"We found this place on a random Tuesday night in December of last year and have been coming back ever since. The owners Kenny and Denise are so down to earth and greet us by name every time we come in. Megan is always bartending and has the best recommendations. We feel like family when we come in for a visit. They have a great selection of draft beers from local breweries including Gallant Fox and West 6th. The flights come in a set of 4 on a cute train track stand to fit the theme of the establishment name. They also have two frozen drinks, a wine slushee and a bourbon slushee. Both are amazing. They also serve food and snacks such as pulled pork sandwiches with chips, nachos, pretzel bites with cheese dipping sauce, and charcuterie boards. Every week they do trivia on Tuesdays and Singo (Bingo with songs) on Wednesdays. I've since moved away from the area and will greatly miss this place. It is one of my favorite places to go out for a casual drink. Please stop by and check this place out - I guarantee you'll have a great time!"
"This has become our favorite restaurant. All the food are phenomenal and the staff are always so nice. The chef(s) are all very talented. We have never been disappointed with our meals. We love how they rotate the menu every week. The manager Dan always come to say hi. Overall, we just love the food, attentive services and cozy environment. We will keep coming back."

"First time here and certainly not our last. Food was delicious and drinks were sooo good. Some of the best wings I have ever had. I was licking my fingers and didn't even care. The pizza was even better!! We will be back soon!!"
"Amazing service, delicious food, and great atmosphere for Valentine's Day. The soup was rich, meat was tender, and wine pairing were great. Only thing is I believe it was over priced especially for the wine."
"Murrini is an expansion of the Arts Center of the Bluegrass, also adjacent to the "Fern" gift shop. This is more of a lunch/small plates venue. Nice meeting spot for the area, bright and open, with a decent selection of charcuterie, small sandwiches, soups, and salads. We had the charcuterie board, with three cheeses, two meats (salami and country ham), crackers, bread, grapes, olives, nuts. Very large board. Was bummed there was a large hair in some of our cheese, but things happen. We also had the pimento in greens. Pimento was creamy, but lacked seasoning. The Murrini trio came with the previously mentioned pimento cheese, hummus (also under-seasoned, but also creamy), naan, crackers, and pickled veggies. The pickled veggies appeared to be made on site and were great! The deviled egg flight we had, supposedly three different flavors, also lacked pizazz. Not bad, just not much else either. We also had tea, water, and mimosas (Prosecco out of the bottle into orange juice). They also have lemon and basil burrata, a roasted veggie sandwich, a turkey club. Their dinner selections are limited to: pasta and spinach, pot roast, a toasted sesame salmon bowl, and the seared seafood salad. You go up to the counter to order. This is not a spot where you have a specific server to your table. Service was as good as it could be. There were two servers/cashiers. Both very kind and helpful, but very young and basically doing the best they could without any sort of oversight or management.I would come here again for a meet up or basic light lunch. But it's not a place you'd take your out of town friends or take people to impress them."
"Great ambience = upscale but relaxed. Great service (Jennifer). This is oenophile's paradise. I do not typically drink wine but did a flight here and they were all excellent.Blackberry Old Fashioned was great as well; though I had to mix it so it was mixed very well at all.Deserts were all great, but their specialty is a blueberry-lemon cake that is phenomenal."
"One of Louisville's finer restaurants, this place will be a great dinner for folks. All the meat entrees were a finer quality beef selections. The sides and desserts all were excellent. Maybe a (4) dollar sign level of pricing. But at least you won't be disappointed in what comes to the table."
"Updating review because I had forgotten I had ever even reviewed before, and now I have more glowing to do. You guys, I realize now work in Norton Commons, so I'm biased, since is the closest nearby watering hole when the day ends. BUT. There are so many wines, it's overwhelming at times. In the good way. The bourbon selection makes the wine list look minuscule. And the beer is not to be laughed at. The whole reason I'm updating, though, is the staff. They are so. Nice. So nice. Knowledgeable, without being pretentious or too knowledgeable that they confuse the patron. So friendly, be it your first, fifteenth or fifteen hundredth visit. Funny. They are the reason behind the neighborhood bar vibe, and it makes all the difference. Rave over!!"
"What a cute boutique place! The staff are super friendly and helpful, and they have a excellent selection of bourbons and a few other things. They also have a nice bar to order drinks and a limited food menu. Great prices as well."
"Lexington doesn't have many true "wine bars" but finding Darling wine bar at Greyline station was wonderful. The owner is super knowledgeable and will make great suggestions based on your tasting preferences. Super cute, laid back vibe. Must check them out when looking for a wine bar in town."
"Great place to hang with friends to taste wine, they do have music in the warmer months on the weekends. Never took a tour there, but did some wine tasting. The service is great, friendly and helpful"
"A great little place we drive to in Ft. Thomas to listen to Jill and Bobbie. It was a great date night with great tunes with Jill and Bobbie. We were able to get seats next to the window and able to talk and hear the music. The service was great and very attentive. Food was also great and even Barb the owner stopped by and checked on us.We started off with a Mediterranean platter as a shareable made of garlic roasted hummus, olives, pickles, veggies, warm pita. The hummus was delectable as it was handmade. Pickles and olives were not too vinegary. Warm pita was perfect. We also split a Roasted Beet SaladRoasted beets, artisan green mix, goat cheese, candied walnuts, house vinaigrette. The salad was delicious with yummy beets and a very mellow goat cheese. The candied walnuts completed the ensemble. Farmhouse Flatbreads with House garlic sauce, fired roasted tomatoes, roasted portobello mushrooms, zucchini, red peppers, red onion, mozzarella, goat cheese, balsamic drizzle, fresh basil. Great presentation and excellent combination of flavors.Highly recommend this to looking for a pub / restaurant with a nice atmosphere."

