Asian Wok

Asian Wok continues to be our spot for delicious, easy-to-order, decently-priced Chinese food. We most recently ordered from here over the weekend, and I was reminded why this continues to be my family's go-to. We are able to order easily via their online ordering. (How can a restaurant today *not* have this?!?) And then our food is ready, usually within 20-25 minutes. A recent favorite of mine: the Dragon & Phoenix, which is made up of jumbo shrimp with mixed vegetables, sauteed in white sauce on one side, with General Tso's chicken on the other side. It's a nice combo of flavors. The krab rangoon, sesame balls and egg rolls are also good. Don't sleep on this takeout spot!

I left disappointed in the food. Their bento box options sounded like a great deal and yes you do get a lot of food. It's just not quality food. The sesame chicken is highly breaded and processed. Some pieces were too tough to chew. Not much sesame but lots of sauce. The rice was flavorless. The only reason for 3 stars is because the California roll was pretty decent and you do get so much for what you pay. An egg roll and shamai were also included. Service is also accommodating.

Asian Wok is a place to go for cheap food. I got the pepper steak with onion lunch special.The food was nothing special. It wasn't good, it wasn't bad. My dish had far less meat than I expected or wanted, but my friend ordered orange chicken and got a lot of meat, so it seems it would differ depending on what you order.The service was fine. You order at the counter and seat yourself and they bring the food out to you. It's a small place but had plenty of seating open because it seems to be more popular as a take out option. I went with a friend and we had a nice conversation because it was just the two of us in the building.All in all, Asian Wok is nothing to write home about. There's much better food out there, but it sure is cheap. If you're just looking to save money and not spend that much, this is an option to have open.

Ordered delivery from Asian Wok and enjoyed the food and service. Although I did not see the inside of the restaurant, all my food was packaged very nicely for delivery and seemed very fresh. I ordered the hot and sour soup, which was delicious, but very filling. I also ordered the seaweed salad and edamame, which were great values for the amount of food they gave you. My favorite thing I had was the spicy tuna roll, which tasted fresh and had 8 pieces instead of the usual 6. This definitely isn't the top sushi place I've ordered from, but it's a great value for the quality and the amount of food you get.

Friendly welcome at the counter where you order, but they do bring it to the table when ready. It's typical fast Chinese atmosphere which is a good thing. I've been trying to find a place in Louisville that makes a great fried rice with loads of flavor......I still haven't found one. Here the Chicken Fried Rice is REALLY plain. If that's what you want this is for you. I also got the Gyoza Dumplings and they were great! I got a Wonton soup as well, it was in a vegetable soup base which I haven't had before but the wonton in the soup were good.

Good service and food. Love that I can a bento box with sushi and chicken and rice.. Enough food for a few days!

This place wa above and beyond regarding service - food was brought to our table, and our server took care of us with to-go boxes and finding utensils. I loved the wonton soup! Definitely recommend on a cold, rainy day. And to top it all off, we were given New Year calendars on our way out. Loved this place for sushi, rice, and soup.

Love this place everything is delicious and the portions are plenty,we have been loving the bento box. We do pick up and delivery the delivery is super fast and its always hot.

The food is good, and reasonably priced, plenty of choices and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend!

Always good, fresh, and friendly service. They deliver for a small fee and fast. Love their vegetable soup.
