I love the staff and offerings at Ageless! Prices may be a little high, but they offer so many medi-spa services and they are great to work with.

First time getting dysport and no regrets at all. NP was very thorough before, during and after procedure. Price was right! I love my results already even though it's only been a week so I'm definitely going back.

I HATE giving a 1 star review, but it's staring me in the face every day- LITERALLY. I bought a groupon for Botox injections; seems pretty simple, huh? Well, the woman (who I believe is named Becca?) couldn't have been shooing me out the door from the time I walked in more than humanly possible. I had questions, and I was nervous, which she did little to dissuade. She also referred to me as a "Groupon customer," which made me feel as though I was less than someone who has more money to pay...she made me feel small.Anyway, I was nervously chatty, but she kept avoiding my questions and asking me to "come back for a consultation." Hmmm...I'm not sure what would make me want to come back at this point. Anyway, MOST IMPORTANTLY- she injected me at the speed of light which was fine; if she knew what she was doing, go for it. Welp, SHE DID NOT. Or she was lazy, or she ran out and didn't care about me as a customer, because I'm a "Groupon customer." SHE GAVE ME LESS INJECTIONS ON THE LEFT SIDE OF MY CROWS FEET (eye wrinkles) AND MADE THE EXCUSE I HAD LESS WRINKLES THERE WHEN I ASKED WHY. Ummm I highly doubt I have less wrinkles on the left side, the side I smoked on for 20 years. (Not proud of that...but I have more wrinkles on the left side.) all this said, the proof is in the pudding...or the pictures, in this case. If you have a disposable income, I'm sure you'd love this place...If you're a lowly "Groupon customer" like me, you may just end up with lopsided eye wrinkles. (You can tell I'm smiling in both pics btw.)

Amazing staff!! They took their time to talk everything over with me. They helped me feel at ease and make the right choice for what kind of results I wanted. I'm not getting any younger and I was starting to look like and English Bulldog. So I made the decision to get some Botox and I couldn't have been happier with my experience there. With a few painless injections they had me looking on point again.

So happy with my overall experience at Ageless. From the front persons to the counselors, all medical professionals and even friendships made in the waiting room, this has been a journey easily done. I am 50 pounds lighter in 6 months and enjoy smiles and healthy living thanks to Ageless

Scam. Bought laser services, and their laser ultimately broke. Was told no refund possible, and the $ could be applied to other services only. I am not overweight and do not want other services.

I bought a service subscription and the weight loss plan . Ended up I couldn't digest the food and was having medical issues, I asked to cancel after only a few treatments and they cancelled but took almost half of the balance . Ridiculous! It's a scam and rip off ! RUN !

Whitney is amazing! I have been here off an on, and have had a few different people who have helped me , but I'm here for good! Whitney knows her stuff!

Lynda M. I had a consultation with the cool sculpting technician. She ensured me that the procedure I wanted would give me the results I desired for my neck. The appointment she gave me was 10 days after the consultation and payment. On the morning of the procedure at 7:57 I get a call from the technician stating that she can not do the procedure because they don't have the right tool. This is not acceptable, I could have went somewhere else to do the procedure. They knew that they didn't have the tool needed for my procedure, but they took my money anyway. Now, they are saying that it will take weeks to get my money back. I said I want my money today!!!I feel like I have been hustledI am very disappointed with this type of service.

I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but... I bought a Groupon for laser hair removal. I've had laser hair removal done before, so I know that it works on me. Upon arrival, 1- they didn't have the proper paperwork for me to fill out. 2- the ladies at the front desk were gossiping, at one point I heard them say "heifer". 3- another gentleman from the back joined in on the gossip with them 4- turned in my paperwork & they looked it over 5- the lady asked me to show my voucher. They know that once I open the voucher- I can no longer receive a refund. 6- instantly after opening the voucher, the lady looks at my face and says "what ethnicity are you? Oh yea ur not eligible for laser, if I touch you with that laser you are going to hate me" what type of explanation is that to a new client? 7- I explained to her that I've had laser hair removal before in the same area that was to be treated and I had no issues with that at all and that it was effective. She continued to say that if she "touches me with the laser I will hate her". Again I said I don't mind if I have any hyper pigmentation from it I just want to laser done. She said she cannot perform the services. Then I said what am I supposed to do about the $90 I spent on this Groupon she said I just need to contact Groupon and ask for a refund. 8- I contacted Groupon and they said they cannot provide me a refund because the voucher has been opened and because it has been past 3 days. 9- at this point I'm stuck with a Groupon that I spent $90 on that I cannot use. The ladies that work in the office have BOTCHED lips from injections-- I would not recommend anyone get injections there, that is a sample of the result you will see on yourself. And they are keeping the money from the Groupon I spent & refuse to perform the service on me. It sure feels like a scam to me. And the staff was rude. I don't recommend it.
