My sister had her wedding here- and we had a great time!The staff was helpful leading up the event. Very willing to help make the event special and help you make your event the way you want it. Everyone was very friendly. The facility has multiple different areas to utilize for tour event. And stairwells on multiple sides of building, which can be useful. In this case, my sister was able to go from the basement (where the dressing rooms are) all the way up two floors to the top floor (where the ceremony was) without anyone on the first or second floor seeing her. Very useful! I'm told the stairwells connect everything throughout the building, so you can move around the whole facility without anyone seeing you, if need be- useful in this case for sure. The DJ was great. The planning team was great. We loved the dance floor area and the bar was very nice and sleek. There is ample parking around the building. It takes a second to find but it's useful. And for your photos before and after a wedding, there are lots of good area nearby. There are a few parks within a black and lots of great spots along Spring St. My family definitely has no complaints about this venue!

Gina and her staff were wonderful. a 50th high school reunion is difficult because you ever know every ones likes and taste. But with over 150 people celebrating last night. Not one complaint about food, decorations, bar, or the employees. it was beautiful and epic!! food was very tasty , I think the scarfed it up. 300 spring is very accommodating AND IS VERY HANDICAP accessible. I can't rave enough about our perfect reunion Thanks 300 spring you made it easy

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Pay a deposit ONLY if you are fully prepared to lose every dollar of it, even if your plans are forced to change due to a global pandemic. Unfortunately, you will first be given the run-around before finally talking with the owner. While the owner was apologetic, she would not even offer a partial refund. The owner basically said she had already spent the deposit. The purpose of the deposit is to take care of the reserved event not to spend it on something else. Ever other business in the area was extremely accommodating for the changes to this wedding which were beyond the bride and grooms control.
