Los Panchos Taco Shop

Grabbed some burritos for my kids from here. We used the drive thru. Service was friendly and quick. The price of food was average. My kids enjoyed the food. Would go back again.

I been coming here for over 1 year and this place is like a box of chocolate you never know what you going to get sometimes the food it's good and there's time the food is not good at all. Carne over cooked. Look at this potato taco my wife didn't even eat her food . The sad part about it 1.50 extra for lettuce for kid meal.COME ON PANCHOS YOU CAN DO BETTER.

This has been my go to taco shop in Eastlake for years! The employees here are super nice. I especially love getting the rolled tacos from here because it comes with guacamole, lettuce, salsa, and cheese! Some places serve their rolled tacos plain and I like that this place serves their rolled tacos with a lot of additional items. Prices are also great for the value! They do have an extensive menu so you'll be sure to find something you want. There's tons of seating inside so it's easy to find a spot so sit down and enjoy your food. This place is located in a big plaza so parking isn't an issue, but the drive through in-n-out line next door can get long at times and block the road. If you want to take your food home and don't want to wait, I recommend calling ahead and doing a phone order. There are restrooms in the back which is nice. They also have Spanishmusic playing in the background which adds to the overall experience.

Probably the least tasty carne asada fries we have ever had. Their fries turn to mush and they plop them on the platter in a puddle of grease. The cheese is sprinkled in top in such a thick layer that it doesn't melt or spread. We couldn't even finish half of the order, just couldn't take another bite it was that gross.

This is prob the saddest Los Panchos location. The Hillcrest location is so much better. The carne asada was hard and overcooked. The roll tacos were hard like they were old and almost no meat inside. We ordered 2 LP Creation and one shrimp burrito. The one star is for the carrots in the salsa bar. I ended up throwing my food away. My bf did like the burrito better than the roll tacos but that doesn't mean it was good. The service is meh and so is the ambiance.

The Cali burrito was just mid -- BUT it will do the trick to suffice a craving for convenience and surprisingly affordable compared to some other places. The burrito was smaller than average. It is important to know that the salsa bar is dine in only, they don't have lids! But you can definitely request for more salsa for to-go orders from the staff.

It's getting a two for the food. I have been here three times so far. The first time with my colleague and they ordered for me since I didn't know what was good. The last two times all's I can say is that if you aren't Hispanic or have someone with you that is Hispanic, then you will be treated differently by the woman who takes the orders.The best part is when the woman at the front desk doesn't think you know Spanish.

I can't believe i've lived in the neighborhood for so long and hadn't tried this place. We ordered a veggie burrito and the pollo asado fries, and both were delicious! So delicious that we did not get a chance to take a photo of the food :( Their rice is super flavorful and salsas are top tier. They range from mild to hot, and the hot ones are actually spicy which is so nice to find! The service was great, we changed our order from take-out to dine-in upon arriving and they were accommodating and nice throughout our entire stay. The music was GREAT, I even left with a song stuck in my head because it was so good :) The space was really clean, everything was available, and the menus were clear. We will definitely be returning!

I honestly don't know why this place get such a bad review, it's not a high end restaurant. The food is decent, prices are fair, and it's open 24/7. The service is fairly fast and a lot of sauce choices. It's around my neighborhood, so plus for convenience!

Closest Taco Shop to my house, it's always fire here, they rarely get your order wrong. The one on 3rd in between Moss & Naples was the OG one for me. The hangover burrito here is FIRE! This is my go to taco shop!
