"Amazing service, delicious food, and great atmosphere for Valentine's Day. The soup was rich, meat was tender, and wine pairing were great. Only thing is I believe it was over priced especially for the wine."
"This is my second time coming to Yuca for brunch. I love how bright it is inside! I came in around 10 am and there was no wait time. I ordered the Fajita Greens, which I didn't have high expectations for because well salads for brunch is not my go to. The server asked me how I wanted my steak, and I was pleasantly surprised (Usually restaurants just have a default for the steak in a salad). The salad itself was great! The tortilla strips gave a nice crunch; the dressing was light and flavorful; and the steak was nicely cooked. I paired it with a mimosa. (You can also choose to get just a bottle of Prosecco with juice for $30). I was left feeling full, but not overly full where I would need a nap. On Sundays, the restaurant hands out flowers to the females! This is a nice little touch. If you like tequila, they have a vault, which opens up and you can see the tequila they have. It's a solid brunch in my opinion."
"This place doesn't miss! In the top 2 favorite places in Henderson (depends on my mood). It's at least a once a week place to eat or sit at the bar and have a beer and talk with the bartenders. They often have live music which is a big plus for me. Pint night is every Wednesday, $2 off draft pints and $2 off the bacon burger. Great staff that will remember your name and greet your arrival and say goodbye when leaving."
"I started my new year by saying I would visit one new restaurant each month. I can finally say that I have accomplished that goal ! C3 was our December restaurant pick. We made reservations on our 3 year anniversary that ended up being cancelled because the restaurant was closed. No worries, we just moved our reservation to the next day. When we got there, the manager apologized for the cancellation and comped our drinks. My partner accidentally ordered the wrong drink. Our server tried to replace it, but my partner wouldn't allow it. He said the drink he received was fine. I had ordered an espresso martini and it was delicious, albeit a tiny bit strong. We decided to skip appetizers and go straight for the mains. I ordered the gnudi, something I had never had before. The pieces of pasta were made with cheese unlike gnocchi which is made with potato. It was absolutely delightful - and all of the veggies in the dish were cooked to perfection. I could have honestly eaten a second serving, it was that good ! I loved the sauce in it especially. My partner had to try their cheeseburger and declared it the best burger in Bloomington. After we were done eating, we went ahead and ordered the caramel apple bread pudding. My parent was super impressed with it, but I thought it was a pretty typical bread pudding. Which didn't make it bad, it was delicious ! The manager had comped our dessert, as well, since we were celebrating our anniversary. Overall... If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would ! The only con I can think of was how dim the lights were. But the quality service and food more than made up for it."
"We had to drive to Kentucky, but it was worth it. The Tapas menu is unlike anything I've seen. They tell me it changes every month. Even better. They have wonderful gin drinks. Normally, I'm a straight gin and tonic guy. Nurse a couple, head on home. TonightWe made the first round a sampler with a flight of gins that we all enjoyed then the French 75, a Gimlet, Dorchester and a Gibson. They mix smooth drinks and the martinis were quite dry and accommodating. You can go with other spirits, we opted not to. The appetizers help to distract the palate to try the next concoction. lolA couple of tapas for us were the Kaiju Meatballs and the Zombie Slayer Shotgun Shells (that's a definite must try). All were outstanding. All were served swiftly with a smile. Big shout out to James and Bill. Both were very personable; both were extremely gifted at their craft. It was a very expensive evening, but, the kicked back atmosphere makes this place a most desirable hang-out. 12/24"
"Dined here on Thursday night. One of the best meals I've had in Louisville. The hype is real and completely justified. We ate:1) Crispy Cauliflower (perfect)2) Smoked Lamb Hummus (flavorful, 10/10 would order again)3) Pita and Hummus (excellent, pita was one of the best I've ever had)4) Fall apple salad (my wife's pick, and my least favorite)5) Chicken Shishlik (perhaps the greatest chicken I've ever had to opportunity to scarf down)6) Brown Butter Knafeh (this stuff should be illegal, 10/10)Can't wait to go back!"
"We had a happy hour event for our women's group last night, and I cannot recommend Ripple enough! Service: Everyone there was kind, professional, and knowledgeable! Fantastic hospitality! Shout out to Gabriella and Grant!Food: Literally every single dish we ordered was delicious: burrata, baked brie (so good with the honey comb), mediterranean plate, charcuterie, flying pig flat bread, Sicilian flatbread, and this flaky white fish with delicious seasoning.Wine: I had an Albariño, and it was just perfect for the weather, light and crisp. Everyone else seemed to really enjoy their wines. The employees were patient and knowledgeable when helping other women select wines. Bonus: there's a parking lot behind Ripple! Looking forward to going back soon!"
"Love the building! Right in the front is a room with an electric fireplace that reminds me of a living room! I was alone, so sat at the bar. Staff was welcoming.Drink was fabulous...some of my favorite things like Elderflower and Lemon in vodka. There is a food pop up in the back which I will review later...but it was "Great" as Tony the Tigar would say!I was here right after they opened and it wasn't crowded, and I loved all the spaces. Parking is by meter. Drink was so very good I even had a second before my meter ran out. That's winning."
"Just moved here from California, had a chance to stop by Crestwood Bistro as it's down the street from my house. It's in a nice intimate setting with a good hometown feel. Ordered the deviled eggs and Cheese steak Panini and it didn't disappoint. The service was excellent and it was affordable, truly a hidden gem in Kentucky."

