Best Western Lexington Inn

So far this is one of the best bestWestern I stayed at. Melanie Meadows checked me in she was very helpful ,informative , polite and very busy at the time. She explained all the conveniences of the of the hotel. Conveniently located close to other businesses such as gas, Walmart and restaurants and close to the interstate but not to close the noise level was very low so far during the day. The room is very spacious the bathroom is a nice size the two queen size bed or marvelous they have a nice microwave and convenient fridge.The only drawbacks is the HEATER make Lots of Noise and Doesn't WORK Right and no closet. But I would recommend it to anyone visiting Lexington Kentucky or passing by.

We didn't check in until 1 am but the hotel was in an area with a bunch of other hotels and near restaurants and shops. It was clean and our room has everything we needed. The bathroom was tiny though.I tried to call the front desk at 2 am to ask a question and it took forever for someone to answer.The lobby is nice and there's a fitness center. The pool was closed "for maintenance" but I'd love to see if it ever opens.The breakfast attendant was RK and he was extremely nice. I'd give him 5 stars! We showed up ten minutes before breakfast ended and he didn't try to rush us. They had eggs, sausage, biscuits with gravy, yogurt, cereal, bagels and a cool machine that makes pancakes.

Solid service, great breakfast, clean rooms and responsive to the one minor problem we had.

I am a long time Marriott client and used this hotel recently. It was clean, the staff was so helpful and responsive and the prices are very reasonable. The morning breakfast is good and includes healthy options. Offering yogurt would be nice. I would absolutely use this particular hotel again.
