"Have been here twice, both for dart tournaments. It's not near our house, as we live in Mason, but it's a nice place to trek to for occasional darts and food. Drink prices are great, staff are really friendly, and great bar for soft tip darts and pool. I'm a gluten free/vegan, so not many options available (like pretty much every bar everywhere), but I did get a nice big house salad. It was enough to fill me up for the time I was there. My hubs did have the Cincy chili and really enjoyed it. They have a huge menu and our friends have always enjoyed the food. Maybe consider carrying a 'vegan' burger option, like Beyond or Impossible?"
"Absolutely DELICIOUS! If you haven't been, gooooo!! I want to try the other burgers, but.... The Carleone Burger is too difficult to pass up! Hand pattied burger, provolone, sandwich sized grilled pepperoni on a grilled bun.... Get out of here! So good! This was maybe my fourth or fifth time and I'm going to make it a more regular habit! Thanks Timmy Two Time's, I'll see you soon! Excellent service, friendly atmosphere, and insanely good!"

"4th star for the owners, staff and management of the Irish Rover for operating a fun establishment.Full disclosure! The Irish Rover is one of approximately 8 establishments in Kentucky who wear the DDD crown. Good bad or indifferent, I was somewhat surprised by the lack of DDD enthusiasm from the staff and management at the Irish Rover I nibbled on some smoked salmon as I have eaten my way through my journey in Kentucky. That said, I can't make a clear contribution on the food. Second, I asked about the visit Guy Fieri paid to the Irish Rover and to my surprise, they had little to say...only that he tried this and that... nothing to write home about And unlike other establishments there were no pictures or momento to Guy's visit... So there....I enjoyed my Irish coffee and the salmon and the overall ambiance....Would I go back? Yup if I'm I their neck of the woods only next time, I won't worry about the DDD episode back in 2019 rather, I'll concentrate on their menu and extensive list of Irish whiskeys."
"Awesome spot in rural Kentucky. Here on business (from NYC) and met up with a few coworkers for a solid meal. This place is very hip and has similar vibes to spots in Brooklyn or Hoboken. Great craft beer selection. Great small bites. Friendly service."
"Came to Four Pegs and was able to just walk in and pick our seats.Started off with an old fashioned smoked and my wife had a mimosa. Our waiter is awesome! Great energy and knows the menu!We both ordered the grippo wings and we had the Mac and greens for our sides. The Old fashioned is strong and good!!!So the food came out and it was Fire!!! The wings were cooked to a crispy perfection and had the smoked flavor along with the grippo taste. The sides were great!!! Didn't have enough room for desert. Overall it's a great restaurant, the vibe was great and I look forward to a return visit. When you come here ask for Charlie he's amazing!"
"I recently visited OBC Kitchen for the first time, having enjoyed other BHG establishments in the past, so I had high expectations. I'm happy to say that OBC did not disappoint! The ambiance of the restaurant was fantastic, with so many little details that added to the overall experience. For appetizers, we ordered the Thai calamari and Wagyu meatballs. While the Thai calamari was delicious, I wish I hadn't ordered the Wagyu meatballs. They didn't wow me, didn't come out super hot, and the baguette on the bottom was super soggy. For our entrees, we had the prime ribeye with potatoes, truffle mac and cheese, and a kale quinoa salad with grilled salmon. Everything was cooked to perfection and full of flavor. We also got a bourbon flight to try which our server was super helpful in describing and helping come up with a list of bourbons to try. We heard that if you want to get into bourbon or are very into it OBC is the place to go.Overall, I loved my visit to OBC Kitchen and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great dining experience."
"It was a little tricky to find, tucked back in a little strip mall. We were in town for a conference and looking for something different. We got the Reuben egg rolls, and I don't even like sauerkraut and I thought they were delicious! I got the Voodoo Pasta and it was the perfect amount of spicy and there was so much of it! My husband got the Bulgogi bowl and it was really good too! It was also our anniversary so we splurged and got dessert as well, both the Limoncello and the chocolate mousse cake were delicious! Lastly, after having their Lavender blueberry lemonade, any other lemonade is ruined for me! A must try if you are in the area! The server was super sweet and attentive too."
"10/13/2024. Visited Brew River for the first time. Service , ambiance, and food were all good. I was a bit disappointed that the cheese spread appetizer came with crackers instead of the 16 Brixx Crostini advertised on the menu, but maybe that's a Cajun thing. This place is a good choice for a nice evening out."
"Very good beer option with just price for flights. Good menu is tasty. Great vibes and music."
"Made the 30-minute drive and this place has been on my radar for a while, and it was well worth the trip. So, in my 1st visit my wife and I shared Fried Green Tomatoes which were filling and excellent. For an entree we both got a Blackened Salmon with Jasmine Rice & Green Beans. Excellent taste, large portions. The hostess was so nice, and this eatery is smaller, I'm guessing it seats around 50. My only criticism was that our waiter (not the hostess) never told us of that day's specials, but she told the other tables near us."
"What a great surprise! We went looking for late supper in Southern Indiana and pickings are slim after 9pm, especially during the week! We stumbled upon this spot as they were still open and they GLADLY sat us after 9pm! The waitress was pleasant even though we were the last customers. Food was pretty straightforward and good. I had the fish and chips. The cod was thick and just done perfectly- flaky and tender. The French fries had an interesting seasoning that was both salty and sweet. Two thumbs up on that original flavor. My husband's Philly burger and kettle chips were done to his liking and had plenty of ingredients. I particularly enjoyed the beer cheese and pretzels- great big pretzel sticks! The cheese was an unusual concoction that kinda seemed like a mustard cheese blend. Idk, but the taste was pretty fabulous. The old English pub decor and fare was neat. We don't have any other English pubs in the area to my knowledge. I ordered the house margarita which was tasty, and regretted doing that after I realized they are actually a microbrewery. Their beer names are original and funny. Next time I promise to try the beer instead."

