Visiting Brown County? You MUST golf at least 9 holes at Salt Creek and grab a bite here afterwards. Might be able to sneak it in before your friends or family wake up!The 19th Hole has been completely renovated and has an open, updated look. This is a far cry from the typical hot dog you can get at a golf course- here you can invite your entire family to join you after a round and there is something for everyone! Service is fast and friendly, food is tasty. Also a great option for those Sundays when hotels empty out in Nashville and every restaurant in town has an hour wait. You'll be back before that table opens up! Remember to tip for good service and check out the pro shop on the way out for a memento!

Can't beat the views and friendly service. Not to mention, if you're in town visiting with your dig, they let you sit on the patio with them and even brought us a big bucket of water. The menu has a little bit of everything. Decent food. Overall good spot off the beaten path and less busy compared to the rest of this area (that can be quite touristy). I'd go back in a heartbeat.

I like trying out places to eat that are new to me, so since I don't get to Gnaw Bone very often, this place seemed to meet that requirement as well as offer some really tasty options for a nice lunch before wandering around Nashville and Brown County. The restaurant doesn't have much signage, so use your GPS and keep an eye open (or take a friend to help you spot it!) The entrance is down a small slope by the golf carts. Once inside, the bar/dining area were kept dark and cool. It wasn't too dark. We could easily read our menus. My wife ordered a local craft beer and I got an unsweetened iced tea. She decided to go with the Chef's salad which had a lot of ham. I went with a Reuben that came with the 1000 island dressing in a large packet. The meat was sliced thick and quite tasty on its own. Adding the sauerkraut and dressing to the marbled rye bread made for an excellent sandwich. Although I like trying new places, I would gladly return here for another meal. Rview #3951

The waitress was great. The food isn't. There has to be better choices in the Nashville area.

First time in Indiana with my girls. Decided to stop in for lunch. Ordered fro kid and food, received a wine glass with chapstick lip marks all on one side of the rim.Said something, was brought another glass.Food took a while to come and there were literally 5 other patrons in there. Once we got it was was good but could have been more. Check was brought over, we asked for boxes and sat there fo 15 minutes waiting for box and had to go back and ask for it. Little things, yes but after traveling 16 plus hours, it was not what we needed.

We live about a mile up the road from the Salt Creek Golf Course, and we go and have lunch there at least once a week. They are very reasonably priced and they have the BEST burger in town, thick and juicy and cooked perfectly. And they offer daily specials as well. I've gotten the Reuben before and it's one of the best I've had in a long time. It's a shame that more people don't know about the 19th Hole because it's a great place to eat. We often sit outside at tables that overlook the golf course on sunny days. A beautiful view as you eat your lunch! The food is really soooo much better than many of the restaurants in the town of Nashville. Check it out for yourself and see. I know you'll thank me!

19th hole is the perfect place to finish a fun day in Brown co. It doesn't matter if you've played 18 holes, hikes the trails if Brown Co. St. park, or checked out every boutique, winery, and fudge shop in downtown Nashville! This is the place to relax with a cold beer, catch a game, or enjoy the live music!Bar tenders& wait staff are friendly & attentive. Menu is solid with standard favorites and a few local specialties. This is Nashvilles #1 night spot (and don't be surprised if you see your favorite bar tenders, shop keepers, & servers here! It's open later than everything else in town!)

Found this place after reading other reviews, food was ok, nothing to get excited about. Location was quiet, empty, but overall clean. Service was good, as waitress/bartender was attentive
