Los Pancho's Taco Shop

Not in the area often but was pleasantly surprised with how tasty and fresh everything was. Service was super friendly and salsa bar was delicious. Will definitely come back.

Don't know how this place stays in business- literally I've ordered couple times from this place due to its drive thru and close to my commute- So Greasy - and just not the best to be honest -I love little Mexican spots they can have great carne asad fries - but not here- hit or miss here and rather go somewhere else Save your money

Pothead food: This is the food I didn't eat because I returned it. The food was so gross, tasteless, and they added nacho cheese on the carne asada nachos. It really reminded me of pothead food. Where when you're on weed, it feels like you're tasting filet mignon. There's a reason that this restaurant has 2 1/2 stars

I moved from the Bay Area to Chula Vista about a year ago , & I can honestly say this has has to be one of my TOP favorite spots to go eat. I love it there , I love their asada fries , asada chips & chilaquiles. I love how clean it is and how welcoming the employees are the moment you walk through that door. I highly recommend going there !

First off, they're trying to pull a fast one. They're double dipping and charging customers that purchased in the past. I am one of the victims and realized right away. Called and told them about it and was told someone will contact me about the situation. I had to call again and finally got a call back but the story i was told was a bit shady, kasandra said their system charged customers who came back in November because it didn't charge is back in November but i didn't go there in November due to their outrageous prices now and go elsewhere. I tried calling back after talking to kassandra but hot no answer so i finally decided to call my credit card and report fraud on that transaction.Remember if you do visit this place, use cash but also, we live in san diego, there are other better and cheaper taco shops within 5 minutes. Give another place a shot

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! SOMETHING SHADY IS HAPPENING. They say it's been a system mistake for the past few weeks. When I called today, the story changed. They said they would have a manager call us. I'm still waiting after 2 days. Good thing our bank will take care of this. But if you have used your card here, check your statement they might be charging you. I personally haven't gone for months since I found another taco shop had fries for 3 dollars cheaper. So I've been going to another taco shop. So I know for a fact we haven't gone to this place for months. This place used to be my favorite spot. But I can't trust them now with how their prices keep going up, but other taco shops already lowered meat prices. Now we have a credit card issue of them charging us for something we already have been charged for, which we can see on our credit card staments.

Every single time we order a surf and turf burrito because we are allergic to mushrooms. We specifically tell them NO mushrooms and every single time we order it they mess it up and then they get mad at us because we HAVE TO REMAKE IT AND CALL to their attention. We also don't appreciate them getting mad at us and telling us we might've forgot they never heard IS SAY THAT that they are super unprofessional the girl and that took our order hung up on me twice when I called her out on it She also had a little diva attitude at the window, which I think is super unprofessional as well. You need a smile. Welcome your customers and take accurate orders. !!! Open up to your mistakes Los Panchos we are seriously considering never going back. The service is terrible.!

Taco shops may have greasy food, but this place's food is a complete mess. The sour cream in my burrito was brown. The chuck steak used for the carne asada could have used about 10 more hours in the marinade. Tough and flavorless. The quirky names they use for basic taco shop dishes will not save them, nor disguise the fundamental issues with the food they decide to serve.Los Pancho's has several locations, and I no longer have interest in visiting any of them. Their only redeemable quality is the drive thru and late hours. If you can help it, go a half mile in any direction and eat at a different taco shop.

They served me RAW FISH. We came and ordered a fish burrito and cali burrito. When I bit my fish burrito it was completely raw. The piece I spit out(not pictured) was not cooked at all, basically looked like it was straight from the refrigerator. I couldn't believe they served me raw fish, especially since that piece's breading wasn't even remotely the same color as the other fish that was much darker in comparison.I called them and the person on the phone was not apologetic at all. She told me I could bring it back for the same burrito or exchange it for another item that was the same price. I decided to go back to show them the raw fish and ask for my money back. When I arrived the employees were again unapologetic about the fish and when I expressed concern about being served raw food and health implications it was brushed off. I even tried to show the woman the difference in color between the pieces of fish and she practically snatched the plate from my hand and said " Okay we will give you your money". The woman took the plate to the cook who looked unbothered and said "does she want another one". I got my money back, however, I was so shocked that not once did any of the staff apologize and acted as if I was overreacting/making a big deal about being served raw food.My boyfriend had the cali burrito and was not happy with it and felt sick to his stomach the whole next day. We think he got food poisoning from it. If you come heremake sure that they don't serve you raw food, or better yet, save yourself the stomach ache and other health risks and go to a different taco shop.

I was told no salsa on any side orders, I will gladly take my business elsewhere. I'll just go down the block... fries were soggy anyways.
