GREAT food. Had gravy and biscuits, sausage and their hashbrowns. I highly recommend this place if you like good home cooked food!

Overview: good food for a good price. Clean restaurant with friendly staff. I grew up in Marion and every time I come back to town this is a must have! Not only is it a treat to reminisce, the food is good too! I have enjoyed just about everything on the menu, but my favorite thing to get is a burger. Plain and simple but they do it well. Not only that you get to choose your size and make it a single or a double! That's a lot of customization! I also love their buffalo wings! Good amount of sauce and great buffalo flavor with the right amount of zing. And it wouldn't be a trip to the 88 dip without getting a cup of swirl ice cream to go!

So this is the little hole in the wall diamond. The food is absolutely phenomenal here. The burger is like eating a homemade backyard cookout burger. Fresh and hot and delicious. Will definitely eat here again.

Great service and wonderful food. I highly recommend. The food was so delicious. We had the vanilla ice cream, chicken tenders, crinkled fries, hamburger, sweet potato fries and the honey mustard dipping sauce. The food came out quickly and was hot! The honey mustard dipping sauce was absolutely amazing! We hope to come back this way to eat there again and again. The prices were very affordable and a great portion size.

Never eating here again bad experince they should be wearing gloves..placing your dirty fingers on a pickle jar to feed it tp another staff member hope he was no the manager he was a gray hair looking man.. I dont want to give no stars but i have no choice 1 Star

Food was good..portions were good, exactly what you would expect at a ma and pop diner type restaurant. Not a place you want to go if you like to judge on atmosphere..it's very basic and old but well worth it cause there food is good! Looked like they keep it pretty clean

When in Marion, we gotta hit 88 Dip!! We've been twice, when exploring the natural wonders of the region. Nothing beats a good burger and fries after a long hike! Except maybe a milk shake too!

The BEST. I always come here on vacation when I go up to see the future in-laws. Almost always we stop here because the quality of the food is high to me. I never walk away hungry because the portions are good and I never walk away unsatisfied because they have people that can actually cook. Also, there's just the added addition of nostalgia because I've been coming here for years. It holds a special place in my fat heart.

Nice local eatery. I was a little surprised no one was wearing masks, and it was fairly busy. But I took a table away from folks.Ordered the Catfish plate, fried. The Catfish was very good and cook perfectly. The cole slaw was the way I like it, large shreds, and tangy. Fries were fries. The staff was very friendly. The service was great and the prices are reasonable. Check this place out!
