omg the brisket is to die for!!! it's so good! I garentee you it will melt in your mouth... It's amazing... highly recommended

Hotdog skin a Hog!!!! Scott Wells has found his spot in Kentucky BBQ. The Brisket was super tender and delicious with a nice marbling of fat. The fat had a truly magnificent taste. Kinda halfway between Heaven and Memphis. The pulled Pork was like meat butter!!!! The texture and "melt in your mouth" flavor was outstanding. The meat, BTW, is properly BBQ'd not a wet sloppy mess. Sauce on the side as is proper. The dessert was...well....it left me speechless. Smoked Cobblers. Thats right he smoked peaches and apples and made cobblers with them!!!!! Wow! Great BBQ! We loved the sauce and the meat was perfectly cooked! We will, hopefully, be back while we're in town!
