I'm not a fan of Louisiana style cooking because I am allergic to some of the seasonings used. Nevertheless, I went because it was favored by my loved one. We were greeted at the door, which was held open for us. The music was pleasant. We seated right away and our server appeared as we sat down. She took our drink order and answered all of my questions. As a result, I ordered vegetable sides. Their sautéed spinach was the best I've had in quite a while. And the sautéed kale was one tenth of a second behind the spinach. My starch of choice was mashed/smashed (I don't really know what the difference is) potatoes. Then, I tasted the greatest bread pudding, ever! This will be my USUAL whenever I eat here!

I stopped in this restaurant during my trip to Atlanta because it was close to my hotel and the menu looked really good. There is parking in the garage right next door. The parking is free for the first 2 hours. When I walked in I was pleasantly surprised by the decor and upscale ambiance. The decor and bar was beautiful decorated in New Orleans style. I could see the restaurant being a great place to celebrate special occasions like birthdays etc. The service was excellent and very attentive. The drink and food menus had a wide range of options. I had to try their grilled oysters which were very good. I also tried the Redfish Louisiana. It was delicious! Very flavorful and a good portion. I recommend this restaurant especially if you are looking for something a little different than southern food in Atlanta.

We were shopping in Rooms to Go which is next door to the restaurant and decided why not try it for lunch since we already had a parking spot. We walked over at about 2pm on a Saturday and were seated right away. The interior was clean, bright and fairly spacious with beautiful stained glass windows and Mardi Gras masks on the walls. There is also an outdoor patio area. Our server "Brown B" came over after a couple of minutes with a big smile and cheerful attitude. She was a delight the entire time. We started with two mixed drinks (Zero Pineapple Peach Cobbler {Virgin}-$5 and a Hurricane -$12.50). We ordered gator bites ($16.99) as an appetizer and they came out piping hot and well seasoned with a delicious dipping sauce. For entrees we had fried redfish & grits ($27.99) and honey sriracha fried chicken and waffles ($19.99) from the new brunch menu. Again the food came out hot and was very tasty. We finished with the bourbon bread pudding ($9.99) which was another hit. Two managers checked in with us during our meal just to make sure we were ok. Great experience start to finish.

I wanted to grab a bite to eat around lunch time and decided to try LB Buckhead. I dined a few years ago at their East Point location so I wanted to try this one.*Parking: I found parking in an indoor lot fairly close to the restaurant (btw) they do valet. The parking is next door to a hotel on the same side as the restaurant.I entered LB Buckhead and was seated immediately on a Friday afternoon around 2pm. The restaurant was fairly empty, which I appreciated. I ordered the catfish Po boy sandwich which was part of their lunch special. It was good, seasoned nicely but not overly seasoned. For dessert, yes I had dessert :) I ordered the bread pudding which was also very tasty. I did have to ask the manager if he could warm my dessert up because it came out luke warm. He and I started chatting his name escapes me but I believe it stared with an A. Nice conversation and he (the manager) seemed very pleasant and invested in the customer experience which I appreciated.I plan to return to this location again with my husband. Overall, great experience!

Located in delightful proximity to beautiful Buckhead lies Louisiana Bistreaux. The atmosphere can only be described as lively and friendly. This is not for the stiff minded. It is a casual but respectably classy restaurant. The service is kind but not without class. Servers are quick and mine had deep knowledge of every dish on the menu. I ordered the grilled oysters for my table and despite hating oyster, the rich butteriness and slash of lemon garlic was enough to make the oyster a striking appetizer. Definitely a show starterNow for the main course, I ordered shrimp, sausage, and grits. And let me tell you that sauce is one hell of a kick. Sweetness, savoriness, with that Cajun spice definitely not holding back the punches when it comes to flavor. Not to mention that this sauce is slathered on some creamy cheese grits as well as juicy shrimp, and spicy andoiulle sausage. Amazing food to say the least.

First time having Cajun food, this place didn't disappoint. I got the Crawtator Grouper and the nice bartender (wished I got his name!) gave me an extra dish for the take-out wait. Thank you Chef and the wonderful staff for the true Southern hospitality. If you're a foodie, don't think ya'll just come on in!!

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Staff was attentive and friendly. Everything was delicious and even gave a discount for being in town evacuating the hurricane. Will absolutely recommend.

The oysters truly is the only reason I would go here. They are simple and good, Everyone screams other places but this one of my top fave for char grilled oysters . I really love the sister chain but they have the oyster game on lock. I haven't actually had a cocktail here but I've had champagne and a glass of wine and it was decent. Service similar to most but if busy expect to have a little patience . I usually go for happy hour and they do validate parking . But "iykyk" that traffic ain't for the weak