One of my favorite dining experiences in a LONG time (and I spend a lot of time in NYC).Elevated tapas, cocktails, and wines, but not pretentious or off-putting. Beautiful, elegant decor. We had multiple small plates: grilled cheese dumplings served with a tomato bisque, pork carnitas tacos, filet mushroom canapé, and jerk chicken kabobs. All the food was cooked well, seasoned perfectly, with great flavor. It was plenty to share and not feel heavy before our next activity. Optimum portion sizes. We all had multiple cocktails--gin based, rum based, tequila, whiskey. All tasty, refreshing, inventive. We had a chambong, their signature fun champagne shot, and it was fun and memorable. They also had a fantastic wine selection. Some super crisp whites. Very sophisticated list.I do not remember our server's name (the receipt said Tyler, but not sure that's his name). He had wavy dark hair, wore glasses, and was a snappy dresser. He was FANTASTIC. So kind, attentive, knowledgeable. He really loves wine, and made great suggestions. He's the best server we've had in a long time. Please give him ALL THE PRAISE!We loved this place and can't wait to bring more friends.

Good service, food was enjoyable, we visited as a family but would like to return as just adults for more drinks! The only downside was a huge group (4 tables pushed together) being so loud the restaurant was unbearable and we couldn't really talk. While not explicitly the restaurants fault that this group was so loud, maybe in such a small space they shouldn't allow large groups to push tables together?

The fries are the star of the meal! So well cooked and seasoned. I could have had a plate of just the fries. I ordered the pork chop and it came with asparagus and fries. The asparagus and pork chops were cooked very well. I ate all of the asparagus and had pork chops leftover. My husband got the burger with fries and beans. He loved the fries and beans. He said the burger was perfectly cooked but needed a bit more seasoning. He said the beans were some of the best he's had. The vibes in this place are great and the drink menu is extensive. The view is also great. Service was fantastic. We will be back. Also try the bourbon bbq!

The atmosphere of this place is awesome- it feels swanky and gives a much more urban vibe than most restaurants in a college town. And they have really great cocktails. Annnnd they have a plant meet up/exchange. The food is consistently good, as is the service. I would say it is one of my top three upscale restaurant choices in Bloomington. I especially love going in the winter when all of the string lights are up because it really increases the holiday romance factor. You are basically in a Hallmark movie walking in.

We met for drinks to celebrate a friend's birthday and our party outgrew what we originally thought it would be and they handled it masterfully. Our server was Ethan and if you try Juniper's; I hope you are lucky enough to have him. He makes you feel as you've been best friends forever. Highly recommend this place.

This place is impressive - it would fit nicely in NYC or any major city dining scene. Vibe is excellent. Cocktails are excellent. Small-plate options are super tasty - the crispy cauliflower was standout. Embered beet salad was also yummy, not too different from the one at nearby Bar Vetti. Crispy brussel sprouts were good too. Obviously it's expensive, so be ready for that. And it's not a huge space. But an elevated experience that foodies shouldn't miss. Reservations recommended.p.s. The chef, Noam Bilitzer, was just named a James Beard Award (Southeast) semifinalist -- well deserved.

This place is incredible! The decor, service, menu, are wonderful. The aroma of deliciousness hits you as soon as you enter. The ingredients of each dish are so complex and perfect. I'm on the Mediterranean diet and could eat many things on the menu.

This place everything you need. Great location, magnificent decor, and flawless atmosphere. I was literally just spending a couple of hours in the Cincinnati/Covington area on the way to Lexington. And when looking for the perfect spot to relax for a bit the Well came up. And what a perfect choice. The service was great, the patrons as well as the staff all friendly and wonderful. It definitely brought back the feeling of being home in Miami's Wynwood district or Fort Lauderdale's Las Olas. So, if you ever find yourself in Covington, do yourself a favor and make a stop at The Well. You won't regret it!

