I couldn't be happier with my experience with Bone Dry. I received consultations and estimates from the top 7 waterproofing companies in the Louisville area prior to ultimately selected Bone Dry due to their comprehensive warranty, longevity and stability, competitive pricing, multiple payment plan options, and their ample amount of 5-star reviews. Once I committed, they were able to fit me onto the schedule the following week, instead of 4-6+ weeks as I initially anticipated. The crew, led by a gentleman named Ruben, was competent, efficient, very clean, and incredibly thoughtful. In addition to being kind to my beloved dogs, they also delayed the jack-hammering portion of day #2 of 3 total days (it was a massive job) until that afternoon so that I could sleep in late in preparation for my upcoming night shift. They didn't have to do that, but that extra consideration was very much appreciated. Highly recommend this company! Thank you for a job well done, guys!

Made an appointment for 8:00 in the morning. The day before they even called back to confirm the appointment so all is good right?WRONG! When they had not arrived by 8:15 I called and left and told them no one had come. They said someone would call me back shortly. That was at 8:15. It's now 10:00 and nothing from them. If this is how they treat me to get a quote I can't imagine their service is any better to actually do the work. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Brandon and his team fixed our water drainage problem in our driveway. They even agreed to come back and resolve an issue a few months later with no extra charge!

The work was good so far but the workers took the doors off and didn't put them back on, they got mud on the toilet they broke our shelves to now we gotta go buy new ones they cause broke them we had some stands we had put together only had to be pulled out from the wall for them to do the job but they broke them down and just put the pieces every where and for some reason they tried to take the bars off one of our windows they unscrewed them but didn't put the screws back in almost like they was coming back to break in. All in all they did the job but tore up all of things to where now we gotta go spend extra money to replace the stuff I called Jeff and left a message but never heard back from him. But for $7000.00 I would think they would've been alittle more professional and put things back Like the doors and well the shelves they just broke them so there no putting them back! I don't know if they seen that we're black so didn't care about our stuff or what.

In march of 2013 Bonedry Waterproofing was hired to waterproof my basement. The day before the job it had been raining and continued into that morning. I called Bonedry early that morning and asked if the rain would be an issue because there was standing water outside. They said it was fine and they would be there shortly. Bonedry soon arrived as I left for work as my father supervised. Within about an hour and a half my father urgently called saying I needed to get home. When I arrived I found my basement wall collapsed leaving approximately an 8x20 foot opening. This was caused by Bonedry trenching my basement floor which weakened my foundation. Also the hydra static waterpressure and absence of any bracing or structural supports I feel were main contributing factors. When I saw the damage I was in shock and relieved no one was injured. When I spoke with the job supervisor he said I needed to contact my homeowners insurance company. So there I was with my home hanging in the balance as Bonedry packed up there tools and left. My father and I quickly gathered materials from the hardware store to support my home and a tarp to keep out the weather. I then reached out to Bonedry demanding to speak to the owner of which to this day I have never heard from. So after trying to get Bonedry to step up and do the right I had to hire another company to fix the damages.