First time visiting and we couldn't say enough good things about this place. Where can you get locally made wines, beers and bourbons. The service was very friendly and welcoming. This place is a hidden gem! We will definitely be coming back!

We met friends there for a dinner and we were blown away by the food. Everything was well prepared and the wine we paired with the meal was excellent. I felt it was a great value too for the quality of food and the service. No need to drive all the way downtown for this level of food as this place is a hidden gem on the West Side. I almost hate adding this review because I would love to keep Somm on the down low.

I am from Hampton Roads Va visiting Cincinnati, and searched for a pizza place nearby. I like to try different pizzas when I travel, and this lace caught my eye because while I've had buffalo pizzas many times at many different places, I've never had it with celery. Loved it! That's my goal - to learn and try something new, and Cork and Crust delivered. The pizza was not only unique, it also has a really good crust, a sign of a good Pizzaiolo. Salad was also good. The atmosphere is also very nice. Two thumbs up!

One of my favorite dining experiences in a LONG time (and I spend a lot of time in NYC).Elevated tapas, cocktails, and wines, but not pretentious or off-putting. Beautiful, elegant decor. We had multiple small plates: grilled cheese dumplings served with a tomato bisque, pork carnitas tacos, filet mushroom canapé, and jerk chicken kabobs. All the food was cooked well, seasoned perfectly, with great flavor. It was plenty to share and not feel heavy before our next activity. Optimum portion sizes. We all had multiple cocktails--gin based, rum based, tequila, whiskey. All tasty, refreshing, inventive. We had a chambong, their signature fun champagne shot, and it was fun and memorable. They also had a fantastic wine selection. Some super crisp whites. Very sophisticated list.I do not remember our server's name (the receipt said Tyler, but not sure that's his name). He had wavy dark hair, wore glasses, and was a snappy dresser. He was FANTASTIC. So kind, attentive, knowledgeable. He really loves wine, and made great suggestions. He's the best server we've had in a long time. Please give him ALL THE PRAISE!We loved this place and can't wait to bring more friends.