5 stars for the burger! It was really good and the service was fast. It's Definitely a dive bar and there isn't much seating so the service was just okay. I had been craving a really juicy burger and they hit the spot. I also ordered their rendition of an amaretto sour and it was the best one I've ever had! The location was a little out of the way but you should definitely stop in and try the burger and taquitos!

Pretty underwhelmed by the food and service here. Our server was pretty spotty with attending our table. They had just opened and were not crowded but after initially taking drink orders, was gone for really long stretches. The food itself was tired. The Guinness Beef Stew was hearty, but pretty uninspiring in terms of portion and taste. Reminded me of Dinty Moore. The Chicken Club was basic and the chicken itself pretty bland. It's a very traditional feeling spot with lots of decor that feels authentically pubby, but that doesn't make up for an otherwise average experience.

Great food & service. We beat the crowd by getting there about 6 pm on Saturday. The pretzel appetizer is AMAZING & huge. They bring it to the table in a large pizza box because most people have leftovers to take home! Loved the grilled pork chop. Husband said his burger was one of the best he has ever had. Highly recommend.

I'm so full. They are in the middle of some remodeling, so keto that in mind...But if you are a lover of smoked meats, this is a must-visit spot. The grippo wings are famous for a reason. The chili contains more meat than one can eat in a single sitting. Even the greens were smoky and meaty. The beer selection is top notch as well. Four Pegs remains a staple in the city.

WOW. Best brunch I've ever had! Bloody Mary was incredible and every dish we ordered was literally perfect. Even our 8 month old loved it! Pimento cheese dip, Belgian waffle, crab Benedict and grits. It was worth the drive from Louisville. We will be telling everyone about this place

As my bf and I were road tripping back home, we were in the area around dinner time and decided to stop for some food. I found this place on Yelp and liked the menu and it had great reviews so I was all for it. We found parking easily, as it's in a shopping plaza. We didn't expect the place to be packed on a Tuesday night but it was! The ambiance is cute, trendy, and seems like a family friendly spot. We put our name on the list and not too long after we were seated. Our server, I believe her name was Zayda, was awesome. Having been on the road for a few days our brains were mush and we were so indecisive. She was so patient with us and attentive... we loved her! To start we ordered the Bacon Wrapped Dates and the Crispy Brussel Sprouts. We enjoyed them, they were nice and hot and were the perfect balance of salty and sweet. As for the Brussel sprouts, my bf didn't care for them too much but I enjoyed them a lot. I feel like most places just burn the Brussel sprouts to a crisp and they're too dry and flavorless, but these were great! They had flavor thanks to the avocado & vinaigrette with it. My bf just said it was too different for him he prefers the usual dry kind. To drink they had pineapple high noons (the best flavor) in stock so that was a win for me! For our entrees, my bf ordered the fish special that night (minus the shrimp since he's allergic). The lady sitting at the table next to me ordered something that looked so good so I asked Zayda what it was and she informed me it was the veggie bowl with added salmon to it. Done, I was sold! I was already torn between ordering the veggie bowl and the Parmesan salmon so this was the best of both worlds! Our food came, and we loved our dishes! They were fresh and light and good portions. Even my bf said if we had this place where we lived he would come basically every day. Prices are great, food is great, service is great, it couldn't get any better. We then understood why they're busy on a Tuesday night. Instead of desert for the night, I opted for a Lavender Vanilla iced latte. It was delicious and kept me up for a while as we continued further on our roadtrip. Not sure if we'll be in the area again but if we ever are, we would certainly come back! Couldn't recommend this place any more!

