Big City Pizza

Big City is more of a takeout or delivery pizza. The dine in experience is a bit disappointing. Besides a hole in the wall feel which I can certainly look past, you'll be eating off paper plates and plastic utensils. We tried the Chicago Style pie which was a decent pizza but very difficult to eat with what was provided. Don't expect service either, more of a fast food, serve yourself type experience.

Love love love Big City! The garlic knots are amazing, I never leave those off an order here. I usually do carry out but the restaurant is so cute inside as well. Service is always great.

I visited the BCP in Nicholasville and it was one of the best food and service.Here in Richmond it was worse than 2 week old frozen chucky cheese pizza.No cheese, burnt crust. The crust had to much flour in it, which made the crust tough as leather shoes.The small amount of item that were not burnt did have a good taste.No sauce that could be seen.A waste of $60.00.If anyone contacts me I will update this review but don't hold your breath.If they don't care about the pizza why would they care about the customer.

We had a group order for take out. They couldn't get the names right. We had a bit of a wait. When we got the orders they had added a 70 cent cost to each order for (grow local) we were not told about this. Also, the cost didn't match what we were told. We had ordered online. We had to sign every ones receipt because they were not there. Not a good feeling about the whole thing. Food was okay the eating area seemed clean.

Absolutely terrible! I have gave this place 2 chances and each was a bust! I warn anyone that is wanting wings do not go here. There boneless wings is equivalent of eating a sponge. 90% bread 10% meat and cooked very poorly. Ended up having to throw them away. I wouldn't even consider feeding them to a dog.

Best pizza around, love their stuffed pizza and lots of others. Just wish they delivered to my house.

Nasty tasteless... Poor quality ingredients. Thick undercooked dough/crust. Tried it twice both times extremely underwhelmed.