Super cute spot - a part of the Arts Center of the Bluegrass and connected thru an interior door to the Fern gift shop. Bright and open space - primarily small plates but a few entrees on the menu. Perfect spot for meeting/chatting. Lots of different seating options for a variety of group sizes and yet comfy for one person. Cute decor and lovely art collection (as one would expect). I had the pimento cheese crostini, the soup of the day (Chickpea Chili), and a lavender lemonade. All three items were excellent. Comforting, homemade, and the perfect end to an adventure wandering around the arts center and the gift shop.

Stopped here for lunch after Christmas - very nice place and the food was very good. Between us, we had: Brie Bacon Burger, Hot Honey Chicken sandwich and the Steak Fritz. Everyone was super happy with their meals. Server was friendly and polite. The restaurant atmosphere was very pleasant and we'd love to come back.

Just go. After a day of bourbon distilleries, I figured I had earned a steak. Went to JR; sat at the bar as I wasn't dressed in any snazzy attire (and had zero problem.) The service at the bar was probably the best bar service I've ever received. Multiple people checked on me while I was seated, the food came quick, and the team behind the bar made great suggestions. These guys even came over to me to say that the bread service would be delayed.... That's next level folks. I had the burger and fries and it was solid. Reasonable prices and a solid number of options. I'll be back without question.

What a fun bar to grab drinks at and catch up with friends. That is exactly what I was able to do. We grabbed wine (happy hour price until 6pm) and sat in their patio. Their house Rosè was quite tasty. The bartenders were super friendly and attentive. The only down fall is they only have a cheese plate if you get hungry. But no worries, there's plenty of restaurants around to grab food if the cheese plate isn't going to fill you up.

