"We went to The Pub on Second for a night with The Bourbon Lady. Barbara was so informative and engaging. We had so much fun learning about and drinking bourbon."
"I'm giving this place 3 stars because the server was very nice and the pub had a charm to it. The food was just average. To quote country music superstar Shania Twain, "it don't impress me much."It wasn't horrible food, it just seemed like they had a catalog from Gordon's food service and they just warmed stuff up. My wife had the buffalo chicken sandwich. It was glorified chicken tenders chopped up and soaked in buffalo sauce on a bun. I had the pizza hoagie. It was described as a steak sandwich with pizza sauce and cheese. It turned out to be an elongated hamburger patty, with cheese and pizza sauce. The waffle fries were really good though."

"I was faced with waiting at CVG for two hours and decided to take myself out for a drink. It was a $16 uber ride from the airport, which I think is a fair price. Airpopped tater tots go well with a pint of Yuengling's."
"If you are looking for low key it is the place to be, they have plenty of TV's , drinks and pool tables. The drink pricing is great, and the mixed drinks will get you going. If you want fun, in a low key atmosphere take your friends and go have a drink."
"What keeps me coming back to Pips Pub is the food and service. Their catfish and hot chicken sandwiches are my favorites as well as their onion rings. Everything has been fresh and high quality. Pips stands above everything else in the area."
"This is another fish-fry restaurant we decided to try since Bridgetown Finer Meats isn't doing theirs this year due to COVID safety precautions. We each got a fish platter and they were delicious, reasonably priced and huge portions! I was only able to eat half of my sandwich (which was delicious cold the next day for lunch!) They provide pickles, tarter sauce and the platters come with fries, another side (we got mac) and hush puppies. I wasn't a huge fan of the hush puppies, but everything else was really yummy. Would definitely come back here for sure!"
"Food was great. Service was moderate. Our party of four received friendlier service from the bar staff than we did our server. He was not very attentive and did not seem in a good mood at all. Didn't smile once the entire time we were there. While ordering, I asked if I could swap out the banana peppers for jalapeños on my calzone. Our server said they could remove the banana peppers but he'd still have to charge me for the jalapeños. I hadn't been to a restaurant who did that before, so I simply commented that it was weird. No argument or complaint, just wasn't familiar with that policy. Our server seemed to have a bit of an attitude and said, "I don't make the rules." Well, of course not, not sure why he felt the need to say that. When he dropped our food off, he didn't even ask us if there was anything else we needed, just quickly left. I had been waiting to sample a beer, but didn't even have the chance to stop him to ask. It wasn't until I was nearly halfway through my meal when I was able to catch him. A bartender brought it out for me and no one ever came back to see if I wanted to order it, so I opted out of a drink and stuck with my water. He did refill our glasses a couple times without us asking, and took our plates when we were finished. A member of our party asked him for more marinara, which he did bring promptly; but didn't mention there would be a $2.00 charge, they had to wait to see it on their check.Food looked and smelled delicious, and it was. Good portions for the price. I got the Deluxe calzone with no onions and wound up taking half home with me. Reheated okay. Would definitely recommend Parlour overall, but I don't think I would return to this particular location."
"The family and family like patrons make this the perfect place to eat and get together. Great service, great food and kids have a many good choices for dinner. I can't wait to go here again."
"Great corner pub in Blue Ash, Ohio! If you want good wings, a place to catch the games along with a place to post up for Blue Ash Summertime Concerts then you are in the right place! The staff and bar tenders are always attentive. Go check it out! I went there for St. Patricks day and we had a great time."
"An accidental find as we were looking for Rooster Brewing. Rose & Thorne is an eclectic and comfy pub that's a must for us when visiting or passing through Paris. Excellent food, mixed draft selection - everyday beers plus seasonal options and ciders, bottled beers and spirits, too. The owners are present, involved and passionate. It's just a dang good place to hang out for a few."
"Casual spot for food , and not bad service . My word of advice , the "fried chicken" be taken off the menu . ONE piece of a boneless chicken tender that's BLAND and is not worth the money is not something to advertise as even a lunch "special" as it was advertised . They even failed to mention "boneless." Didn't go making a fuss since we as a group had to run, but again DONT ORDER THE "FRIED CHICKEN" you may be disappointed."
