Staff is very accommodating. The food is amazing. A larger variety than most Mexican restaurants. Love it here.
Horrible, horrible pulled pork sandwich.
Tasteless Parrillada Azteca fajitas, not worth $12.
a basket of tortillas and salsa
Taco salad.

This is some of the most bussin Mexican food I've had. Definitely recommend. The service is fast as they get your food out, even if it is packed. The chips are good.

I went here for lunch and it was great. Great service, good price and the food was delicious! Probably the best taco salad I've had at a Mexican restaurant. The chips and salsa were good. Received my order quickly.

I really want to give this place more stars, but after visiting several times in the past year, I've concluded it is only worth two. 1. Service is poor (this is always my number one for determining score)2. Several items not made fresh (guacamole).3. Re-fried beans taste like re-hydrated powder.4. No real beans?First, I'll tell you the good things.Casa Sevilla is the only official restaurant in a standalone location in Bloomfield. The property seems to be well maintained. The restaurant is large and roomy. The decor in the restaurant is pleasant.Employees I've encountered are very polite, although not very sociable. That's about it for the good things. Now let me tell you about the five times I've been there, and the not so great things.*The first time I visited with my granddaughter, we were traveling through town. Service was slow. We both had bean burritos. The food was just OK . Hard to mess up a bean burrito.*The next time I visited was with friends for lunch. The service was very slow, and a couple of us had to rush eating in order to get back to work.I ordered a taco salad with beans instead of meat. What I got was a taco shell half-filled with very watery, re-fried beans, and topped with a sprinkle of shredded lettuce and small diced tomatoes. That was not a salad. I didn't have time to complain and didn't want to make a scene around my new friends. The beans tasted like they were a re-hydrated powder. YUK.So why do I go back? As I mentioned earlier, there isn't much of a choice for dining in Bloomfield.*The next time I was there with a few family members and a couple friends. Service was slow (sound familiar?). I had a veggie chimichanga that I believe had been previously frozen (not fresh made). But it was tasty. However, there is no way possible the guacamole is made on site. It had the vinegar taste of a processed dip. I asked my sister (who has lived in Mexico) to taste, and she agreed it was not fresh made.*Again, I returned with friends. The service was so slow, we thought they forgot about us (sitting in the middle of the restaurant). I honestly don't remember what I ordered that time, but that might mean it was good.*My most recent visit was with a friend from out of town. We decided to sit out on the back patio. FYI - you have to walk through a party room to get to the outside patio. Once out there, we had to manuever around tables to find a seat, as tables were not set up very organized. We ordered drinks, and when they arrived, we placed our order. There were two other tables of people out on the patio, and a handful of annoying kids playing around the empty tables. The food came out before too long. I ordered a potato stuffed with veggies. My meal was good, except the "guacamole salad" that was supposed to come with it was just a couple tablespoons of shredded iceburg lettuce with a tablespoon of guacamole on top. LOL Not exactly what I would call a salad. I think a server came to check on us once. When we were done eating, we sat for a long time waiting for a check. Everyone else on the patio was gone except the kids, who made an ever bigger mess of the tables and we had to move some chairs to get through. We decided to just walk in to get our check and pay. The server was coming out as we were entering the building. All these bad experiences outweigh the good things about the place. It has such great potential, but I guess when you are the only restaurant for miles around, you get the business and can still be pretty bad.

Food was good but my meal was not proportioned well. A miss understanding with the burrito led to my special becoming child size. When I asked for a burrito without sauce they complied. However they slathered white cheese on my burrito. I was under the impression that it would have been solid melted cheese in my burrito. I told them I didn't want that and they took it back begrungendly. Aa few secs later they brought out a smaller portion of burrito I had ordered. Pretty petty and sleazy thing to do. I don't trust ever going back after this.

Best Tex Max within 60 miles. Splurge with the chunky guacamole! Order something other than a burrito, taco, or chimichanga--you won't be disappointed. We have never had a bad dish from this restaurant and the prices are more than reasonable. The service is respectful and attentive. Their salsa (complimentary) is slightly underwhelming, but still better than most in the area and the chips are fresh and crunchy.

After moving here from Kansas, we found this Mexican restaurant and fell in love. The nachos and fajitas are excellent. I especially like the steak taquitos with onions and lime. My wife likes the carne asada, and always orders the flan for dessert.
