Great place to watch some football, have some good appetizers and a great pizza. The staff is always pleasant and cheerful and very accommodating. Run into several friends there. The only chip I may have is sometimes they are understaffed, and the staff has a large duty taking care of everyone in a reasonable time.

2.5 stars, rounded up. I like Bearno's and I think they have good food and I really like their pizza and crust. What I don't think they have is consistently good service or a decent lunch buffet. I visited here last week for the lunch buffet. I was not impressed. Just like the one in New Albany, the buffet was kind of sad.Inside, it's open and sports bar-ish. That's all fine, and it's pretty roomy with booths and tables. The salad bar on the buffet was surprisingly good for a pizza buffet. The pizza selections were depressing though. In their defense, they didn't have many patrons. However, if they are trying to earn business and make a first impression, they failed with me. They only had a few pizzas out and they didn't replace them enough, especially considering it was noon. They only had the basics as well. They had nothing sweet to end with either. I've been to a few other pizza buffets where they put a lot of effort into making the customers happy. Not the case here. At two other pizza buffets that I've been to, they've even asked if I had a request for a specific pizza. The attitude here seemed very complacent.The server was pleasant and kept up with refills. However, there was little warmth in the service or the atmosphere. You could see the manager moving around, but he never greeted or interacted with the customers and it seemed to me the staff here had an apathetic attitude in general. It was clean inside and no one was rude by any means. They do have a very convenient location. Since I like Bearno's pizza, it is a possibility that I might make it back, but it will not be for the lunch buffet. More than likely, I will stick to the Bearno's locations that I know have great service, but unfortunately for me, that means crossing a bridge into Louisville or Prospect (my favorite location). I rounded up only for the salad bar and refills on our drinks.

We dined in here on a Sunday evening. I lost my coupon they sent me in the mail and luckily the server was able to get it approved to let me use it anyway. Yay! So, we had the chicken bacon ranch pizza (my long time Bearno's favorite) and the coupon included a 2-liter so she just let us take that home when we left. The food was quick, the server was attentive and the facility was new and clean.

I've been to many Bearno's Pizzas here & in Chicago, it's one of my favorite pizza places. Unfortunately this particular one is not quite up to par. The pizza was bland, tasteless & not made how I ordered it. For 1/2 the price you could go to any other pizza place & get a better pizza.

The Manager George, threatened me and my family for calling and asking about our order, they didn't give us the correct order,George said that the items were on the way we called a few more times to be told that they weren't coming by Andrew and we were harassing them, we spent about $70.Avoid this place at all costs. We are afraid they are going to egg our house.

Since we live up the street we go here quite frequently. The pizza, service & atmosphere is great. Several TVs to watch a game and prices are reasonable for the quality of the pizza. The only reason I give it 4 stars vs. 5, is because I ordered the lasagna last visit. It was full of water and piping hot, so I assume it was frozen and then heated up in the microwave, which if tasted decent would be ok. I'll stick with their pizza in the future.