"Wicks is a staple of you want great pizza. Not mediocre, not okay, but great pizza. You definitely get your moneys worth when you eat here. Great spot!"

We were referred to the DIxie Club by Strauss Tobacanist. There aren't many places that allow cigar smoking. We called ahead to make sure they had WIFI. It turns out they no longer offer public wifi (even paid), so that was a disappointment. Bartender was slow but pleasant, the regulars were friendly and the atmosphere is a neat, dive type neighborhood bar. Definitely stop by!

This was our 2nd time eating here when passing through on interstate 64. The food is served fresh and hot and the service is wonderful. Today we had the Nashville Hot chicken sandwich and the mango habanero chicken wrap. Both were generous portions of chicken and were served with amazing sweet spicy fries. We will definitely be back!

Crows Nest is one of those westside staples that will always have a place in my heart. I grew up on their fish on Lenten Fridays and it's my mother's and my tradition to go here on Ash Wednesday every year for fish. It might not seem like much to an outsider, but to a westsider, walking through the door to Crows Nest is like coming home. Every patron is laid back, comfortable, having an unpretentiously good time. The bar tenders and staff are nice and accommodating, though when you're there, there isn't much that you need beyond a fish sandwich and a Guinness. And let me tell you, this little Irish pub has the most fantastic Guinness in town. Maybe in Ohio. It is so unparalleled, so smooth, so creamy. Hands down. The. Best. The fish is perfectly breaded, crunchy, hot. Delectable. Not to mention, the fish sandwich is about as big as my head. Fries? Perfect. Hush puppies? You won't find better. The cole slaw? Yes, even the cole slaw is great. Not too much mayonnaise, not too acidic. It's a great compliment to the meal.

We sat at the bar outside. Karen was our bartender & she was amazing! She was super helpful & kind. She made us some amazing Brumble Berry Mules. She helped us decide on what food order we wanted to put in. We ended up getting the peppercorn ranch salad as well as an order of the smoked wings. We opted for the naked/dry rub wings well done (per Karen's recommendation) with ranch and tropical habanero on the side. Both the salad and the wings were amazing. Our wings were crispy on the outside & juicy on the inside. The tropical habanero sauce was delicious too!!

"Stopped by for after dinner drinks. I liked the atmosphere, plenty of room to accommodate large parties. The rooftop has limited seating and standing tables and a good d.j.The bar offers drink specials and a great variety. I parked in a paid lot about two blocks away"
"As a business traveler, I'm often eating alone. Finding a great place where not only is the food excellent, but the servers are on point and friendly often seems like a needle in a haystack. Well I found my needle here at Molly Malone's. I ordered the Guinness Beef Stew and it arrived at my side quicker than a drive thru fast food burger. It was delicious my only complaint is I wanted more! The bartenders were friendly and chatted with me just the right amount (too much they're ignoring everyone else, too little they're ignoring me). The atmosphere was just right with it being brisk but not too busy. I imagine it gets pretty packed during Bengals games in there, but this was the night before. I hope for another chance to return to the area, you know I'll be back here."
"It has a wonderful outdoor seating area, plenty of room. Indoors is spacious. The server was very knowledgeable about the menu, beers on tap, and the Augusta ferry. The food was delicious. I had the potato skins and steak hoagie with mushroom sauce. My husband had their hot wings. Flavor on the wings, saice on the side. He said they had just enough of a kick, and very tasty."
"Walked into this bar for a few after a couple other bars. The behind bar shelf is beautiful. It was elaborately carved and just cool. We sat at the bar and had a few drinks. The bartenders were adequate. They were not crazy busy. Ordered an Irish Green Tea which was okay. Watched him make it. Didn't put any sweet/sour mix in it, so it was lacking. I got it as a drink instead of a shot, so I had time to taste it. Other than that, we just shared a dessert. Something chocolate, don't even remember what it was, but it was fine. Not too memorable.Watched numerous employees get off work here and begin drinking. We also watched the bartenders do shot after shot. While we were there maybe 1 - 1.5 hours. We saw both bartenders do at least six shots. One was doing Vegas bombs and the other was doing vodka shots with OJ chasers. At least I think it was vodka. I couldn't see the bottle. At one point, a few servers got off shift and walked up to the side of the bar. One of them did a shot, but not just a shot. It was an entire rocks glass filled with Jameson. It was impressive. This bar was okay. No idea how the food was. Staff was fine but not overly friendly. The entertainment was watching the staff drink. I guess I don't hang out in college bars in Indiana enough to make it seem normal."