"I visited Pizza Lupo for the first time on my birthday and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. We made a reservation online through Resy, and I'm glad we did--it was surprisingly busy for a Monday night! I started with the Chinotto Old Fashioned. Though I was initially hesitant, it turned out to be a refreshing twist on the classic cocktail--highly recommend giving it a try. For the main course, we couldn't pass up their wood-fired sourdough pizza. We went with the classic Margherita, and it was excellent--perfectly balanced flavors and a delightful crust. To finish, we split some hazelnut gelato, which was the perfect end-of-meal treat--light, creamy, and delicious. The space itself is beautiful and quaint, with a cozy atmosphere. Parking is limited with a small lot, but the friendly staff and inviting environment make it worth the visit. Overall, a fantastic spot for a special night out!"
"Welcome to the neighborhood, äta! I was excited to stop in for cocktails and small plates during this team's first weeks open. Transitioning from the beloved Anoosh Bistro, äta is a newly reimagined Swedish + New American concept under Chef David Danielson, pulling inspiration from his childhood Nordic roots. Thrilled to see these treasures shared on the menu.Robust wine list with a select cocktail menu and beer list available. I was in for a cocktail during this trip and enjoyed the 'Swedish 76' with lingonberry. Wines seem to be the way to go for a fully coursed meal. You have the option with this menu to share a series of small plates or traditionally course your meal with appetizers through entrees and dessert. I wanted a sampling of the menu so my party of two opted for small plates - the bleu cheese and fig jam toasts, roasted beet salad, and mussels were on the menu for us. You are also served with table bread with a Parmesan sauce that was phenomenal. I might order a different small plate besides the toast next go-round.Our server was exceptional and made sure we had everything we needed for our meal. The hospitality from front of house to the end of our meal was exceptional. äta is certainly an upscale experience, and feels more classic and sophisticated than trendy. Think special occasions, foodie adventures, parent visits, and date night with someone you want to impress."
"Better than home. Cannot wait to go back. The beans are amazing, the ham is amazing. The staff are amazing, make you feel welcome and a part of the family the moment you walk through the door. The whole experience and food was a welcome change to the usual restaurants. Just go. if you don't like it then you need to get your taste buds checked."
"This place is awesome! And their wine is fantastic. I was in Cynthia for the weekend and happened by. Service and atmosphere were perfect. I can't wait to go back and try their small plates. Definitely stop in if you have a chance."
"Easy five stars here. This is one of my favorite restaurants in Lexington. The food is phenomenal and the service is excellent.I brought the whole family here, and we tried a lot of different options: fish taco bites, Cuban sandwich sliders, pork street tacos, Cuban style roasted pork plate, bacon chipotle cheese burger, patatas bravas, and tostones with shrimp ceviche. You all, every single one of those options, from the tostones to the burger, were fantastic. The ceviche - it is so fresh and tasty. There are just so many great options here. If you said I had to pick a favorite, I'd say I'm not comfortable making that decision, but in the end I might go with the port street tacos. They melt in your mouth like butter. But I'm telling you that it is all top notch. I absolutely love this place. On a side note (pun intended), don't go without trying the plantains, patatas bravas, and, as unusual as this may sound, the french fries. They are incredible!Just writing this review has made me hungry, and luckily Barzelona is right behind the house, so I'm headed there now. I might see you there!"
"A very good experience here. We had a reservation set for 5:30 on Saturday night. We showed up a little early and they seated us right away. They asked us if we wanted upstairs or down. We ended up sitting upstairs. Kyle was our waiter and greeted us for our drink order right away. My friend and I both ordered the Gingerbread Sidecar. This cocktail was gingerbread rum, pear-infused brandy, and lemon shrub. I loved this cocktail so much I had another! They have a tasting menu choice on their menu and for this selection you get a dish from the first course, second course, third course, and dessert. My friend and I both chose this option but made different selections. I chose the braised carrots, smoked tandoori salmon, Mahi Mahi, and coconut chai rice pudding. My friend ordered winter salad, wagyu meatballs, maple leaf farms duck, and dark chocolate mousse. My favorite dish was the tandoori salmon. My least favorite was the rice pudding. With dessert I had a sauterne and really liked it as well. Our service was impeccable and Kyle coursed it out for us and did not miss a beat. The portions were also very nicely sized. We would definitely go back. I highly recommend."
"The food is AMAZING! We went for the oyster happy hour.., which btw, you have to mention, it's not just given. We got 2 dozen oysters with the fresh cucumber minoitte, then split a pasta and ended the meal with a chocolate peanut butter lava cake. So delicious! We had fun with April at the bar. Highly recommend."
