We ordered a cake from here and we had told them what the idea was (putting beers on top) and they stated that the cake would be fine with the beers on top. The cake not only was given to us without a cake carrier because they "didnt have any" but they also did not write happy birthday on it as we requested. Since the cake was given just as shown it slid in the car and broke even more. We called to complain because we spent our money on a cake that didn't last. They said they could not reimburse us and that they were being "nice" to us and we could go pick out any cake they have and they will give it to us. My dads surprise birthday party is in marysville and they expect to drive us back to everett when all of our guests are here? Horrible service and horrible management. Very disappointed and obviously we won't be returning.

I've only been to the butcher side of the house. The al pastor is fantastic! Prepped with pineapple and seasonings. Makes for a delicious bbq item.The place is clean, and staff is friendly to people like me who don't speak Spanish. Pro tip- grab some guacamole to go with your order.

Very bad customer service at the meat department. Butcher was very rude to my elderly parents and treated them like they were imposing on his time.

Last time I went I felt uneasy with the cross contamination involved with the meat. Staff would grab meat and it would drain all over the other meats. There was no care about raw meat liquids landing on other kinds of meat. The produce also very dirty.

Ordered a cake and they couldn't find me a tray for the right size of the cake or a lid for it. The cake slid everywhere in the car and eventually split in half bc the weight of the beers even tho we were told it would not happen. Also, when I went to pick up the cake (which was already paid for by my mom) they wouldn't release the cake to me without the receipt even tho my mom was told I wouldn't need it, they made me call my mom so she could send me a pic of the receipt. When I brought the cake home, my mom said they missed a bunch of details and she called the store and was told there is nothing that they can do and a refund wasn't an option. The spitting of the cake was due to their poor delivery of not giving me the right size travel tray, don't waste your time or money in this place.

Been to many of these places in everett and this one is great. I liked it that they had tomatillo's with the husks removed. cheap veggie prices,an amazing bakery with the most colorful cakes I ever have seen. their home made salsa is fantastic. and a huge meat selection. have not tried their cooked food but I'm sure its' great. pay no attention to the man complaining about social distancing. if your that scared then don't go in to a small store like this. reviews should be about the food/selection etc not whining about social distancing.

An array of marinated meat. Every time I've been in, the butchers are very helpful!! They even have carnitas and cactus ensalada on the weekends, it goes fast, so get there early. I bought a pound of barbacoa, so good and perfect for a cold fall day! It's slightly spicy and the beef is cooked to perfection!I would say the butcher area is great, the bakery area not so much. I was turned off by the fruit flies in the baked goods case. No thanks.Lots of Mexican groceries and my kids are always mesmerized by the cool piñatas! Check it out, if you're looking for authentic Mexican groceries and marinated meat, or prepared hot Mexican hot food.

After an employee stocking shelves knocked over 5 jugs of oil that hit me on top of the head, I asked to file an incident report with the manager and they said there wasn't one and pursued to text someone who they got on the phone for me who also refused to document the incident.The employees for some reason seemed to think it was funny that they hit a customer and the customer wanted to talk to someone about it. She didn't apologize or ask if I was ok and laughed when I asked for her name. They all just laughed when I was asking for someone, it was extremely rude and unprofessional.I don't think it's funny that I woke up with a Migraine and a lump on my head, I'll get the owner information myself.

Knowing that your store is essential you should take every precaution available to make your customers/staff stay HEALTHY and SAFE. I was at your store yesterday and felt completely unsafe. You have crowds of people coming in your store without your staff keeping an eye making sure there's enough room for the current social distancing measures. Your checkout lines also need serious attention. You have crowds of people lining up without any measures. Your payment kiosks are lacking attention too. I saw zero disaffecting spray bottles, you have NO ONE cleaning common areas after use. If you want to continue to make this a SAFE/HEALTHY place for people to purchase their essentials, you seriously have to do a better job. Control the flow of people in the store, control your checkout lines, disinfect common areas. Please! This is for everyone's safety. I tried calling to tell you about my reaction, but your staff member did not seem to care. You as the owner should take a moment and listen to my story. I'm simply trying to do my part by letting you know. I want to help keep us all HEALTHY and SAFE and hope that you will reconsider your current measures and feel the same way. Best of luck my friend!
