Called in an order for pickup and it was ready in 10 minutes. Crispy chips, guac, salsa, enchiladas and steak quesadillas. Delicious lunch and the recipients were pleased. Dine in if you can but also good for takeaway.

The food was so good! I had the shrimp with rice... The food was very fresh and very generous portions. My friend had the chicharon tacos and be said they were the best he's ever had...Definitely coming back when we are back in Highland Park..

Los Mogotes is my favorite Mexican food place!!Living in Highland Park we have a few different options and they are my go-to!!I typically get chicken tacos rice and beansBut I also liked their carne asada and chile rellenos.I tried the grilled shrimp salad that also was very good that came with rice!!You can't go wrong with a place like this!Their family owned and very nice!

Favorite Mexican food in the area. Spicy pork is next level. Always great service and affordable.

Just great food and service. As well, a host of traditional Mezcal Tequilas. The very best.

It's fine. The last few times I've been there the food has been so mild and bland that I'm just not really interested in going back. Their tortillas seem fresh and delicious but the chicken burrito I bought was just kind of sloppy and wet, and it was kind of pricey. Their chips and salsa are small, (we had four people and the chips were gone in 2 minutes) and when I asked for a refill (which I'm sure you have to pay extra for) they said ok and then just never brought it. So, overall not super great service and bland food.

I work at a nearby co-working space and have been coming here every other week or so for lunch. I love the chicken tacos & chips. To be honest, they're so good, I haven't deviated from my go-to order. The brothers who run the restaurant are very friendly and will get to know you if you go often enough.

Perhaps the best Mexican food I've found on the North Shore. Portion size is more than ample and the presentation is perfect.Service is first rate and very accommodating.

best tacos i've had in a minute, piña colada was amazing and so was the michelada. staff was super friendly and we got served very fast. super comfy space music was great.

Food and service were great! Good atmosphere. The Picaditas we crisp on the outside and fluffy in the center. I got the Spicy pork and the steak. Will be back