We came here for a reception after my uncle's funeral service. I think we had the whole place booked, or at least most of it.The staff were super kind, and helpful and professional. Drinks and food service were handled so well. We just had a buffet: salad, crackers and pimento cheese, fish and chips, and jambalaya. But man, it was a good buffet. Every single thing was great: thick chunks of tender fish, perfectly fried. Really good seasoned fries. Remoulade and tartar sauce that were clearly house-made and tasty. A nice fresh salad with house-made croutons, and a pimento cheese dip (it may originally have been a ball, but I didn't see it right away.) Cool place, with lots of nooks and crannies, and a couple of big rooms we used, plus the bar area. Decent parking (be careful pulling in and out, it's right on the road.) Good music, which they turned down when our guitar-playing friend started up. A pleasant end to a sad day. A really good way to catch up with family, in a good venue, with good food. Oh, and a good wine and beer selection. Plus mixed drinks etc., but I didn't partake of those sections. I did glance at the regular food menu and saw plenty of things I would have tried.

"Coming home from shopping in Cincinnati and we found this gem. It seemed unique so we wanted to try it. Very quiet late on a Saturday night. Inside is spacious. Casual yet classy. To start, we ordered the fried dumplings. They have a pork filling with a sweet chili and cream cheese drizzle. They were very good. Think crab rangoon but with pork. I ordered the Lindsay Lohan hot dog with goat cheese and onions based on the servers recommendation. It was very good. Very different from any toppings I've had on a hot dog. They do cut the hot dog in half to cook. I do wish they left them whole so you get the "snap" of a good hot dog. My husband ordered the chicken tikka hot wings. There are 6 to an order and they are a good size. The sauce was good but lacked a punch of flavor. As our side, we ordered the cheese curds. They were very good with a cheese pull that is very satisfying. Server was great. Kept our drinks filled and was happy to give recommendations. Overall, recommend giving them a try. The menu is very unique and has something for everyone."
"Really excellent menu! The vibe is very cozy, and I sat at the counter facing the open kitchen, which was super cool. Tried the excellent cheddar scallion biscuits with honey butter (trust me on this), the vegetable biryiani, and the apple beet salad with salmon added for protein. All were very tasty, especially the salmon which was perfectly seasoned and cooked. My only quibble at all was that the beets were cut really finely, and I wanted more of them! But I'm not holding that against them, I'm just a big beet fan! Also tried the yummy buckeye pot de creme, big fan! The service was very nice and quick considering how packed the place was. I recommend getting reservations if you can! Parking is a little tight, so keep that in mind as well."
"We ate here on a Friday at 5:00, and it wasn't very crowded at the time. I had the B&B Margarita and asked the sever if she could make it more tart/less sweet. The drink she brought me may be the best on-the-rocks Marg I've had in a restaurant! The food was piping hot, delicious, and arrived quickly. We were on a time crunch to get to an event afterwards, and our server was amazing at helping us get in and out quicker than normal. I can't wait to go back!"
"My first time dining here! The food and service were absolutely incredible. To begin, the salad was so fresh and crispy. The bread seems freshly baked and toasted. The marvelous plate included a portion of delectable salmon. The chicken breast was so tender with the most amazing sage gravy. The Brussels spouts were delectable.Service was impeccable, especially those smiling faces!"
"SO good. Great spot if you're looking for a classic girl dinner - fries, a salad, and a diet coke. Definitely try out the different dipping sauces here!"
"Great burger and amazing wings! 10 out of 10.Water is even filtered! Great spot for night cap!"
"If River City Drafthouse isn't on your radar yet, let me help you fix your life. This place has everything you didn't know you needed: sushi, wings, beer, and games--aka the holy quadrinity of happiness.First off, the sushi. Who knew you could get rolls this fresh at a spot with "Drafthouse" in the name? Then there are the wings--crispy, saucy, and perfectly spiced. I got the Gorilla Warfare and they were spicy but delicious. The draft beer list? Great! It's like a Choose Your Own Adventure book, but with hops. Whether you're an IPA enthusiast or just here for something light and breezy, they've got it. Bonus: it won't break your wallet, so you can keep saying "just one more round" guilt-free.And the games? Genius. Whether you're here to flex your chess skills or just throw a Connect Four token at your friend for stealing the last wing, there's fun for everyone.River City Drafthouse is the kind of place where you can eat, drink, and be merry without spending a fortune. Highly recommend--and don't forget to bring your A-game. (Literally. They've got games.)"
"Stopped at The Exchange for lunch and everything from the food to the service was top notch. The burgers were great as was the beer. Kelsey was fantastic and she took excellent care of us. We will absolutely come back."
