Great company for kids parties, you have to know how to schedule your own party, a 1 star rating is really rather petty???? This company offers top quality inflatable bounce equipment for events in and around Turners Station. Give them your local business, you will be glad you did!

They were an hour late getting set up for a two hour party that I had arrange months earlier. It was incredibly stressful trying to get last minute projects for the party done and to calling to find out what their arrival status would be and it was never accurate. The party was for young kids and I really wanted everything set up and ready for them. Instead I was incredibly stressed and the event look half done when they arrived. They only worked half the time but my price was not reduced at all. I was told they would work with me this year on pricing to make up for it but they have refused to answer my messages to simply check their availability. These entertainment rental companies have such iron class contracts with deposits holding you to your obligations but there is no recourse when they are at fault. Twice this company proved unreliable.

These people steal money from their employees regularly. They cut hours, they bait and switch the amount of pay and hours, and they are all around terrible to the people that work for them. Rent inflatables somewhere else.
