Atrium Kitchen

What an interesting concept for a food truck! I've seen Atrium at Flea Off Market before but have not had a chance to try them. I finally got my chance one Friday night at Akasha while friends were visiting fromout-of-town. Atrium was blasting some fabulous tunes while being parked outside of the bar and were quick and pleasant with orders. They had a few vegetarian options, from tater tots to what drew my eye- fried halloumi! What is halloumi you ask? It's a hard cheese from a variety of goat and sheep milk from the Mediterranean region of the world that is delicious. It does great grilled or fried. In this case this version was a take on mozzarella cheese sticks- BUT halloumi cheese sticks! This is a one up in any book! What a great way to make something we already know better!! This was delicious and I can't wait to try Atrium again!

Atrium had come out and set up at my work as my company was trying to get us some variations in food out in our business park. The food truck people were friendly (as most food truck people I have met are) and they were prepared at the time we were told they would be open. Not all the places that have come out to us have been. The food was fresh and tasty. If we ever go back to office from all this working from home and if Atrium would come back out, I would get more lunch with them.

Absolutely delicious food truck! Their King sandwich was the definite favorite of our group: it's a great combo of sweet, savory, and spicy that people couldn't stop eating. The tater tots were perfectly fried and golden, all three batches. I will be keeping a lookout for this truck!

Way to mess up tailspin beer fest. I finally just walked away and you still had people waiting for more than 30 minutes waiting for food. The bad part is you kept taking money and food orders. Next time step up, stop orders and take care of business as a professional. Terrible.

they had me at beer battered pork belly. This dish was so worth going off keto for 2 minutes. The combination of flavors was absolutely perfect. It was the perfect amount with 3 bite-size cubes. And the cost wasn't too much either....

Awosome vegan sloppy joe. To drool for and their vegan pasta salad was a hit. Definitely a must try. Didn't take pics we were starving.

Tried the roast beef yesterday for the first time and it was excellent. I'll be a loyal customer if they keep coming back to PNC Tower. Awesome food.
