I came by, 18 month old in hand, to look at a new washing machine. I was greeted with smiling faces from the sales woman, Katie, and the general manager, a woman who's name I didn't catch! The place was clean and smelled like new stuff. Katie walked me over to the washers and told me about what she had in stock. I told her I was looking for something open box, she brought me over to the specific ones I was looking for. The store was well organized and made sense. My little one was a little hard to keep tame during my visit, but Katie was so patient with us and never made me feel like a bother. I appreciated it so much. I found a beautiful new washer for a great price. It was an open box with one small dent and they still offered and 3 and 5 year warranty on it. My daughter and I left and my partner came an hour later to purchase it. They don't hold unless you pay full price, but he made it back before anyone else snagged it. The general manager was very helpful to my partner and both of them explained our payment options. We were able to take it home for $50 and finish the rest on payments. They offer no interest for the first 101 days! I highly recommend this location, their inventory was great, the staff was friendly and helpful and we got a good deal.

We found a couch we liked and payed for it. It was on backorder so the week passed and they called for delivery. The guys came and set it up with no problems. We did not like it, it was the one we ordered but did not sit like the one in the store did. We went back within the hour and told them it was not " same as the one we test drove". They had us find one in stock that was acceptable and it was delivered and the old one taken back free of course. Cannot complain about them and their customer policy.

We paid for a sectional and almost 2 months later it still had not come in. Depending on who we talked to we got a different story. They will tell you what they think you want to hear to get you off the phone or out the door and flat out lie about what they said. Wouldn't trust them to buy anything unless it was on the floor and you were walking out with it and would never need to deal with them again. IE no warranty issues.They can't keep their story straight when they tell you why they can't get you what you already paid for. Stay away from this place very shady.

Bought a matching set Rocker/Reclining Loveseat and Sofa. After only 2 months, the Loveseat, that has a powered console, has an armrest. that armrest opens up, the hinges are so tight that they have pulled the screws out of the wood, which is apparently pressed wood (expected better for the price I paid). Clearly a manufacturer issue!! I called the store and they referred me to the claim website. I submitted the claim with photos and received a claim number. The next day, I received an email apologizing for the inconveniene, but that they had exhausted all options and were unable to assist. You read that right. I received 2 emails total; 1 acknowledgment of the submitted claim, and 1 stating that in less than 24 hours, they had made every attempt to find a resolution, that's some pretty quick work there folks! They did suggest I contact the store which I will definitely do when they open Monday morning, but not expecting much because the store referred me to the claim website to begin with. My advice, save your money! Just buy from Big Lots, you get the same quality pressed wood furniture at a fraction of the price, and forget buying an extended warranty, they won't honor it!!! Paid over $2400 for crap, never again!!
