Wow , always loved coming here. , what happened ? pizza wasn't done , the onions , Green pepper and tomatoes were still hard . This place wasn't busy at all when we went ! Not impressed at all !

This place might as well be called cheers.... Everybody knows your name. Lots of regulars here, but a great place to get food and drink for a very fair price. Staff is awesome and the owner Adam is usually present. Very nice place with an extensive menu, but the pizza is the bombdigity

First time here! We came for the Mardi Gras food which was delicious! We were seated right away and our server was very nice and attentive. When I used the restroom- I saw the beautiful bar! The next time we will ask to be seated there! Wow!

This place was priced right, service was great and food was amazing. Not a fan of the pizza sauce used on the Stromboli but otherwise everything was great.

It has been over 2 yrs. since I have been here. A friend asked me to meet her for lunch on a weekday, and because Newburgh has so few restaurants....we decided to give this place a try - again. My friend ordered the Grilled Chicken Sandwich with 2 sides. I love Ribs and decided to try their Friday special of 1/2 rack of ribs with 2 sides.It took at least 30 + mins. to get our food and our attentive waitress (an older lady) said it was because of the Grilled Chicken. I can't speak for the quality of my friend's lunch...but she was late getting back to work.I was pleasantly surprised by my Ribs. They were meaty, tender, and flavorful - but very messy. Why can't these places stand on the quality of their smoking/cooking skills and leave all the sauce off? The Mac'nCheese was rather dry and tasteless...would never order again. A huge soup bowl of mixed vegetables was my other side. It was your standard frozen mixture of cauliflower, broccoli, carrots....overcooked and mushy. I wholeheartedly agree with what some others have said about this place. It might be some people's idea of a homy/family style place, but it's also dirty (even our menus were stained) and needs a total make-over inside. As for the "patio" - why in the world would anyone what to set outside in the heat/humidity, breathing car fumes while watching people go into the grocery store....ludicrous!

Good food. Sweet potato fries are delicious, and there are several vegetarian options throughout the menu. They also have a diverse spectrum of flavors to choose from, ultimately leading to an amazing meal. Also very clean bathrooms!

We moved to Newburgh 2 years ago and we just discovered A&C. Honestly we didn't try it sooner because it appears to be a strip mall, casual, old fashioned and basic restaurant. We finally ordered a few weeks ago and we are hooked on the pizza. It's wonderful and is our favorite that we've had. The crust is so crispy! It's even good the next day in a microwave. Don't judge a book by its cover is the lesson I was reminded of once again. We like to get this as a treat at least every other week.

Seriously a fantastic little place. The staff was so friendly. Bartender was informative and very easy to talk too. Made a great dirty martini The prices are unbelievably cheap

the service is not at all what it used to be. my group and i (3 people total) were seated for almost 20 minutes before we even saw someone. if the restaurant was busy, i would've understood the wait, but we were one of 2 groups there. the food tasted like it had been sitting for a while. one of the members of our group got a salad with her meal, and the dressing she ordered smelled old and like it had been sitting for a while. the restaurant itself seemed clean, but the environment from most of the staff seemed hostile and uninviting. this place used to be a place where my whole family and i would come, but i would not recommend it now due to the change in it overall. i would love to keep coming back, but after our experience today, that isn't likely.

We ate last night from 5-6:30pm. Our dinner was ruined by a party with two 5 year olds screaming and yelling and running wild in the front room. The family made no attempts to control the kids.Surely the party could have been put in private room. Will leave next time. My food was cold and it took almost an hour to get served. I know it's hard now, but can't return.
