Cute addition to the Beaumont neighborhood. A smaller but welcoming bright cafe that serves breakfast and lunch. I went to try the big fluffy pancakes I saw on their Instagram. The lunch dishes I saw also looked tasty. We came around 11am on a Saturday and there was a 20 minute wait but we were able to snag seats at the bar in under 5 minutes. We ordered lattes - they have a full espresso setup - the buttermilk pancakes and the Dutch baby. The pancakes are tall and tasty, but I was expecting a little more bourbon flavor from the bourbon maple syrup. Still very tasty but they're huge. Made for sharing! The star of the show - and an item I rarely see on menus - is the Dutch baby. A thinner popover style pancake that is covered in blackberries and tangy yogurt whipped cream which coalesces in a bright and satisfying bite each time. Highly recommend. Service was quick and friendly. Will certainly be back. They have a decent liquor and cocktail selection for those who want a little spirit with their meal.

I'll start off with saying: my exclusive, favorite breakfast place in Lex has always been Wild Eggs, to the point I refuse to go anywhere else. However, after coming here, my favorite spot is split. The dutch baby was crazy good and unique. The pancakes were probably the best I have ever had in my life, no exaggeration. The service was great. You can tell its a small business that actually cares about wanting to do well, and the staff are obviously happy to be there. They were super friendly and helpful. The location is small but not cramped. We went on a Sunday and only waited about 15 minutes. The parking is great, right next to J. Renders in the same parking lot strip mall. Also to note was how good the iced lattes were. In general this place is amazing. One of the best breakfasts in Lexington for sure. Can certainly be a great place for brunch with friends in a semi-formal setting.

Very cute spot for breakfast/brunch/lunch in- you guessed it- Beaumont neighborhood.I met up with some friends for brunch a couple weekends ago at Beau's- it was pretty busy but we were able to get a table for 4 adults & 2 babies. Everything on the menu seemed really delicious! I ordered 2 eggs, a biscuit, a side of avocado and an iced tea. The biscuit was as good as they come! I will say it was kind of pricey for a few a la carte items and a tea- about $20 with a tip. You probably get a bit more for your $ with an entree item.

The perfect breakfast: Beau's buttermilk pancakes, side of bacon, and cafe au lait (decaf w/ caramel shot). Our server was lovely, the space is beautiful and bright, the food is amazing. Why are you still reading? GO TO BEAU'S!

Given its proximity to our hotel, we decided to dine at this café. The culinary offerings were exceptional; we ordered pancakes, avocado toast, breakfast potato, French omélette, and coffee. The pancakes and breakfast potato were particularly noteworthy, representing the best of their kind I have ever tasted. However, the service was somewhat tardy, likely attributable to our hunger. The ambiance was characterized by a relaxed and casual atmosphere.

Full house, so I sat at the counter. Love Porchetta so ordered the Porchetta Special. While I knew it wouldn't be remotely like Rome's amazing Porchetta, this was rather a poor representation. It was a small-ish portion, layered on Polenta with crispy Kale and Agrodolce sauce. A unique combination and somewhat tasty, if it hadn't been for the Porchetta fail. Still, If likely return to Beau's to try something else 67

Lovely fresh & clean interior. Organic, unique menu & specials. Today, the special was Romesco Cannellini Beans. We arrived close to closing time so they were sold out. All good cause I was in the mood for a salad & one of their breakfast specialities! Ordered an Espresso, which was a bit bitter, nothing a lemon twist couldn't resolve. However, I ordered a Cappuccino w/ Califia Organic Almond Milk (I've never seen in KY) & I added a Lemon twist as well. Yum.BUTTERMILK PANCAKES * Fluffy w/ a sweet crusty goodness on top of both pancakes. Perfect amount of orange zest & browned butter... just WOW! A MUST!TZATZIKI SALAD W/ ROASTED CHICKEN * Delish w/ Goat Cheese & homemade croutons crumbles, avo, dill & my protein was chicken. Took a little more than half home to make a wrap! It's huge! I was not at all a fan of the Chicken so next time will try the steak or no protein. The TZATZIKI was different in a great way, just didn't fulfill the TZATZIKI I know. All very good in another way.Overall, 5/5! Pancakes could be my next b-day cake! They were OMG GOODNESS! Negatives to me can always be substituted next time to a new variation that I am open to, so tho I did not like some, do not mistaken this gem of a cafe!Looking forward to trying other menu items & mocktail/cocktails/tea & coffee drinks! Especially being from Vegas, this restaurant is right up my ally of a place! They would do great there.

Beau's Cafe is was an awesome place to grab breakfast. It's got a cool wrap around counter, a second door and separate area for To-Go orders, some nice hanging plants, and a cute & clean vibe to the whole place. The service was great and the food was excellent. I really enjoyed the Hot Jam Chicken and my wife loved the Dutch Baby. We've never eaten at a place that serves a Dutch Baby, so it was a real treat to get to try it! I wish there was a place closer to us that served them because it was so good. I definitely recommend this place if you're in Lexington. Heads-up, it get's busy so plan accordingly!

This cafe is on the outskirts of Lexington, and brings a hint of New Orleans in the music. The brunch fare is eclectic and has some vegetarian options. My matcha latte did not impress, with the powdered tea being incompletely blended. My grain bowl was much better, with an excellent balance of crunch and flavors and a light fruity dressing. There were other and probably less healthy options I could have ordered, but I was confident that I got the right thing.

Everything was excellent! I ordered the breakfast burrito with sausage and it was delicious, the salsa verde served with it was so fresh. My dad had the hot jam chicken also very good. We split a pancake to try, best pancake I've ever had. Service was great. New favorite spot!
