Caal World Wide Limousine

I really had a good experience with this company. I saw some reviews that would tarnish their name, but I gave them a chance and they pulled through for me. They are really reasonably priced. My daughter's 13th bday was amazing because of them. They came to her school in their stretched pink Dodge Charger picked her and her friends up and took them an hour away to Texas Roadhouse while her father and I followed behind. I'm not giving a five star only because with every experience there could be some mishaps and improvements, but I know nothing is ever really perfect. We all make mistakes and everything and everybody has room for improvement. What special thing I liked about this service was that the limo driver tried to make it extra special by listening to me AND the kids. She held a sign in the rain for me that said "Reese Parkin and her party of 5" She even pulled over for the kids to help with the Bluetooth. If you're looking for a good deal and someone that will listen to you and try their hardest to make your time with them special this is the place!!

Our experience was great, my family and I enjoyed every minute of it. The driver was very kind and friendly, made us feel so comfortable, he was patient and drove us to some beautiful places to take pictures for my daughter's quinceañera celebration, Will use again in the future! Very clean and large party bus.. They provided us with cold waters and cups. Driver was really cool.. i HIGHLY recommend CAAL World Wide Limousine.

Me and my friends had such an amazing time last Derby when we booked with Caal worldwide we had previously been ripped off by another limousine company so all of us were very skeptical but I have to say it was with every penny. My Driver was early for the pick up he even provided us with cold soft drinks and water we definitely were not expecting that at all usually you have to ask and pay for those types of services overall it was I'm pleased and will be booking our Derby festivities with them again I highly recommend this company and Thanks again Caal you will be hearing from us soon.

I rented a party bus for my birthday party and because of such a wonderful experience with their service, I booked them again for my son's 9th birthday party. Glad I did! They were professional, prompt, and kid friendly. The driver rolled out the red carpet for my son and his attendees. The owner made booking easy and efficient. Everything turned out great! They've gained a loyal customer!

Absolutely horrible! I would definitely NEVER recommend this company to anyone. They never showed up to pick us up from our wedding reception and refused to give us our $60 deposit back. They don't care about their customers and will never show up and still take your money.

My now wife and I booked a limo from Caal to drive us home from our wedding reception on August 4. It was definitely an experience neither of us will forget.Usually, I would start with describing the limo and its appearance. But, I can't. That is because the limo and the driver never made an appearance at our reception. We booked for them to arrive at 10 pm. At 9:55, they called and informed us the driver was running about 10 minutes away. We figured 5 minutes late would not be too bad. Our photographer agreed to stay around a few extra minutes to get pictures of us leaving in the limo. Never heard back from them. So we called them back at 10:17 when the driver still had not arrived. The lady on the phone, which had a terrible attitude like we were inconveniencing her, said she was not sure and would call the driver then call us back. Again, they did not call back. After waiting another 5 minutes, we called again. She said the driver was 2 minutes out. We spent the next 5 minutes on the phone telling them that we should be reimbursed from this pathetic service. This went well past the 2 minutes that the driver should arrive in. By this time, our photographer had had to leave. So we told them not to bother wasting our time any more and we had gotten a ride from friends that were at the wedding. They said that was fine and said they would pay us back $60 but not return the $60 deposit. This lead to more of an argument. They claimed we canceled on them. So, by the letter of their "contract" they did not owe us the deposit. We countered back saying they technically cancelled on us by not showing up. Their comment was if we waited long enough, the limo would have arrived and we would have received our ride. This company is a terrible scam where they book services, take your money, drag you along till you are so fed up with them that you tell them to forget about it, and then keep your deposit. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR CRAP. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. We hope this review saves people time and money and helps them avoid the embarrassment that my wife and I endured at the end of our special day.