"It might have been beneficial that we arrived around 2pmish. One benefit is the menu special valid till 4pm. You get one mini appetizer and a choice on entree for only $14.00.Hubby ordered Mama's Mini and Red Curry. My choice was thr shrimp roll and Pagoda Noodles.Started off with the special, Lychee Mojito.Impressed that we were being serviced by the bartender. By the same token, it was a little perplexing since there were 2 other people that seemed to be working the floor. For having to juggle bartending and wait service, Donnabell did an awesome job.The portion of the appetizer seemed small, but in reality it's a perfect bite for the combo. My mojito had a perfect balance that if I didn't have the will power could have easily ordered 2 more.Hubby said his spring roll was ok but noticed my shrimp roll seemed larger. He said the balance of heat on the red curry was just right. He said it gives enough on heat without losing the flavor of the dish.My noodles was practically perfect. There were a couple of bites that kicked in a little more sweetness than preferred in a pad Thai dish. The portion size was perfect that filled me just enough to leave room fir dessert. For dessert, I went with the Ube Mango Sticky Rice. And never had I ever done a happy dance on a dessert till now. The portion is more than enough for two. Thus, I have leftovers (big grin).Whoever designed this place did a great job in their though process. From the mirrors on the wall to give the larger room illusion, the map that highlights District 6 (which explains their name), to the little flower bix window near the kitchen. This place had been on my bookmark list for some time and now will remain on the favorites list.Military discount applies to one service member per ticket and it's an impressive one.For those who follow me know 5 stars is hard to come by me on reviews. Just know that I am somewhat partial due to my preference on Asian flavors. Yet, even so, this place would have me as a regular if it wasn't so far from where I live.Next visit in the St Matthews area will definitely include a stop here!"
"Service was fantastic. It was clean, organized and everything we ordered was excellent. Definitely a level above for Bistro! Can't wait to go back"
"OMG!! My salmon was cooked to perfection. It did not have that fishy smell. The ambiance was cute. Nice crowd. Service was ok. But my Salmon was the highlight of my day!!"
"Came here for lunch today and had a great experience. My toddler was with me and everyone was kind and patient with us. I got the half club sandwich which was awesome! I also got a cup of burgoo which had just the right amount of kick. My son had a grilled cheese and fries. The fries were well seasoned and I would definitely get more for myself next time I come by!Also, ordered smoked wings to go for my husband and he was really impressed. They were delicious!"
"My wife and I just had a light dinner at this restaurant a few minutes ago and it was pretty darn good. You can see in the pictures and the menu what we had. We had the bruschetta and also had the Cobb salad. We also ordered two margaritas, on the rocks with salt on the rim. The bruschetta was really really done well and the Cobb salad, which my wife always orders chopped and tossed, was up to her standards also! ...The service was honest and friendly and welcoming by both our server and the hostess. The downside were the margaritas. But I do have to explain that we are from Southern California and we have been weaned on excellent margaritas and it's hard to find good margaritas in the South as well as the East and also the Midwest. The price point was pretty good for the quality and quantity of food that we received. Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant because of its service, comfortable seating, and the food! Oh, also, I put the date of our visit on the menu in the pictures so you know how old the menu is when you look at this review. We looked at a few reviews before we came to this restaurant and the menu on Yelp, which was eight months old, was out of date so we had to order some different food, but that was OK because it was really really good!"
"4 stars.Service here was amazing!! Jessica took great care of us during our visit. We arrived too late for brunch - the cutoff is 1:45. So, we ate off the "transition menu" which is an abbreviated menu that allows them to flip over to the dinner menu.We enjoyed the truffle fries. The brisket sandwich was fantastic. The fried chicken was tasty, too. As for the sides... The grits were very savory. The braised kale was surprisingly good. It's almost like collard greens, but with the texture of turnips - very soft. The Mac n cheese was mushy and lacked flavor - I wouldn't order that again. It's a small spot, so I would call ahead to check the wait. There are only a few tables... and then there are even less when the buffet is out. There's a bar in the other side, but we didn't check it out. Maybe next time!"
"Yes yes yes! The perfect lunch spot, especially for a larger party in the area for bridal shopping Everything is made from scratch, locally sourced or grown. The waitress we had was very knowledgeable about the menu and had such great energy! Everyone was so pleased with their meal. All food came out hot & fresh!"
"VEGAN REVIEW what a find! Awesome vegan options, I had a hard time deciding. Ended up doing the monthly special- a churrasco tofu sandwich with vegan Caesar instead of fried. SO GOOD! Love the cocktails, as well. Great service & fun vibe. Lots of events here. A diverse crowd.Ladies-- if you go to the restroom press the "press for assistance" button, I promise you won't regret it!!!"