"I drive from Harrison to come here for breakfast and/or coffee pretty regularly. Their avacado toast is the best I've ever had. The garlic aioli on it is ridiculously good. (You can actually buy a jar of it--highly recommend.) I haven't had a bad meal, and I've tried like 4-5 different things. The staff ("Mom" who owns it with her grown kids) are hardworking, accommodating, friendly, sweet, and helpful. They're always doing yummy seasonal changes, listening to customers, and clearly put so much heart into ALL their locations around the area. "Mom" is always working on something when I'm in there. I love her energy.Oh! Also, the pastries in the case are to die for. They usually sell out, but that egg nog puff pastry they have around Christmas is fire!Great place to grab coffee and work. Lots of places to lounge and the interior has a great vibe. I've been meaning to go to their other location near me because apparently they have different menu items that are equally delicious.FOREVER a customer!"
"I had a great dinner here and hope more people try this place because I honestly feel like it's an overlooked restaurant (pun intended)! It's in the Summit Hotel so you can walk through the hotel and see some cool art on your way up to the restaurant. The restaurant is on the 4th floor, but there's 9 floors, so I was kind of confused why they didn't put the restaurant at the top. But all of their (huge) event space is on the 4th floor, so maybe that's why. My friends and I came here on a Wednesday night at 7:30 for Cincy Wing Week, which was also the night of the huge snowstorm. When we walked in, there 3 people having drinks at the bar, and a completely empty restaurant. Such a bummer, because the space is huge, so maybe the snow scared people away? They have an extensive craft cocktail menu, and we were all very happy with the drinks we ordered. They also have a decent selection of local craft beer.We ordered quite a few items off the menu and loved everything we had! Tots + dip - these were awesome. They are similar to a small hashbrown and so good!Butternut squash soup - super flavorful and deliciousEverything wings - again, awesome! They're served with a mustard aioli that offsets all the everything spices nicely.Roasted brussels sprouts - these come topped with caesar dressing, breadcrumbs, and parmesan. The caesar dressing isn't overpowering and the brussels sprouts are perfectly roasted. My friends had the seared salmon and smash burger and they said the fish and burger were cooked perfectly.I would definitely come back here to try more items!"
"Very neat place to meet friends for drinks and snacks! The selection of "plates" offers maybe one or two that would serve well as an entree, but most are best served to share- though you will still get your fill!!! Love the uniqueness of the experience. Fun cocktails too!"
"Went there last night with my best male friend to celebrate our common birthdays . We do this every year but usually find a new and different location that we have never been before This year he wanted to go to brix and since I have been there several times I thought it was a good choice on his partLove the atmosphere and personal attention from the experienced staffDrinks were well prepared and reasonable in priceFood was good but not greatThis is a nice place for a first date or meeting with friends for cocktails and lite dinner"
"Wow! What a great addition to the food scene in Cincy and a big win for the growing Dayton, KY Business District!Wayfarer lived up to the hype. It's a cozy and warm space with exposed brick, fun tavern-style lighting and classic pizzeria tablecloths. I've been lucky enough to enjoy this pizza at two pop ups, but it was even better once the tavern opened. All the details were thought of here--cocktails with a nod to Dayton's history, unique ingredients, and that wonderful cheesy crust. We tried the Ouef Mayo, which transported me back to a Paris cafe instantly. I can't wait to work my way through the snack menu. Don't sleep on the pizza though. The Pickle Power is incredible, and I'll have a hard time straying to try others. The service was so attentive, even during the soft open, and my server recommended a great wine to accompany our food. Our kids gave the thumbs up too, which is no small feat coming from my picky 9-year-old. We can't wait to go back!"
"Came in for a work event, but was excited because I've been meaning to come check it out! Everyone I came with enjoyed their meal and service was great! I am excited to come back when the weather is nicer because they have a very cute outdoor patio too!"
"Had an amazing time at Ghost Fox Winery. A couple of friends and I had a private event in their tasting room and had the best time! Loved all of the decorations and open seating! Everybody should check it out! The owners, Mallory and Josh were extremely welcoming and answered all of our questions about wine making. Would strongly encourage trying their Chardonnay!!"
"Not sure why I haven't given this amazing place a review yet as I've been here countless times, but this is one of the best if not THE best restaurants in Southern Indiana. I'd even stake that claim for Louisville Metro as well. All the dishes I've had there are phenomenal and the service is friendly and top notch. While they're always packed (make reservations), the ownership makes sure to give it the hometown fee by checking in with the tables and making sure everything is up to par.I checked in again over the weekend due to them posting a dish online as a special that screamed my name. I'm so glad I did... It was excellent."
"Super friendly staff, good choice of wines in the self pour section (they also offer more choices behind the bar if you don't see something you like), but the true star of the show is their FOOD.We ordered a build your own charcuterie board which was DELICIOUS. But the best thing on their menu is the Caprese Flat Bread, it's unmatched and full of flavor. They have indoor and outdoor seating. When we went, there was live music and I am relatively certain they host a variety of community events. 10/10 recommend checking this place out."
