Best home cooking ever! Try the fried potatoes! Everything is genuinely made fresh and delicious but ,?oh my, those potatoes!

I waited until I had eaten here a couple of times. I try not to write a review based on only one experience if I can help it. I will tell you that since the Post Office is right next door and all my mail goes to that box, I have to visit the Post Office two to three times a week. Every time I come here the parking lot is full of vehicles that are all customers of the cafe. Way more than the previous owners attempt to make this place a go so they must be doing something right. Today I had to park all the way over by the library.Today I ordered the Ultimate Omelette. It's breakfast only on Saturday's. The Ultimate comes with ham, bacon, sausage, green peppers, onions, tomatoes and mushrooms. It was one of the best omelette's I have had for lunch. You can order home fries or hash browns to go with it, plus your choice of toast.There is always a chalk board right outside the front door with the day's specials. I'll bet these specials are what packs the folks in.

Great spot for some good comfort food. Very clean and nice decor. Tenderloins and other typical sandwiches are on the menu. Need to try the breakfast sometime...biscuits n gravy.

We just had lunch here and everything was very tasty. I had the sloppy Joe with fries special, and my husband had the breaded pork tenderloin with fries. The sloppy Joe had an excellent flavor and was not greasy or dry. The tenderloin was nice and crunchy, but meaty as well, and the breading had a good flavor, not bland. The service was excellent. We were greeted as soon as we came in, and when we mentioned it was our first time there, the owner came out to talk with us and thank us for coming in. There were no long waits for food or drinks. Our server was very nice about telling us about their daily specials and such and as we were leaving, thanked us again for coming in. We will definitely be back.