"First and foremost, The Blue Heron Steakhouse is locally owned and operated. It's been my experience that locally owned and operated is always a wonderful event. More inviting, great service, delicious meals/drinks and an overall "take care of the customer" attitude. The Blue Heron Steakhouse hit all of these marks. A very charming old home that's been renovated with original fireplace, and stately bar and seating area. The Loaded Baked Potato soup is an understatement. There was so much toppings you couldn't see the soup! (See pic). And what flavor. I'm so glad I took the servers recommendation on the "Commanders Fish of the Day" what a fabulous dish and a virtual taste bud explosion! Lol. And what 5 star review would be complete without mentioning what great service that was provided and well crafted cocktails they have."
"Come for the low price drinks and free popcorn, stay for the energetic crowd and awesome patio. As others have said, the prices are very reasonable so have another round...on me. ha ha. The bathrooms are clean and the knick-knacks that adorn the bar are funny and unique. If you're in Cheviot and are looking for a nice place to chill, listen to some music, and have some good drinks, stop by Fogarty's. *Parking is on the street and often close by and I would avoid parking at the 5/3 just in case someone decides to start towing."
"Great local bar for sporting events. They have a huge upstairs called SkyBar that can be rented out for a private event, but often is dedicated to the local big game (UK BB, Ohio State Football alumni club, Derby City Outlaws for World Cup etc.). The pizza and cheese bread are fantastic, you won't be disappointed, lots of gooey cheese. They also have a single 1/4# cheeseburger with fries for $7! Talk about an inflation fighter (make it a double for 11). Beer selection is always great with craft and domestics, in varying sizes including pitchers. Titos drinks are $5 all the time. Make it a group outing or sit at the bar for the next event (outdoor patio is available too)."
"This is a hole in the wall bar located on the Indy/Greenwood line off of 135. It is in an old strip mall. Being in a strip mall, there is tons of parking available. The pub is pretty old, or at least looks old. It is a locals bar. They have a full bar with seating and an adequate sized dining area. They are a couple of televisions in there that are usually playing sports and they have music in the background. The bartender/server was friendly enough. They have a menu with pub favorites like burgers, tenderloin, sandwiches, and pizza. They claim their pizza is the best, but whose isn't. They have daily food and drink specials that you can take advantage of and I hear that this is the place to be to catch a game. The pub is dimly lit, has a digital juke box, a pull tab machine and a couple of other video games. There is no pool table though. They host karaoke and live music periodically.I ordered the black and blue steak, with a side of steamed veggies and fries. It took about 20 minutes to get my food. I did not set the bar too high. Hey, I was ordering steak from a hole in the wall pub, so I was not disappointed. Yes, it was not like Ruth Chris or anything and the blue cheese was actually dressing, but it was not too bad, had a little flavor to it and filled my belly. This is an OK spot to hang out at, have a drink, catch up with old friends or make new ones. It is a neighborhood bar and most of the patrons are regulars and seemed to all know each other, but new people are welcome."
"Fun place to hang out and chill with friends. Gets crowded but still comfortable. Reasonable drinks and aren't cheap with the alcohol"
"This is a great place. Good pizza. They can half and half any flavors. Great beer and wine selection. Staff is attentive and friendly. They have carry out for COVID too."
"We stopped in for a late lunch while we were in town for the fair. The restaurant was clean and had a good menu for kids and adults. Server was wonderful and so sweet. We got appetizers of fried cauliflower and fried banana peppers. Yum! The veggie burgers were amazing with great food presentation. The tenderloin sandwich was what our mom remembered it tasting like when she was growing up. Very affordable, and fresh ingredients. Definitely recommend stopping here if you're in the area!!"
"Loved the overall ambiance of this place. I enjoyed all the outdoor seating. I got the turkey and avocado melt and ordered a side of truffle fries. The truffle fries were the best fries I have ever had. They were so crispy and had excellent seasoning. I would drive all the way to Louisville just for those fries. Definitely the perfect place to hang out on a beautiful summer night."
