"I ordered a Co ham for Derby & after I picked it up my husband & I agreed it was sliced ultra thin & shredded! We talked to the owner & not only did he deliver a new sliced ham at his expense he threw in some party rolls! Great job! We will definitely go back !"
"We visited the new location on Harrodsburg Road in Lexington Kentucky. The decor it's just as lovely as the other one in Chevy Chase. We were so pleasantly surprised with the brunch at Bella Café. Many of the menu items included a trip to the European breakfast bar. It was packed full of delicate pastries, meats, yogurt, juice and more.I had the Forest Omelette with mushrooms and goat cheese and a truffle butter for my bread. My husband opted for the Kentucky Benedict. We both enjoyed our meal very much and are looking forward to another visit."
"I discovered Cultured on my trip to Louisville in 2021, and even though I was only in Louisville for four days, I went twice because Cultured is SO GOOD. Cultured was one of the places I was most looking forward to going when I went back to Louisville in 2023, and it did not disappoint.Cultured serves drinks (beer, wine, cocktails, and mocktails -- there's something for everyone), and they specialize in charcuterie boards. You can get charcuterie boards of various sizes, and you can select which cheese and meats you want (you're not forced to have a cheese or meat you dislike). The cheese and meat selection rotates, so there's always something new to try, and they add an assortment of fruits, vegetables, nuts, crackers, pickles, and more. Their charcuterie boards are truly AMAZING. And if in the mood for something lighter, you can just order an assortment of cheese and meat, without all the other items.Once again, we went to Cultured twice, once for lunch and once for a small snack. For lunch, we had a charcuterie board with Asiago, Chipotle Colby, Pimento, and "Ted: cheeses (Ted is an aged white cheddar made locally), and smoked salmon and beef salami. DELICIOUS!If in Louisville, stopping at Cultured is a must![Yelp collections: Louisville, KY 2021; Louisville/Indianapolis 2023; Louisville, KY 2023]"

I've had Morris' on my list for a long time. Basically, since I moved to Louisville around twelve years ago. I'm not sure why it took me so long to get over to this spot, but I'm glad I finally did, because I loved it! Morris' is a truly typical Kentucky-style deli and general store. It reminds me of the spots I grew up frequenting in Bourbon County. They're offering up everything from liquor, snacks, and drinks, to whole country hams. Plus the deli makes this one of the best lunch spots in the area! They're serving up high quality sandwiches, soups, sides, and desserts daily. Plus, they offer catering. If you're looking for a quick and easy spot to grab something extremely tasty, I'd say Morris' is a great place to do it!

Bella Cafe and Grill is consistently good. Reservations are always recommended. Every table was filled this rainy Sunday night. Had the perfectly cooked salmon salad. Must say, everything I've had has been good. Service on point.47

I was in the mood for charcuterie so my friend and I stopped by for dinner. The staff explained the menu and helped us choose cheeses and meats. We got 3 cheeses (can't remember which ones) that the staff recommended and for meats, we got the trout and salmon since my friend is pescetarian. Really nice of them to have options for non meat eaters! It didn't seem like much from the plate but it ended up being a lot of food! We were stuffed! They had chocolate, crackers, fruits, and pickled vegetables. A great selection! And since it was half off wine bottles we opted for one of their white wines. Such a great deal! There weren't any seats open indoors so we sat out on the patio. Lots of fans around and umbrellas to cool us down.Parking is kinda weird since the parking lot next to it isn't free LOL. I parked on the side street without any trouble.

Our first stop - me and the lovely Jasmine A. from Vancouver - where we're hanging out and attempting to earn the "Soused" badge. Looking back now, it's tough to believe that we were here for five hours because the time just zipped past, eating drinking and lots of talking. Our bartender was friendly, attentive and helpful. We demolished their nachos with chicken and the pretzel sticks. Decent bar food and while eating, I enjoyed a couple of their fantastic house beers. This is a comfy spot and on a hot summer day, it was nice to sit inside and enjoy air conditioning and cold beverages.[Review 20179 overall - 219 in Kentucky - 1155 of 2023.]

Good food and good times. Friendly staff and live music on weekends. Great place to hang out! The Beer Cheese platter was excellent as we the pizza. The Macho Nachos was one of the biggest Nachos I had seen. However the wings were disappointing/ The wonderful staff more than made up for it.

"Hello Everyone:We stopped at Goodwood Brewing for their Stout and also some beer cheese and pretzels.Analysis:The Bavarian pretzel was very nice, not too much salt, and easy to break into smaller pieces to dip into the Lager beer cheese so every bit had some cheese! The beer cheese was quite good. Just the right amount of tang to it, thick (did not run off the pretzels), and a nice overall complex flavor.Their brand of stout was one of the best we have had. Tasted of chocolate, toffee and coffee. I can even see this poured over some vanilla ice cream or infused into an espresso layer cake. :-) Very nice brew. We are in the process of trying to find some for sale locally where we live in Arizona. The reason for the four stars (and not five) was because the restrooms were dirty and it was fairly warm inside the building (and it was very hot and humid outside so we were looking forward to cooling off). Considering we stopped in about 11:30 am, we would not expect this to be an issue. Because the ambient room temperature made our beer warm up faster than we would have liked. But, a fun place to stop in, order their Stout, some large soft pretzels and some beer cheese and enjoy!"
"I am ashamed to say that I have never been to Champions. We decided to try it this evening. I had every intention to order one of their pizzas (which have been highly recommended), but when I saw they had chili dogs, I just couldn't pass up the craving. Perfectly grilled 1/4lb. all beef hotdogs topped with chili and cheese and a side of tater tots. My wife decided on the BBQ bacon cheeseburger and fries. Both were excellent and we will definitely be back! Not sure what I will order next time, but it will definitely include a basket of delicious onion rings! Wide range of selections on the menu for everyone. I can't wait to go back and try something else on the menu!A true hidden gem in Richmond!"
