Food is really good. Went there for a business meeting. Really good place to go grab drinks and have a good time with friends.

A great place to stop for appetizers and or a meal before or after and event at the Yum Center. The only down fall is they closed at 11 on Friday night. This place needs to stay open later on the weekend due to the great location.If you like cauliflower, the buffalo cauliflower is a MUST try. Its are lightly battered/fried with a side of buffalo sauce to add as much spice to your liking.

BBC is known entity in Louisville. This is one of their locations at 3rd and main. It has a bar feel on the first floor, and with their many TV screens, you can watch any sporting events while enjoying your drink and your meal. The service was kind. Unfortunately, as a vegetarian my options were limited to a stir Fry dish or a few of the appetizers. It was ok, but nothing to write home about. Love the space, would be happy to go back and enjoy a drink.

Dungeony vibe and four fried foods menu that's super basic. The beer was ok and we got a good root beer ok but passed on the menu.

OH MY GOD BECKY THEY HAVE KY BOURBON BARREL ALE STOUT ON TAP!!! My husband got there before me and I guess the waitress read him the beer on tap and he KNEW that's all I would have wanted to drink. I love that man! I was so happy to walk in and enjoy my beer on a hot evening before going to a concert at the Mercury ballroom for yelp elites. Our server was interesting and weird and that worked for us. I can't remember her name... sorry. We got burgers and sides. I got mac n cheese. It was creamy and cheesey with lots of flavors of cheese, I am a bit like Wallace (of wallace and grommet) and adore my cheeses! I will be back anytime we go to a concert or play and throughly drink more beer and enjoy the company of my hubby and or with friends! The BBC never seems to disappoint ever!!

They have great service, but I'm not a big fan of their food. Great place to grab a bite to eat or to kill time before an event at the Yum center. Especially since it's within walking distance.

This review is for the BBC Loft, the event venue on the 3rd floor. I recently rented it again for a work event and highly recommend it.We worked with Lisa G, their event planner. Because we had rescheduled our event dates, she provides me with all the details I needed to make a quick decision. There is a room rental fee, but it's reasonable and includes the set-up and fresh flowers.The menu is straight forward, offering 1-3 entrees and various sides. Salad and/or dessert can be added to the menu, and you can bring in your own dessert (and for a small fee, they'll cut up and serve this too).I love the private bar and they take credit card! Cash bars are the worst for events. We had a sponsor for cocktail hour and Lisa made sure to manage the timing and charges for us.My team raved about everything - the food, the vibe, the bartenders, the lounge area (couches you'll never want to leave) .. it got a bit warm with our group, but Lisa did her best to keep the temp cooler - and the next day she was calling a service person to ensure it wasn't a future issue. The room does have columns. It makes for a bit of a visual challenge if your presenting, but Lisa provided my speakers with a cordless hand mic. With it being on the 3rd floor, also keep this in mind for guests that may struggle with the walk up. Also, the windows surrounding the venue will give your event an expensive feel especially at night when the buildings and bridge are lit.I have received rave reviews about our event and I cannot say enough about Lisa and her team. She came out to check in with me several times and "made it happen". She also interacted with our guests and made sure to know which VIPs to watch for.My only disappointment is that I don't have disposable income to have regular events here.

Nice location in the downtown area. Outstanding service. Very fun and lively atmosphere. Pulled pork, Reuben sandwich was excellent. We did not care for fried pickles.The house wine was $5 and surprisingly good. Mac and cheese side dish creamy.Once again I can't say enough positive about the staff

Came in tonight before catching a play over at Actor's Theater. The past couple of times here the service was almost nonexistent so this was going to be a '3rd strike and they're out' kinda visit. Fortunately our waitress tonight was really on her game and redeemed BBC for us again. The food and drinks at the location are always good and they're convenient to the Yumm Center, Actor's Theater and the Convention Center. This trip I opted for the basic burger, they also offer a Spinach based patty that's very tasty as well. I got thier regular fries, many go for thier garlic fries but I find them a bit overpowering. My friend got the evenings special which was lamb meatballs with speghetti. While we didn't get any this trip the pretzels and beer cheese and fried green tomatoes are my favorite appetizers here.

If you are looking for a place to pregame or postgame when attending the KFC Yum Ctr I suggest you check them out. The atmosphere is awesome inside the old building at 3rd and Main. It's bar food but it's a simple menu to appease those who come. I had the wings and they were heavenly. They are large and meaty. That is what I enjoy with wings. They offer pizza and burgers. Their beer selection is great. Lots of local beer and bourbon. Like I said a good to hang out. There is some limited outdoor seating as well. Go check them out.
