The store is clean and shelves are neatly stacked. They have limited varieties but it is a smaller store. Sadly, the first thing that greets you are photos of people who have stolen goods from this location. The man staff member who was working in the back did not hear the door bell. He was polite and validated my selection of a California merlot for dinner guests. The price was slightly higher than I might have paid elsewhere. (Dinner guests were delighted with the selection). Many cars used the drive-up window and though there were cars waiting in line, the male clerk did not rush through finishing my purchase. If I had more time, I would have likely visited a local wine shop as that was all I wanted. But I was satisfied with the service here.

Wow.....two Saturdays, two bad experiences. If you open at 10am, open at 10am. Extremely rude female clerk who thinks her coffee is more important than opening on time or good customer service. I'm glad I have a choice.

Awesome selection of hard-to-find bourbon. They even have Blantons. Small, unpretentious shop. The store manager/sales clerk is super nice and helpful.

DO NOT BUY ANY VAPE PRODUCTS HERE! The products they have are faulty and keep running after youve finished your hit. The owner was even there and said no to swapping it out because "it worked" yet doesn't function right at all! Vape products are not suppose to keep hitting after you've stopped, with a lithium battery it'll get hot and explode if it gets to hot... terrible customer service, they do not care about the customers at all!

I'm sick and I needed whiskey/ bourbon for my cough, so I bought some cheap bottles at the drive-thru. The nice man has an attitude and he dropped an f-bomb. Goodbye!

The "lady" you have employed is absolutely horrible! I've given her the benefit of a doubt the last few visits and have defended her when talking to neighbors. Everyone has a bad day, right? Not any more, I have never been treated so rudely. You have a great neighborhood business because of convenience and everyone else you employ is kind and professional. Please don't make us go elsewhere when the red Mustang is parked on the side.

They are rude and the girl there is the owners niece. She steals your money! I know people who will not go there for the same reason! Shes been called out many times for taking your money and jacking up the prices. Dont know how they keep any business! Do NOT go there!GO TO KROGER WINE AND SPIRITS ON BARDSTOWN RD.!!!NICE PEOPLE ! They have some selection, but prices are hiked up, even though their sign says "new lower prices". I only browsed for a couple of minutes but wasn't willing to pay their prices. They had a wine sampling table that was pretty underwhelming in presentation but hey it was there, so it was something. And the guy running the sampling station did seem eager to hand out samples, so an extra star given for that. But there was a couple at the register who did not interrupt their conversation to say anything... it's a pretty tight entry so I'd suggest saying "hello" to a customer... maybe that would be enough to get some business drummed up?I'm an advocate to buy from and support local, I try to be first in line... BUT, the difficult thing is how is the product different here? It's hard to justify spending $40 for a bottle that is commonly sold for $21-$23, simply in the name of supporting local. There's nothing unique about the product here so why the cost hike? The product is made by some huge company and distributed by another big company, so to stay competitive, margins have to remain very tight. It's a difficult thing! The difference of supporting 'local' in restaurants, for example, is that they can create something unique or put a twist on something as 'easy' as Mac-n-cheese to justify a cost increase. So a liquor store could brew their own beer, or order a barrel specifically selected for the store or something like an event night or host a card game or foosball or something to make this a unique place to justify paying a [little more] than the other guys in the area. But long story short - prices need to be addressed.

When I called to inquire about a product and he said they have it and I said are you sure because it's been discontinued and he said "if I say that I'm sure about something we have it!" and hung up on me; well lo and behold, they didn't have it -this place makes you feel like you're a nuisance and not a welcome customer in their store. Morris Deli right down the street is so much nicer and has much better customer service!
