Worst place to come to. They are very unprofessional instead of helping my face they actually carouse some stains and is been 2 months and they don't do nothing about it. This place is a steal all they care about is our money they don't care about how we feel. Please please do your own research!!!!!! Keep in mind we are talking about your face and your money ‍.They are very unprofessional and the service is horrible . There are other places you can go to. We had 3 sections of microneedling that cost 750 and that's because there was some discount because is actually 300$ each section.I had this other section I had to cancel because they didn't care what I was telling them how I was feeling and there was also no results at all!! Also they took 2 weeks to refund me the section I canceled because they didn't have the money or at least that's what they told me. Very RUDE they didn't help me . I was very uncomfortable of how they treated me.What a sad place!! Is also dirty be careful

This is my favorite place to splurge on myself. Dr. Sarita and Holly are my favorites! I have been coming to the south end location for years and will continue to do so. The south end facility is very nice, but not as luxurious as the new east end location. I remain hopeful that with two locations, that the south end location keeps going as strong as ever with great events for the local clientele.

So I won a contest some months back, and it came with a $50 gift card to this place. When I collected it, I spoke with Natalie (sweetest woman ever?), and she went over everything that Body RX has to offer. Mind you, a lot of it isn't applicable to me. Botox, vein removal, laser hair removal, lipo injection, the whole 9 yards.So I was looking at the pricing guide, and I noticed that they do massage therapy. I also noticed that they had Gentlemen's Facials. That sounds good. Sign me up.Well, I'm a believer. The therapist I had was named Tracy. She was SUPER sweet, and very good. She exfoliated, used lactic acid, used aloe, steam to help open the pores, hot towels... And gave a face, neck, shoulder, arm, and hand massage.All of this lasted a good 45 minutes or so. Pretty sure I fell asleep a good 6x.Afterwards, when I got home, I can see that she was able to clear my face and nose. And my complexion looks great. I tell you - I'm sold. I'll definitely be back.

My husband and I have been here a few times for facials and massages. Let's just say we want to like this place much more than we actually do. I've had trouble with scheduling (even after calling to confirm). My facial appointment started VERY late, and there definitely seems to be some sort of time management issue here. The facial was good, but it's not worth the drive (it's really far away in a sketchy part of town) for those kind of issues. The first few times, my husband loved the facials and massages, so much so that he didn't mind the scheduling mix-ups and how long the appointments would end of taking. However, for his last (and final) appointment, it seems his (pricey) sunglasses somehow disappeared, and his facial was disappointing, as was the massage. There's plenty of other places in town for great facials and massages, and I'd be happy to give you a referral - message me.

Saw Holly for a hydra facial & oxygen facial & I didn't expect to see such a difference immediately after my service - I was SO impressed! Holly is very knowledgeable & welcoming, very warm & friendly, and I highly recommend her for any skin care one may need. She's very gentle & my skin is glowing!

I absolutely this place. This was my first visit to get fillers and everyone was very friendly. Breanna did my fillers and she was very knowledgeable and thorough. She was also nice. They also have a large assortment of great skincare products. The esthetician is also highly knowledgeable, and helped me choose skincare products that were best for me. I will definitely be back. They are professional and courteous. I give them five stars.

I highly recommend this medical spa! The providers are very informative and knowledgeable. The ladies at the front desk are super sweet. Overall, the spa is clean, professional, and they make sure their clients are taken care of!

Body Rx is definitely the place to go when you want to look and feel amazing. From massages, facials, Botox, Latisse, Restylane Silk, top product lines and more, this place has it all. The specials can't be beat....the prices are low but the services are top notch. The patient, kind doctors and nurses perform injection services (and more), friendly and gentle estheticians perform facials (and more) and they have a licensed massage therapist that makes you feel like she's known you forever.
