Bluegrass Frames

My mom gave me a linen napkin from a date my grandparents went on in the 40s and I wanted to have it framed to help preserve it. After looking at reviews on Yelp, I took it to Bluegrass Frames. I normally use Hobby Lobby or Michaels for framing but I was ok with spending the money on this particular need. The customer service was outstanding and they took care to make sure that the napkin and picture I had would be framed how I wanted. The person I spoke with actually ended up coming up with a beautiful way to arrange the items. I was able to prepay for the service and even though they quoted me 7-10 business days, my item was ready in less than 3. It's now hanging beautifully in my home. I would definitely use this company again.

I couldn't have asked for better customer service and quality! Bluegrass frames has a multitude of frames and prices are well within reason. In addition, when my husband and I came to pick up our frame and it wouldn't fit in my car, they were able to have it delivered to our house in less than 2 hours at no additional cost!! Highly highly recommend. You will not regret doing business with them!
