Big Jack’s Coffeehouse & Cafe

We stopped into the new location. It's great and larger but still has the Big Jacks vibe, which we love! Brekkie today with a variety of old and new menu faves. The coffee specialties were a hit with our clan and, of course, I grabbed a typical large Americano with extra shots! Great start to a nice Saturday!First time trying the loaded hash brown casserole and also building in hash brown casserole to the burritos. Because we could! A great new location we're thrilled to see! Try the new location for sure but if you've not tried Big Jacks yet, get there for brekkie or lunch or both. You'll love it like we do. I expected much better based on the reviews I read that brought me here. I will say I enjoyed my latte and sausage breakfast burrito, both were pretty good. My partner ordered the biscuits and gravy, which were seriously the worst either of us have ever had anywhere. The atmosphere is awkward too... no music or anything, totally silent other than kitchen noise, and the attendants were aloof.

Great breakfast food and the service is great! We often visit bourbon country in KY and this is the place we make sure to have breakfast!

Great place for breakfast or lunch. Fast scratch made food and super friendly service. Didn't have a waffle but they looked good. Breakfast burrito was excellent be sure to add the hashbrowns. Sandwiches were also well made and tasty. Good coffee as a bonus.

Can't say enough of this fine establishment! While visiting Four Roses, I stopped by for a delicious breakfast & coffee. The staff was very helpful & the restaurant was immaculate. I highly recommend this restaurant....can't wait to go back!

First time having Big Jack's and we absolutely loved it! We ordered over the phone and picked up our order on the way out of town. Super easy and convenient. I accidentally ordered at the wrong location, but they offered to have it made at the location I was at. It was entirely my fault, but they went out of their way to provide fast, great service. We will definitely be back!

Great idea lace for a strong coffee and some expresso no doubt about it.The food is tasty and the staff are kind and efficient.
