Big City Pizza Mt Sterling

I received a flyer in the mail recently. Being new to the area, I thought wow that pizza looks really good!I drove over, walked in, the place was empty, completely empty! I walked up to the counter and I hate to say this, but I smelled. I was very apprehensive whether I was gonna eat there or not. Being they were out of mushrooms and a 30 minute wait. There was no twisting my arm! I decided I would leave . On leaving; I looked around and seen the cook! The smell got stronger as he approached. Here was the ass smell. Seriously he had an unfavorable appearance and odor!I have a lot of good reviews and some bad! But never this bad! Sorry guys! You sux

We had a wonderful experience ordering at Big City Pizza for takeout. We got a custom pizza with our favorite toppings and a salad - both which were super good and the perfect dinner. The staff were friendly. It's a cool space inside where you can watch TV while you eat. The pizza was hot and tasted really nice. Thank you!

Pizza was bland, toppings forgotten and gave us a brownie instead of cookie because they were out of cookies. They didn't ask us if they could switch it, just sent it. The brownie was awful. After calling to tell them we weren't happy, I was told "sorry, is that it?" Completely unprofessional. I used to love this place, but now I see why ya never see anyone there when ya drive by.

I ordered two pizzas for pick up on New Years Eve. This crew did a great job! Pizzas were ready when I arrived. Fresh, hot and with a great ratio of toppings. The Hudson was so delicious! Friendly and efficient service. Nice to see smiling faces coming out of the kitchen to make sure you are being taken care of. This place outperforms other similar eateries in the area and they don't close up shop in the middle of the afternoon. Good to know if you want pizza for a late evening dinner.
