Closest to heaven or NY you can get. This spot is a GEM!! I thought I was transported back to when I lived in Manhattan but without all the stress & adding in the peaceful vibe that Prospect offers. From the moment I called asking about what bagels they had and was told, don't worry, if there is something you want that we don't have made, we can make it fresh for a small wait. WHAT???? Amazing customer service and friendly voice being accommodating and welcoming....I knew at that moment, this is going to be my spot!!Not only is the food delicious, the variety is off the charts amazing AND it's a family owned business! Love allllllll of it!It has all my favs that are impossible to find in most cities, much less in one restaurant so here we go:- Bialys- wowza!!! They made them fresh out the oven. DIVINE!!! If this bialy was a man, I would be married by the time I left the restaurant. Made to perfection and trust I have had a lot in my lifetime and read every book ever written about them, the history, the making and Bialystok Poland.- Garlic bagels - soft with the perfect crunch of each garlic goodness!!!- Latkes - Homemade by the owner's hubby (also an owner) was amazing! Especially paired with applesauce which brought out something special in the latke flavor. A lot of love put in this recipe. - The sausage was flavorful with a hint of maple and cut freshlike the Deli in NY.- chive cream cheese with the perfect size cut scallions. Amazing vibe, food, and service!! So clean! So perfect!!

Excellent parking. Large comfortable footprint with relaxed atmosphere. Garage doors that will open when the weather warms. Super friendly staff. Order, grab a number than find a comfortable table or enjoy counter seatingFlash back to my east coast roots with delicious bagels. The trick is prepping them in New Jersey with NJ/NY water, altitude and humidity. Then flash frozen and shipped. Baked in house then seasoned and seeded (both sides !!!)Delicious breakfast sandwiches with Taylors Ham pork roll available, Yeah!! Made to order sandwiches , potato pancakes (with apple sauce of course!)Take out, third party delivery and catering availableVery very highly recommended!Slainte!!

Imported New York water. Need I say more? Friendly service. Lots of choices. Fresh pillowy deliciousness.

Finally, a breakfast place in Prospect that isn't fast food. We walked in and we're greeted right away. My wife ordered an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese and I got the No Biggie breakfast. Both were great and prices were spot on for the amount of food you got. We will definitely be back!

I always feel at home when I step into this place. The energy here is so welcoming and uplifting that I can't help but leave with a smile every time. It's not just about their insanely good iced coffee (that never waters down) and their bagels (addictingly good lol ) - I come here to simply enjoy the atmosphere. The staff is quick with my order and genuinely helpful when I'm undecided about what to get. It truly feels like family here, and the connections I've made make every visit more special. I'm always excited to come to Born to Bagel :)
