cats for an hour and it was such a fun time. There were only 4 active cats during our hour, which was less than expected. But if you know cats, you certainly can't force them to entertain you. And they four cats were more than enough to enjoy our time. They were very friendly and a couple were playful and fun to watch with each other. The staff said they have a high adoption rate there and it's easy to see why. You can also get coffee, wine, beer, and/or pastries while there. My latte was good, but definitely not what I came for. I'm excited to go back again!

I haven't had the chance to try anything on the menu yet, but I love the concept. There are no more than 10 cats living in the cafe at once and there is at least one adoption a day. I will be back to try their menu but I am already in love with this place.

Our daughter sought out cat cafes on our long road trip from Colorado. She was elated to have found Central Purrk!! Mercedes, the young lady / host was absolutely amazing! She was welcoming, hospitable, friendly... truly made our brief (any length of time hanging out with cuddly cats is too short!) time there comfortable and memorable! Thank you, Mercedes! We hope to come back through some day soon!
