Berry Twist

Tbh kinda pricey I got the smallest size Arctic swirl. I paid $6.08 for one item. The presentation is really good though, and I love that they use a lot of filling with the toppings.

Berry Twist isn't as good as it used to be and we recently threw our $15 frozen treats in their trash can. The menu has always been a little confusing, but now they don't tell you what's-what when you order so you get a surprise or they simply get it wrong, then shrug and tell you it-is-what-it-is. We have to ask for a receipt as well as napkins even tho it's obvious that we're being handed desserts that are either dripping or a sticky mess. Finally, we've noticed over the past several visits that Berry Twist has a very chemical taste to their ingredients. At this point, my husband refuses to ever go back and we both agree that there's a better ice cream place not too far away.

Across the river to berry twist with the grandkids and we'll worth the drive . Vanilla ice cream with sprinkle and fudge sundae delicious. And a thank you thank you to the staff . My granddaughter dropped her cone and to my surprise when going to order her another they had offer her a new ice cream on the house which put a smile on my grand daughter face can't thank you enough and We'll definitely come back again .. and yea the ice was very tasty .. yum yum

I was so excited to try this place. I wish I hadn't gone there now. We ordered several different items from menu. What we observed was the staff continuously handing strong the wrong order with the right ticket number. So essentially someone else was breathing on your order before you received it. They did not remake one item. They simply took them back and then called the next number to hand them that same item. I can't make this up. I consistently give grace to businesses due to worker shortage, however this place had plenty workers and one in particular had a very rude demeanor. She tried to hand me the wrong order to which I replied that's not my order. She insisted that's what I ordered, which I asked how did she know that since she didn't take my order. Turns out she was handing me someone else's ice cream. Another worker walked up and asked what I ordered and I showed my receipt to her. She then handed me the correct item. And to top it off my nephew was with me and they had no lids for his banana split. They took his sundae back and placed it into separated containers. The service was just so distasteful that I threw mines away. I will NEVER be back at this establishment ever. The worst service I've experienced in a long time. Just sad.

How does a place mess up a corn dog? Well, they pull a prepackaged one out of the freezer and shove it in to the microwave, that's how. I came here a few weeks ago craving a corn dog and some ice cream. I pulled up and noticed that they had a long line wrapped around the building for the drive-thru and no walk-up service. What? Well, that nixed my plan for both a corn dog and ice cream, as my soft serve cone would surely melt while I was taking care of that corn dog. Bummer. So, I ordered a soft pretzel to go along with my corn dog. I figured that I might as well go all out on the fair food if I can't get something cold. The line was Chick-fil-A long and McDonald's slow. For real. Why on earth wasn't the walk-up window open? All of the other local dairy spots have their walk-up service open, so it's not a mandated thing. And, it can't be a safety thing, since the contact and social distance wouldn't be any different than the drive-thru. The girl in the drive-thru was friendly and had my food ready when I pulled up thankfully. After parking, I was overcome with disappointment. My corn dog came directly from a package in the freezer and made a stop in the microwave before it made its way to my car. Now, nobody wants to go out and pay for microwaved food. I especially don't want to pay for a limp, moist, and soggily spongy corn dog. That's just plain gross. It's not that hard and doesn't take that long to impale a hot dog, dip it in batter, and drop it in the fryer. Ex-cons have been mastering that simple art at state fairs for years. I couldn't eat it, and it went to waste. I did finish the soft pretzel. It was fine. I remember enjoying the soft serve here years ago and wanted some on this visit. Had the walk-up window been open, that would've been possible. However, there was no way that I was waiting another twenty-five minutes in the drive-thru. Two stars for friendly service and reasonable prices. If I make it back, the walk-up window will be open and it will be for ice cream only. A very disappointing visit.

Loved the selections, fresh sherbets, hand dipped icecream and soft serve. Orange sherbet swirled with vanilla soft serve was amazing and a medium was huge! Love it.They have frozen bananas!!

This place is sooo unprofessional to have sold a drive through customer a Drumstick like this!It obviously was a drumstick nobody wanted and it melted and you just froze it up and served it to the next customer! Therefore I had to write this review to warn others of your business tactics!SHAME ON YOU KIDS

I had the banana pudding swirl and my husband had the banana split swirl. They were delicious and the size for the price was fantastic! I love that they are a local tradition and that we are able to support our local business.

me and my boyfriend loved our ice cream. perfect size's for the prices'. will definitely come back and make it our new go to spot!

Excellent local ice cream shop!! Have been coming here for years and it never disappoints. Best sherbet and other yummy treats. Looking forward to our next visit.