"I ate there yesterday and I will return! Service was great. One of their signs read something to the effect of "not the place to be if you're in a hurry". . I was actually in a slight hurry since I was trying to get back to another local business before it closed, I didn't let it be known, but service was timely.Soup of the day (Stuffed pepper? - "Nick Clooney's favorite") sounded weird but intriguing. It was delicious. Steak sandwich was probably one of my favorites ever, and I've eaten around the world."
"Excellent friendly service. Our server overheard my daughter complaining about not having a hair tie so she ran out to her car and brought her one. The craft beer section is on point. I really liked their Frankenstein. But the real star was the pizza. The deep dish with sausage was, to date, the best pizza I've ever had. It was enormous, and at $20 for a large, it is a great value. Can't wait to come back!"
"Really enjoy visiting Granville every time I'm in Louisville visiting my son. Great service and a great menu."
"Ethereal has a large variety of beers. I don't drink IPAs and was a fan of the farmhouse witbier and lemon saison which were both perfect for the summer weather. For non-beer drinkers, there's also wines and delicious craft cocktails. Honey, the bees are smoking oranges again was hands down my favorite cocktail from Lexington. They have multiple board games available which were a hit in our group. We also sat outside and enjoyed people watching. Loved our experience here!"
"Well this place has been in the neighborhood forever. I don't know how many owners it's had but you can tell it's a staple because it is completely full during lunch and dinner on most days of the week. Just moved to the neighborhood a few months ago and even though I feel the menu here is pretty limited, it's just always busy. And good for them! Ambience is very classic and lots of wood. Service seems to be good for the past few times I've been here. I had the zips burger which I thought was pretty good and my friend had the train wreck which he really liked. Everything else is sort of extra and there's not much else on the menu besides burgers and fries. But if that's what you want, it's going to be here! Maya was our server and she did a great job of taking care of us."
"Um, Crowley's is awesome - Maybe it's the Irish Catholic in me, but I felt right at home. The environment is that of a pretty standard bar, posters on the wall and plenty a few televisions on the wall. There was one bartender working, who was friendly - It seemed like he knew everyone who was in the bar, and made sure no one felt like a stranger. I'm not sure if they serve food or not - I don't think so? However, they had a good alcohol selection!I'll definitely be back during my next visit to Cinci."
"This place is deceiving it looks small when you walk but the place is huge-there are great large picnic styles tables in the way back of this place -so cool. Pizza was great dough was a fresh and so were the ingredients my husband I had the steak and mushroom pizza and the Sriracha shrimp pie both were great-the house salad was huge and a small salad is all you need! Service was good and they stay busy! It is worth the wait bc during game days they are packed!!! I highly recommend!!"
"Yum! I got the Philly cheese steak and it was the best that I've had in Cincinnati so far. Fast service and they don't skimp on the adult beverages if you order one. The person next to me got a burger and it looked amazing. I highly recommend!"
"We love the service from John. The wait staff come and go but John is forever. The Office Pub and Deli is an eclectic hole in the wall bar that serves great food. They have a feeling of walking on to the old tv show, Cheers set. Everyone has a smile for you and most of the time, know your order. I love the Wildcat burger! Always cooked perfectly. They will always come out of the kitchen to make sure you like your food.My husband loves the club. It's huge and piled with meat. They have the best ripe tomatoes for your sandwiches. Fried pickle chips are always a fav as well. They have house made ranch. Great for fries, burgers, and pickles!"
"Short but sweet experience here! Lots of locals, clearly having a great time, contributed to a a great vibe. Great space for live music, game day - you name it! I enjoyed the Poison Apple Cider, which was your choice of whiskey with apple cider, and perfectly proportioned. Yum! Might have enjoyed better warm but it was a great flavor. My boyfriend ordered a pour of the Michter's U.S. #1 Toasted Barrel, and really enjoyed it. Our only qualm here was the very sweet bartender - who wasn't overwhelmed at all - had a hard time locating the bourbon because she claimed to be "blind as a bat," which then hindered us from wanting to order anything else, lest we feel like a hindrance to her. Great little hole in the wall!"
"This place has THE best burgers, hand down. Tonight was a Tall Stack kinda night. This is a "put on your condiments, smash down and go to town" kind of burger.Be warned, you better have an appetite because this is no joke. 2 five ounce burgers, cheese, bacon and whatever else you ask for...oh yeah and a mess of fries to go with it. So, snout up and dig in!I finished it, desserts to go and a waddle to the car. I always have a great meal here...and you should too."
