Los R’s Mexican Food

From out of town and needed something quick to eat. Found this gem on Yelp with only 3 reviews and so glad I stopped by. Got a carne asada burrito and 2 pastor tacos, everything on it. The steak inside the burrito was charred in a delicious way where it has a slight crust to the meat which made it amazing. Well packed with meat if you're a meat lover. The pastor tacos came with a pineapple slice each and was the perfect bite. He gave us two salsa, a light green and a bright orange. The light green was is HELLLLLLLA spicy. And I eat SPICY! So I loved it. But it will burn, so go easy. The orange one is okay to pour on.

I've had many taco's in Phoenix, Vegas, Nor Cal these are damn near the best ive had, grew tired of local food, decided to give this taco truck a try and wasn't disappointed, this is my 2nd time in 2 days. had the Adabado, and the carne asada. Both amazing flavors and reasonable 3/6$ not sure what was better the salsa or the tacos definetly fire together. They close a 6 pm on the Northwest corner of Van Buren and 48th St behind the 7/11. Had the carnitas as well 10/10 fabulous flavor, seen them naking a birria burrito looked so good.

Fairly good burrito and size was great. Food was served nice & quick. No seating, had to take it to go. Area was a bit sus but fine I guess. When I went it was cash or Zelle only, hopefully they accept more options.

I have sampled many taco trucks, stands and restaurants in the last several years. I tried Los R's food truck for the first time. I was not wanting a heavy lunch so I ordered one carne and one pastor street taco.Typical street tacos I thought until I tasted what was just about the best tacos I have ever had. Absolutely delicious. Everything was fresh, green and red salsa were on fire but it just added to the tasty awesomeness. The staff are friendly and polite. It's clean.Two days later I was back (I kept thinking about their tacos) but got a pastor burrito this time. The burrito is huge and filled with meat, beans (not refried), rice, and pico. Even balance of goodies inside instead of all beans, rice and a little meat. I highly recommend this establishment!

I've been eating tacos for many many years. However, Los R's tacos were the best I've had in a loooooong time.