"Great good great service. Cozy, casual romantic American fare. Food was well seasoned and came out quick. We had a seasonal flatbread, I had a couple $5 margs for their Thursday bar special (they were perfect), he had a burger with everything and I had the pan roasted chicken sub mashed potatoes instead of rice. Delicious!"
"This is a great pick. It is never too busy so you can always get a table. They switch out their menu often so you can try new things. They have good cocktails too"
"Have been here a few times. Tonight she Had enchiladas suiza I tried the octopus tacos. Here problem. They need a menu make over. And more help. Menu is ridiculous it's pages and pages. Some has been great some not. These taco were not octopus was microwaved to thaw before grilling making them tough like no chew tough. I also had a crab and shrimp enchilada. Crab was full prob was it's not real and two shrimp. Lack of help but that's everywhere right now."
"The charcuterie boards are excellent. This at Harvey's on a date night is perfect. I love them both."
"Valentines Day dinner... they offered a selected menu. We both had arugula salads & beef short ribs. Food was delicious, service was amazing & the vibe was vibing! We will be back"
"We had a happy hour event for our women's group last night, and I cannot recommend Ripple enough! Service: Everyone there was kind, professional, and knowledgeable! Fantastic hospitality! Shout out to Gabriella and Grant!Food: Literally every single dish we ordered was delicious: burrata, baked brie (so good with the honey comb), mediterranean plate, charcuterie, flying pig flat bread, Sicilian flatbread, and this flaky white fish with delicious seasoning.Wine: I had an Albariño, and it was just perfect for the weather, light and crisp. Everyone else seemed to really enjoy their wines. The employees were patient and knowledgeable when helping other women select wines. Bonus: there's a parking lot behind Ripple! Looking forward to going back soon!"
"Stopped in while traveling to Evansville. What a GREAT restaurant!! Home cooked, friendly, family feeling and fast service. Also, very clean and well organized. I skipped the desserts, but they looked FANTASTIC!!!"
"Hidden Gem in downtown Louisville. Great staff and a nice atmosphere to relax. The smoked old fashion was my favorite next to the popcorn. Signage doesn't stand out, but it is close to 21c."
"My husband & I decided to return to Tano for dinner since we only got to stop in for an app & drinks last time. It's perfect for a nice little date night. Our server was pleasant & checked on us a fair amount. I sipped on a Ginger Pear Martini (12 pear vodka + canton + triple sec + lime + crystalized ginger), which I enjoyed. Not overly sweet, just right. It seems their menu may be seasonal - we didn't see the lemon blueberry ricotta we had last time, which was insanely good. Instead we enjoyed the Crab Cake as our appetizer. It was only one cake for $16, but it was very good & had a nice amount of crunch to it.For dinner I had the Stuffed Salmon ($31 - crab, bacon & brie stuffing + mashed potatoes + asparagus + lemon buerre blanc). It had a nice balance of savory & richness that I really enjoyed. My husband had the Braised Short Rib ($39 - buffalo burrata + campanelle pasta pomodoro + toast points + shaved pecorino). This dish was absolutely phenomenal & I may have stolen a bite or three The meat was extremely tender, the pasta was cooked perfectly, & the sauce was so incredibly flavorful. The portions were perfect as we were both able to share the appetizer, finish our meals, & share a dessert. For dessert we had the Vanilla Bean Crème Brûlée with mixed berries. It had the perfect crunch from the caramelized sugar & the creaminess underneath was delicious. The tart blueberries & blackberries added another exciting layer of flavor. Definitely a must if you can save some room!"
"We decided to give the Grape Vines a try for a few drinks before my birthday dinner. We had so much fun! We ordered a few wine flights, a few single pours and a charcuterie board. The board was served quickly and was very good! This is such a cute little place and I think it would make a perfect date night! It really got my birthday night kicked off perfectly!!"
"Absolutely love coming here. Common book club and date night spot for myself. The staff is always friendly. Would recommend!"
"Best chicken dish, rivals with Torrisi from NYC. The chicken (thigh and breast) is soo juicy. Paired with the umami mushroom that's spreaded fully across the plate - 100 points! And also had one of the best french onion soup that's a twist on using chicken jus instead of beef broth with the flake pastry on top!"
"The B.A. Colonial is in the historic Colonial Gardens building, but it is well updated and modern. The menu is full of classic American items but it's all pretty good! Service is also good. There's a great patio too. Andddd there's a venue space upstairs!Additionally, B.A. does all sorts of cool stuff. Just this week, they're going a fundraiser with decor their customers painted for Derby, and if you took in a ticket from Churchill Downs yesterday, you could get a free old fashioned. They are super involved in the community and doing lots of engaging things, which makes it a five star for me!"
"We arrived on a Friday night and fortunately were able to be seated right away. Not that the place was not busy, it was just good timing. Our waitress so pleasant and gave us wonderful recommendations on every aspect of the meal. I ordered the pork chop and couldn't have been more pleased. Even the tiny roasted Pearl onions accompanying the meal were delicious! I highly recommend, best bone in pork chop that I have had in a while. It was so good! My dinner companion had the Gnocchi Stroganoff and kindly allowed me to sample. The sauce was rich and creamy, the prime rib was tender and the gnocchi, little pillows of yum! We ended our meal with dessert, she the chocolate cake and me the lemon ricotta doughnuts. They were both wonderful. We had a fabulous experience and will definitely return and spread the word of this new gem in our town."