"Came here during taco week and loved the variety. We had the chips and queso, short rib and tinga tacos, and margaritas. The chips and queso were to die for! I hope this becomes a permanent menu item because the queso was phenomenal and the chips I could eat by themselves! Tacos were okay, I wish the tortillas were cooked a little more. Margaritas were pretty good, the flight was one heck of a deal...$6 for a flight of 3! Only thing I didn't like was how loud the trivia was. I love trivia and I am all for coming back for trivia night, but as someone that came NOT for trivia night...I had to yell to talk to the person next to me when the trivia host was talking or playing music on their speakers."
"We had such a good time at the Aloft hotel. I know... who would have thought! It was Friday night and they had a live band playing. The band was amazing. Seriously some of the best live music I've heard. (Zach Longoria Project - look them up). We ordered some drink and really enjoyed our night. The service was good. The atmosphere was awesome. It felt like a trendy lounge. The drinks were good - not great. I like the drinks at the downtown location better. Their cocktail menu is a little more unique. The bar tender did mention that they were about to change Up their menu. I guess that means we'll just have to go back! This is a fun place if you're looking for a chill evening."
"This is always a great place to go for a drink but they often make small mistakes with orders. Example, my brother ordered wings with all drums. I wanted wings as well and told the waiter to make sure I got a normal order and not all flats. He said that won't happen and sure enough all flats came out....Well the manager didn't come out to address it but I was told they laughed about it. In the end I was given a free dessert. I guess I'll take it. Great restaurant. They just take their eye off the ball on little details from time to time. All and all not "flat" experience."
"The Main Eatery is definitely one of my new favorite spots for lunch when I have to occasionally go into the office Downtown, it's only a block away from my building so it's nice little walk to be able to get out and stretch my legs . They are only open from 11am - 2pm and I would recommend getting there early or the line will be out the door. We arrived there as soon as they opened, and the owner greeted us at the door with a warm welcome and then headed to the register to take our order. He was very friendly, caring and had a great personality. After ordering I got my soda and admired the pictures hanging on the walls. The inside is much bigger than I thought it would be and had such a cute ambiance!! They have a pretty big menu with a combination of Soups, Sandwiches, Salads, baked potatoes, desserts and sides. You can even get a Hot Dog or a Classic PB&J Sandwich. They also have a daily Blue Plate special which consists of a Sandwich, homemade slaw and chips, or a cup of soup and a drink. We visited on a Tuesday, so I got the Roast Beef & Cheddar (Hot, slow-cooked, hand-pulled Roast Beef & Cheddar sandwich stacked on a toasted Ciabatta roll with Au Jus and their homemade spicy mustard) with Broccoli Cheese soup and a Baked Potato. The Roast Beef was very good and tender, I removed the bread and placed it on the Baked Potato since I cannot eat bread, so this was a great alternative for me. I would highly recommend this place and can't wait to go back!"
"As soon as you open the doors to Pints and Union you realize, this isn't your regular local bar. Even if I'd never been to an English pub, I'd imagine this would be the closest I'd get to an authentic one.Packed with charm, a mixture of furnishings , original flooring, and interesting wall decor, I felt this is where you'd go to have a nice cold point and wait for all of this to blow over. Now, to get to what you're probably looking for, the food. Let's establish that as the menu says, this is a curry house, if curry isn't your speed, there are plenty of options. Our table enjoyed the Scotch Eggs, fish and chips, hummus and burgers. Everything was excited nicely. Fish was crispy and of large portion, the scotch eggs were flavorful with a nice "schmear" of a mustard sauce that was tart but not overpowering. My girls loved the burgers. I hope to try their stews at some point. The only glitch we had in service and it wasn't even a glitch, was that we had to ask for the ketchup and our server more than made up for that. If that's a problem, I'll take it. With any opening, grace should be given to allow for things to settle in. I look forward to many nights looking out onto the streets of Bardstown Rd from a cozy corner of the bar."
"I visited on a Friday night for some dinner and live music. They had their open air area closed off with the heaters on so it was perfect to visit even in the winter. The food exceededmy expectationsfor bar food! I got the chicken quesdilla with onions and peppers. It was so cheesy and the perfect balance of all ingredients. It was also a large portion. I got it with the fries which weren't that great, but my date got the onion rings and really liked them! The band was great! They were a lot of fun to listen to and multiple people got up and danced. The music was very loud though. I'd advise sitting further from the speakers or sitting inside."
"Servicie was unbelievable amazing. I was there with my Sister I guess she goes there a lot because they greeter her by name. All the food we sample was amazing. My sister dank the wine and she sure enjoy the different Selection hey had was very pleasing to her."
