I'm always up for a delicious shake to enjoy as a lunch or fulfilling snack. And I definitely received a delicious shake from Cardinal Nutrition on Friday. I had only a few minutes to spare, and the man who was working behind the counter was quick to put my shake together and very accomodating. I got the Elvis shake, which has peanut butter and banana, a personal favorite. Both of the flavors came through in this, and it left me feeling full for several hours afterward.The price was $7.50, which was a bit high for a shake, but it also seems like there is a lot of goodness in these shakes. I also saw some exercise balls in the space, and the man who served me said they have workouts here as well. If I was a UofL student, this would be a place I would regularly stop. My husband actually lived around the corner from here when he was in college. I wish this had been here then.

I really recomendable you to check this place out- if you want a quick healthy snack or if you have nutrition/fitness goals! Tyrone hooked me up with a delicious white chocante raspberry shake! It was yummy, high in nutritional value and just what I needed. I am working on increasing my protein intake so that I can build some muscle. They are nutritionist and they can also help you meet any goal! If you want to eat healthy, change your lifestyle, fit into some jeans this simmer - make it happen with Cardinal Nutrition!

I didn't even know this place was here! I was door dashing and picked up an order. Decided to come back and try them out glad I did! I don't remember the name of what I had, but it was all I ended up having for dinner that day lol. Nice people that work there, gave me a sample and a discount card off my first purchase!

If your looking for a good meal replacement, protein, or energy booster this is the place for you. The shakes are very addicted. First you start off with mango aloe shoot and a tea. Second you choose what type of shake that you want. There's so many to choose from. Some of my favorites are the Snapback which taste like Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal, White Chocolate Reese and Strawberry Cheesecake. The Tea Bombs are good also they will definitely give you a boost I don't have a favorite tea I like them all I usually tell them to mix up whatever when I order one. I recently ordered the Jolly Rancher Tea Jug. I drink it 2 hours before I workout. I love how all the workers interactive with all the customers. They greet everyone when they come in and leave. It's always a nice atmosphere I've never left unhappy.

This is your new favorite spot for when you need a sweet fix but can't get down with the usual empty, high calorie, sugar filled, guilt ridden choice of a milkshake or other junky option.The owner is super friendly and informative about the products that he sells. These are like milkshakes for the health conscious. The choices for shake flavors are limitless and all seem to be delicious so far. I have tried Coconut Crush and The Elvis. Both worthy of ordering again. Next up: fruity pebbles or brownie batter. I'm really glad this business popped up right around the corner from my work. I also appreciate the jam packed protein and other healthy big word ingredients in these meal replacement shakes. U of L students...beware! This will be your go to school snack/meal addiction.

Cardinal nutrition is awesome! Everyone should try this place. The place looks a little sketchy on the outside, but it's totally normal on the inside. It's walking distance from UofL too.So the whole process is three different steps. It's $7 for the whole thing. First, they give you a mango aloe shooter. I was a little scared to try it but it was surprisingly good. Next, they give you an herbal tea. You can choose between raspberry, peach, or lemon. I don't like tea at all, but these were really good! The last step is choosing your shake. They've got probably over 50 flavors. There's a huge variety like wedding cake, banana nut muffin, blueberry cheesecake, fruity pebbles, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, thin mint and a ton more that were so interesting. I got white chocolate covered strawberry. It's delicious and very filling. I also tried the banana nut muffin and cherry cordial and they were both awesome.The guys working there were so friendly and talkative. They explained everything and gave recommendations. They made us feel comfortable even though we had no clue how the whole process worked. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

PHENOMENAL! I'm huge on protein shakes, but sometimes they're too rich, too gritty, or just don't taste right. However, Cardinal Nutrition hits it with a perfect shake. The gentleman (although I forgot his name) was friendly from the moment I walked in and super knowledgeable of his products; you knew he wasn't feeding you crap like some places would. His 3-step process is genius and delicious. Even for people who don't know much about nutrition or are skeptics, I highly encourage you to give this place a shot. There is an abundance of flavors to choose from and he caters it to your liking. Hands down the best smoothie place around and a place I'll continue to be a loyal customer at.

Addicted. Love this place and the employees are great, super helpful. Every flavor I've tried is amazing - blueberry pancake, almond joy, and chocolate chip cookie dough were my favorites.
