Incredible service. Easiest purchase I have ever made. I did my research on the cub cadet 42" mower. I walked in on a Saturday morning and they were helpful and I was able to pay and have delivered same day. That's not the usual it just worked out that way. My hubby is waiting at the door for delivery. He was like a little kid when we told him. Love buying local. Keeping money in our community. I'll update a pic when he gets it.

Customer Service was great and Jim answered all of my questions to make sure I have my riding mower ready for Spring.

First time using my Cub Cadet Riding lawn mower I experienced a suspension issue. So I went to one of Cub Cadet's certified service places. He blew me off, Said take it back to where I bought it. Sorry you have an issue but you didn't buy it from us. I didn't even have an hour on it. And could not believe someone who's company is list as Cub Cadet's website as a place to get warranty service done could be so rude and not help.

Extremely thankful and grateful for Bluegrass Lawn And Garden. We came all the way from north of Cincinnati for snow equipment parts. No only did they have the all 3 parts but helped us in trouble shooting so we could drive home knowing our equipment was in working order. I wish we had a place like this closer to us. Well worth the drive for our peace of mind. Thank you again to the staff!
